Never able to get service, waited 2 times 20 minutes (random trips) and each time the sales rep were busy talking together. When u ask them for a size they tell you one sec and never end up coming to see you . Sadly I took the model number and will order online the items

The best selection of fashion footwear and handbags. Prices are mid to high but the quality is great. You get what you pay for.

The quality and the choices are good but the staff members need to be more careful. The lady wasnt proactive for a Monday night within one client for 3 employees.

Lots of brands to choose from but I was looking for wedding shoes and was advised to go there. Unfortunately I must not be in the right season. Pleasant and helpful saleswoman. Very clean store.

I must say that this is the first time in 18 years in Quebec that I have received such customer service. Manager Nabil is extraordinary! Honest, outgoing, responsible, and smart, his service is impeccable. He himself offered me after-sales service on a pair of winter boots. He was quick and super efficient. I dont go anywhere else to buy my shoes except in his store, now because not only do I appreciate his attitude but I also love the managements choices on the shoes offered in store, chic and original. Thank you to the team and happy holidays.

At first I thought there were not a lot of shoes, but more and more, I prefer B2 to other stores. The sobt shoes chosen with care, are very fashion and cool. The staff is nice. There are good promotions. And above all, there is space between the displays!
