If I could give 0 star, I would. I never write reviews, but this is my worst shopping experience, ever.Poor attitude by the employees, incompetent manager and terrible customer service. Above all, the system they use to send the e-receipts does not work...I wont waste any more time on them, but avoid this company at all cost !

I barley write reviews, This time, I was soo disappointed and then writing the whole situation.I never recommend people, to order for the product online either from home or from the STORE.I am really disappointed with the services of Call it spring.I went to to this store a month ago, I liked the shoe, s they dont have it in my size, they said they can order for me online from the store, i said okay.I tried to track the order, which shows not yet shipped always, i waited for almost two weeks and then tried to call customer services, they kept me on hold for almost 1hour, though i kept trying for couple of times.At- last I went to the other branch, which is closed to my work place, which is in Eton Center Montreal. I gave them the oder number, they said they cannot track it, as they are getting order not found. I explained the situation they asked me to call the branch from which I bought the shoes.I called these ladies, they gave me the same customer service number, which I got from the online, I tried to explain them , i have been calling them, But I dont receive any responses other than long waits. I was completely fed up with all these and asked for my money back to the store people, the funny answer I received it is they are not responsible and they cannot refund my money back.Again after long conversations they gave me another number, 514****52, again after long wait(32min) he attend the call and said, sorry we dont deal with the customers and we only deal with the store representatives, which is damn frustrating. and I tried to explain him, store people gave me this number as the online servies are closed, he said nothing like that everything is open nothing is closed and he gave me another number 1800326***36, I alos asked him to transfer my call if possible, and he did, but, after couple of min wait, I heard some strange sounds and call dropped automatically. I tried calling them again as I have the number which again tells me that they dont have any Phone services I have to come in person in particular hours.My question is why these guys are playing with these number games,1. if they dont have a phone services on that particular number, why did they even give me that number.2. If they dont deal with customers why did store people give me that number.3. Im a software employee, I work with deadlines and time that too office hours are soo precious for me, and because of these, I have to spend all my time on phone calls, which are useless for me or which doesnt help me in any other way.Now, who will return my money and who will be responsible for all these, if everybody says that they were not responsible?I honestly, dont want to give any stars for it, Unfortunately with out the start Im unable to post the review

Horrible place to shop. Bought a pair of sandles on a saturday and sunday they were broken. Return policy? If youve worn it there is no refund. Just a credit to buy more garbage from them. Avoid!!

Incompetent, rude and rude staff, we ask for information we do not even answer, we say hello or thank you we do not answer, frankly I like the brand but you should see your employees again !! (Im talking about spring next to guess)

I shopped there yesterday. In just 5 minutes, I was repeatedly asked by each of the employees if I needed help (I was always saying no thanks) until I came across a pair of shoes that I love. I ask for my size but I am informed that there are no more ... They bring me a size above and one below, but they do not fit. So I ask if I can order online and the employee answers no by leaving with the shoeboxes ... Not great. I will then check on their site and I see that I can order these shoes in my size ... At this moment I feel very insulted, I therefore go to the second Spring store in the carrefour laval where I had a voucher service and where I found my shoes. I will not be going back to the first store, I had a very bad experience, especially with the employee who served me. Its incorrect to lie to the customer, really disrespectful, even if you lose a sale, frankly ...

No customer service the girls I think no education

Worst shoes that I could buy in my life ... after only 20 minutes my toe has two bulbs and the back of my ankle blood ... I say okay it can be the model. .. Second pair buy heel 3 inches chunky with 1 inch in front of the begs on feet cut me skin, same thing painful blisters to my toes and aching stridante under the feet, it feels like being stabbed feet of below. Honestly I am not the type to leave a bad comment and complain for nothing but if I can avoid losing money, Im happy. After 4 pairs bought at Spring $ 200 gone in the trash and long recovery for my feet, I tell you Spring is over! Do not buy the shoes at Ardene are more comfortable ... it says a lot ..

Bad service ... Weary girls look at you crooked (a white with black hair and an eyeliner and her brunette friend with long curly hair who wears a hat felt they looked Arab ...) Otherwise a blonde very smiling knew how to catch me on my next visit ... but I do not want to buy las low because of the two Arabs who gave me a nightmarish service!
