This nice store has wonderful products, excellent sales staff. Its so nice EXEPT the RUDE, IMPOLITE and more other words cashier. Her name in the receipt is Sofia Ch.. No need to write the full name.It is So pity, you guys have so wonderful people around the departments , they are helpful, polite and they make you feel to come back.But put her as a cashier the last impression you have is disgusting. I really think twice to come back . Even my friends notice the same think for her.Please keep in mind I dont know her in person.Thank you.

My husband and I love this place. Its been our number one store for more than 10 years. So many fruits, vegetables, and legumes & grains choices. Plus its cozy and makes the shopping experience even better.

When youre a vegan, one can easily differentiate between organic produce, legumes and nuts compared to conventional food. Organic food taste much better, and INSTANTLY make you feel better. When I shop for expensive organic food, I EXPECT true organic food. Marché Tau should taste what they sell (especially their bulk with no labels) as organic before reselling. Search the Internet for organic food fraud on the market. Organic sections of supermarkets are less prone to mislabeling, though not infallible.

This place is really good!! Wish they had which Meats are on special weekly. Also really would like to have regular organic ice cream and cakes that are NOT gluten free!!!

This brunch is just okay compared to the one at Pointe-Claire.went their today since i was around the area. place felt compact. obviously they wanted to place as much item as they could.was a little disappointed at the ready to eat section, thought it would be the same as i. Pointe-Claire. i usually order 3 types of salad for 7.99, with the chicken salad as a choice at Pointe-Claire they just charge me extra.At Laval however, i was told the chicken salad cannot be combined with the 3 choice of salad. i asked her again if she can just charge me more i wouldn’t mind, but she insist to order it separately. welp, guess too bad for me hehe.Bottom line, Laval branch is just meh. Pointe-Claire is super flexible in terms of whatever a person would like to order. They allow me to mix and match to my liking. Also, Point-Claire branch are more considerate on the space the clients walking area and not overcrowd the walkways with their products.

It is unfortunate that i had this experience in one of my favorite stores as I am there once or twice a week. I bought this and placed it in the fridge and opened it just the following day, to find this!

I had to say that the employees if this place are spectacular! For being myself in the service industry its rare you come across such wonderful vibrant and positive employees!!! From the young lady at the door greeting you (covid sanitary conditions nshes greeting people), to the incredible kitchen staff especially the happy go lucky African American guy Working in the back serving us with positive encouraging comments and a smile even with his mask. His energy is contagious and made my day! Keep doing what youre doing you should be a motivational speaker lol Thank you as just shopping there made my day

Massive health food store that is well stocked with whatever you might be looking for: fresh fruits and veggies, meats, dairy (and non-dairy), vitamins, protein shakes, personal hygiene products - you name it. They also have a section where they offer pre-made meals (I believe they prepare some of these on site, while they also carry certain items from Aux Vivres).Service is good and the store is always clean when I go. Pricing can be expensive depending on what it is youre buying.They got parking that they share with other shops - its fairly big but can sometimes feel cramped if its full.

My favourite stores. Vegetables and fruits are fresh, even the ones on special. The store is clean. People complains about kitchen, but they have to keep in mind that it is grocery store and not a restaurant ! The kitchen is not a number one priority. For administration: Id like to see more package free options for vegetables and fruits. People are getting more concerned about waste reduction. Working in this direction will eventually attract more clients. Thank you

I went and everything was amazing. Till I got to the cashier. First of all, she didn’t even look at us when she was speaking to us. She kept staring at the computer and mumbling thinking that we would hear her. She made a mistake by not scanning an item and I picked it up to put it in the bag and she yanked it out of my hand and was very disrespectful instead of asking nicely to give it to her, and when she asked us if we wanted a bag, we said yes. She looked as us and said that the bags were right in front of us. I almost wanted to tell her that was her job. Worst cashier ever.

Last Wednesday was my first and most probably my last visit to this Tau location. (They say never say never but Im pretty sure in this case.)Overall I was first hit by the ambiance in the store, very electric, very loud, thats totally out of the ordinary for a natural food store.I ordered a sandwich from their food counter. After warming it up, they simply placed it in a plate, no tray, on the small counter between the display and the cash register. They then proceeded to complete three transactions over my sandwich. One lady dropped cash on my plate and a second woman took her handbag off the floor, onto the counter, and partially on my plate. The cashier showed no preoccupation at all from my food becoming a piece of counter rubbish. I was so turned off by the experience, I just left.I went down the street to the competition where the ambiance was more relaxed and where they have plenty of space to prepare your food and serve it up to you only when you walk up to the cash register.What worries me the most is that the staff shows absolutely no care in the world for your food right in front of you, it just lets me imagine how bad it can be when were not looking. Handling food in this manner is just not right and as far as Im concerned shows a total lack of respect for the paying customer.

I was there not long ago,first at the entrance,the lady told me that because of safety,Im not allowed to bring my own grocery bag,she said I have to use theirs.i said ,ok,I hope they are free? She told me ,no,we are charging for it! I started laughing and told them ,that they are not allow to prohibit my own bag and force me to use theirs and pay for it!! The manager come and listen the conversation and after I made this logical argument,she looked at the door employee and say,hmmm whatever! Great leadership and customer service guys

Good organic market

I often go to the store to get some raw materials and I find the in-store service quite good as they go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for. The service on the phone is another story and Id rate it at 0. I have called the store a couple of times to see if some items had arrived and this is the experience: call, get transferred. ... wait over 10 minutes or get hanged up on or forgotten... The call should not take more than a minute but instead I get to next to none service. Hope the store works on this issue so we can work better together.

