Terrible customer service. Brought in a defective pair of shoes I had bought one week before . I was only asking for an exchange not a refund.They told me to come back another day when the manager would be there.People have nothing else to do then spend time running back to a store because they dont have a clear exchange policy.I insisted politely that they call the manager.The manager had a simple response Too bad so sad its not our problem.Ive been a customer for many years but no more.I contacted the manufacturer Rockport and couldnt believe the contrast.They sent me a new pair within 10 days.This is an amazing company who understands the value of a satisfied customer who will be loyal to their brand and tell other people.

Nice experience.The woman was alone in the shop but managed to be with many groups of customers at the same time.

They do have a goid selection of shoes, but the service is so-so. The employees are shy and one of them even forgot to put my boots aside until the end of the day, so when I came back, they werent reserved. Im lucky Im a size 11!

I bought $ 90 Puma shoes on July 2nd and today I realize they are already good. In just 5 days !!! I unfortunately threw away the box and the invoice so I dont need to go to the store but I could never go back there !! It is not normal for branded shoes at this price to break after 5 days.

I wanted to thank the customer service which was beyond my expectations 👍 It was 1 young girl with glasses (I did not take her first name) .She accompanied me throughout my choices with a lot of patience, she was a good advice: A TRUE PASSIONATE! I would like the management to CONGRATULATE her. Thank you miss :-)

Store simple and beautiful, no needless rustle. Competitive price. Respectful staff and connoisseur of their business. The only problem with my visit was the lack of variety in the shoes for young children. But I still managed to find something for my daughter.

I went for a return and I just looked at the shoes a little then a lady offered me help and I told her I just want to watch! She kept following me in the rows anyway and insisted on helping me ... it was intimidating so I left and I would go to another rubino!

It was a good place for many years, but thats not good at all.At my last visit, while trying on a boot, I noticed that the felt was badly stitched inside. It was uncomfortable. I lift the point to the saleswoman to remove the item, and she simply put it on the shelf saying that it often happens that customers complain about this type of boot after purchase. Wow. We sell a faulty item knowingly ...Then, taking another box to try another model, a hysterical saleswoman shouted at me from the other end of the shop telling me that I could not take a box myself, to ask for help, that is not a self-service here. Wow! Great customer service. We agree that I abandoned the items I was about to buy and I immediately left.So, quality and service side, we are not at all. Its to be avoided.

Completely degrading service from the assistant manager. Completely stupid welcome on his part. Unfounded accusations for a return of a shoe. We are forced to shop online because the stores are almost out of stock. And if unfortunately it doesnt, we are accused of having worn the shoe and that now we no longer want it. Is this the way to treat customers? I am still outraged at the way I was treated like a thief. It is certain that I would no longer set foot in this store. ....

I already wrote a notice to say my disappointment and the owner replied by saying to call customer service. That there could perhaps be something to do gives me the number of such I called 3 times three different days one never remembered me any service I will never set foot in this store again!

Very disappointed! I bought GUY slippers I paid $ 100 plus tax! I said to myself, Im going to pay dearly for slippers because I was tired of buying them at $ 25 or $ 30 and it would quickly happen! But unfortunately for me it was not a month since I bought them that they too were worn out on the heels inside! The cashier also told me that she had the same for 2 years and that they were like new I told her even inside she said yes! I called them to tell them that it didnt look like slippers of this price and the person told me that she would talk to her superior! Finally the answer was that his supervisor told him that it was normal for the fur to go down and it even happened in boots. I wanted to speak to her supervisor but she told me that she was not there often that it was hard to be able to meet her to take a chance on Monday! So lets see what this place is! No after sales service! I used to go to this store for shoes or boots my daughter and her daughter too but it is too disappointed! I tried three times on three different days to call customer service I always fall on an answering machine and you never remember me, really rotten service, its easy to say we will try to do something to look good on the reviews!

Second negative experience at this store. Very insistent saleswoman, rolls her eyes when we decline her offer of help for the second time and makes attitude. The manager tells us that she is doing her job and that we should not touch all the shoes .... which was not the case. Much better experience at the Duvernay branches or on Acadia. We will not be going back.
