Great store but the Covid has made endless lines.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the staff Foot Locker hires in this store. The manager was horrible, mean, arrogant and totally disrespectful. Rude beyond words...and it’s a shoe store, no need for that behaviour. I’m grateful for the employee Fatima, she was extremely nice and pleasant. Helpful answered my questions. It’s a shame that one rotten apple makes the whole place too terrible.Will go to another Foot Locker instead of the store in carrefour.

I could buy from there because the prices are not bad But I could find No one to help us when there is many people inside the store

The store is good and has a variety of choices, but the one whos workin as cashier is not polite and shes not valuating the customers.

Line up is too long and once finally in ... theres no one who actually wants to serve you.. too many kids running this store. Immature and too busy playing around. Great store just badly ran.

Pricing error , the price tag is 60$ but I paid 80$+ with tax when I noticed and asked the cashier she told me it was a mistake and she peeled off the price sticker and said the real price is 70$ before tax not 60$ they refund me my 11$ tho , but I read that in accurate pricing policy that the MERCHANT must sell the item at the advertised price and give the customer a 10$ Discount which they didn’t follow .

I am a nurse in the emergency room, I have been working throughout this whole pandemic, not having one day off and being isolate from my family. Still working to this date while waiting for the second wave. I find it’s very sad that while other stores accommodate nurses to have priorities to shop, and less waiting time, your store doesn’t. I’m waiting in line to buy shoes for my kids, and I’mWorking today! Really disappointed

Disgusting customer service during the pandemic. They require customers to pay shipping fees to return products and refuse entrance to do it in store with 30 min to spare before closing like people did not have to work and rush to get there on time. Reject buying online, terrible company on all fronts.

This place is sooo busy and sooo much staff. Its always buzzing in there. Staff is great. Great place to get all new items.

(Carrefour Laval foot locker) Very rude staff. They close way before mall hours. According to manager they make up there on opening and closing schedule . They don’t follow the mall policies

Worst customer service EVER!! Twice going into this store location and getting the worst service!! While 2 employees were chatting in the front of the store, we were waiting to get served for buying a pair of converse. I had to go to the front of the store and grab a sales person, for him to go in back to get our size, for him to come out wander around, stop for another customer and never come back to see us, only for him to go back to the front of the store and start chatting again with another employee. My daughter had to go to the cash and start complaining, for the manager to come out and ask what was going on. Please avoid PAUL as a sales person!! They lost a sale and customer! Never will I go in that store again!!

Worst service, I try to ask for a size for the shoe the man to avoid me lol first time it happens to me in a store, then he tells me there is no stupid thing and he leaves ... While waiting for my friend in the corridor at the laval crossroads I looked at the stores around me, I could observe that many customers returned to foot locker without disinfecting their hands and the young girl at the entrance said nothing at all. the rules are not followed by everyone.

I went to buy some shoes at the Carrefour Laval. Unfortunately it wasn’t my size. The cashier, Shiraz A. scheduled a delivery for me: she wrote down my address incorrectly when she had my ID in front of her. On top of that, she ordered the wrong size and color.I went back to a foot locker in Montreal the one on Saint-Catherine to exchange them. When I get there, I am told that we cannot find the pair I want without the reference model so on my own I look on the foot locker site for the model. Then the cashier Angela C. managed to find the desired pair in Ottawa. I ask him if it is possible to order them. She tells me no. Which is amazing. I then ask him for a refund. She tells me to go back to the same store. I told him that Footlocker customer service told me I could exchange and get a refund at any store.She looked and finally paid me back.In short, poorly trained and not competent cashiers. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service.

I do not say hello when I get home, we do not even look at me, once I found something that I like (shoe converse at the children) I wait at the cash desk that someone notices me, I ask a size of converse for a model, and I am simply told that we have not without looking for equivalence Kid vs Woman. and I ask more questions to make sure I understand that Im being given a barge service, and the guy says, I just told you.It has the same atmosphere as a showerbag gym that touch in front of their reflection.

A comment especially for Rita (Ghita) excellent service, she was kind enough to put me on shoes knowing that I was at work while at the Eaton Center he just told me NO in a dry tone .She has been professional and patient especially because I am quite difficult.Ask if you want to not be rushed during your purchase.

Rest room for high school students. Nonexistent service and no work ethic. However, the products remain interesting, in particular shoes. Jackets and accessories are much more affordable on the online site.

Worst service of all foot lockers in Montreal. I am a regular customer and I buy pairs almost once a month. They missed my order and made me waste time by calling every day of the week and each time it is unanswered. The manager is arrogant and disrespectful when I called me a liar when I told him that no one was answering the phone.
