Excellent service, I got the product I was looking for!

Horrible service. Waited in line outside for 20 minutes while there were only 2 shoppers in the store. When they finally came to the door they said if you dont know exactly what you want you cant come in, we close in 5 minutes. They had seen us waiting and couldnt care less. The previous time I was in this store both employees were behind the cash doing nothing and rolled their eyes at me when I asked if someone could help. Dont bother shopping here, they dont want your business. Even after being closed for almost 3 months they obviously dont care and wont last long if they treat people this way.

Why dont you change the unmanned system store? Then, at least you dont get a star because of a bad service.Very sad!

So to get service, you have to hope to be the only customers. Employees do not know their merchandise. Their business model is made that way. There are not a lot of employees at the same time. Prices are good

Very bad experience in this store. There is no service. There were two saleswomen who did not care about customers. At one point only the customers were in the store. We were on the hunt for saleswomen !!! Thank you but no thank you!

Poor service. Waited 25 minutes behind the entrance tape with my son for an attendant to come and let me in when there were only 3 customers in the store. A lady came out on her own lifting the ribbon because no one was on duty. During this time, I was still waiting without anyone coming in to let me in. Finally, one of the 2 remaining customers comes out so that one of the attendants unclips the tape with a silly air. In the store, it was just me and another customer. Unable to get help. All of the 2 attendants were glued to the cash register, doing scholarly calculations and chatting with the client while I tried to get some info.
