Their products are usually impeccable, but I went to exchange my backpack for another one because there was a small mark on it when i opened the package. Then, the other one i got had even bigger marks on the straps that i didnt see in store, only when I got home. For the price, I would expect the bag to be in perfect shape.

I definitely recommend Wissams service. She helped me pick the perfect bag for back to school! I never experienced such an amazing service in a retail store. Thank you again!

I bought a backpack, purse, wallet and travel kit in the last 6 months. All the items are beautiful, well made and of high quality. Impeccable service every time.

Very disappointed with the products. The zipper on my bag broke after a year and a half, and obviously its out of warranty. Customer service advised me to go to a shoemaker. At $ 200 a bag, Im very angry.

I received a Matt and Natt wallet for Christmas. When I decided to use my new wallet, 3 weeks later, I was surprised to see that the press button was defective. My wallet was not closed. So I went to Matt and Natt at the Laval crossroads, where my partner had bought the wallet. I mentioned to the young woman that my wallet did not stay closed. Response from her: Madam, you have too many cards, you must remove cards .... Without even testing the wallet, without even touching her, she tells me that she could not exchange it because she couldnt resell it. But why sell a defective wallet did I tell her? I insisted but nothing .... She was almost indifferent. At almost $ 100, the famous wallet will remain in the bottom of my drawer because it does not remain closed and the cards are necessary. So Matt and Natt? NEVER AGAIN! Even though we already bought a great backpack for my daughter and we are very satisfied, the service from Matt and Natt with regard to the wallet has been more than poor.