It amazes me when people talk about staff and how they didnt treat them with care well let me tell you something you are dealing with people who earn minimum wage salaries and mostly youngsters who care less no matter how much training they get they are what they are I believe Tau is a great place they have excellent products yes you can find sometimes certain products that are cheaper somewhere else but that is normal, with regard to fruits & vegetables I happen to see where they get their produce from I can assure you its 100% organic and best quality. I love the place and I will always be a loyal customer thank you.

Customer telephone service is horrible. I called 5 times over the last 2 days and have been put on hold for at least 10 min before being hung up on ( every time !!! ). all I wanted was to know if they had a certain product in stock. Is it too much to ask for ??

I dont like it and Im angre when I buy propolis 48$ with taxe 50mg and after 2 day I knew there is the same 50 mg in the pharmasy its 11 $with taxe.

The gluten free section treated their staff absolutely horribly in front of the customers on multiple occasions. Customers heard yelling and were uncomfortable with the situation that Susie put her staff in. Also the food I bought there disagreed with me. Overall experience is always horrid.

I do most of my shopping here. Ive had a few issues but they kindly help to fix it. Downside..The fruit sometimes doesnt ripen. Thought it was my mistake but i bought it again and the same happened. It was mangoes and papaya!

This is outrageous! On my receipt was a product that I didnt buy and it wasnt in my bag when I checked it back home. So clearly, the cashier scanned it while I was getting the groceries out of my basket. Avoid this store if you dont want to be robbed... Literally!!!

I used to frequent this location until I had a horrible experience with the manager Katrina. I will never be going there again. This is the only store that I know of that has a manager that disrespects clients when you ask for a service. Stay away, there are many other alternatives to go to. ADDING TO REVIEW. 8 months later the store has decided to reply to my original review telling me to come back and that Katrina is gone. Since I can’t reply to the stores reply I will do so here. No we respectfully won’t be coming back. As I said in the original review there are many other stores that will treat you with respect. The store is lucky I have not posted the video of Katrina yelling at us and disrespecting us. No thank you.

Bad service, gluten free bakery was NOT gluten free I had a bad reaction and had to go to the doctors.... they treat their employees like trash, she was yelling at them in front of me... very disappointed.

This is probably the best place in Laval for healthy food. Very easy access, a few minutes from Montreal. They regularly have sales that makes the bill affordable. Also located near some other interesting places like paccini, bulk Barn...

This place is my favorite place when i am looking for organic options. However, prepare your visit by looking at their weekly discount( you can have access To it on their website) . It is easy To end up with a high amount on your bill.

They always have the best variety and prices and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They carry the best chocolate too

Overpriced and terrible service.Some of their products can be found at Adonis or Super C (the exact same products) for a fraction of the price.The cashes are inadequate and outdated for the amount of clients that now shop there. The cashiers are extremely slow, regardless of long line-ups. You are expected to bag your own items without so much as a thank you.I would avoid this place, except they do actually have many products that are difficult to find elsewhere.

I went to the salad bar with a friend and we were the only 2 people there. It took the 2 girls serving us 25 minutes to make it, while infront of us. This is understandable, as they were having elaborate conversations about how they wanted to go home and go on their breaks in between, and even had the gull to give us attitude. The salad was not good either. If you want a good salad made on the spot in the Montreal area, go to National on Sherbrooke. Theyre fast, nice, and efficient, not to mention cheaper.

I love Marche tau, the only thing is that its way overpriced. When Avril opens up they will have major competition. One example of an overpriced item would be fish in a can. I can find them elsewhere at less than 4$ and at Marche Tau its almost 7$ so thats almost double. Also, at the cash they take too much time, its like they are falling asleep. Before I could understand it was a small grocery and not a lot of people came but now that its getting bigger they have to get with the program.

Im giving a 3/5 only because of the great selection of products, they have from Manuka honey to Tahitian Monoi, they even have meat. The service is really bad, too often the employees cant help you find what you are looking for. They rarely answer the phone. The prices are too steep and they rarely have good promotions . The cashier are not very enthusiastic

Disagree with the you have to bag your own, Tau is one of few that still bags your items, i go at least once a week sometimes 2 , never had to bag my stuff (since 2008).Another comment reads, overpriced, I sincerely believe some items may be, however they have many items that are same price as IGA or Metro and they are organic. Many like eggs and milk (organic ) are less expensive than organic at metro or iga, if you compare to Rachel Berry another organic store Rau has lower prices by a mile .:)

À chaque visite je vois des masques sous les nez et les bouches, et les employés ne leur disent rien à moins qu’on leur en fasse mention.Et aujourd’hui, le clou du spectacle a été un couple qui parlait à une employée en naturopathie, avec les masques sous la bouche, à moins d’un mètre d’elle sans qu’elle ne fasse aucune remarque. J’en ai parlé à un autre employé mais ai revu ces personnes quelques minutes plus tard, les masques toujours sous la bouche.Ce sont des comportements inacceptables et honteux, que ce soit de la part de ces clients ou des employés qui ne font pas respecter les consignes.

I bought maple almonds, I had seen $ 17.99 Arriving at the checkout as I had other items it went up to $ 67 I paid but went outside I looked at my bill and saw that the almonds were $ 37.99 I went back inside to see if I saw wrong and indeed I saw wrong. Very nice renovated store but the prices are still a bit expensive in my opinion. There are a lot of choices and thats a good thing. The only reason I don’t go to this store is for gluten free products and I find there is too big a price difference with normal products.

When you are closed, put it on Google maps, dont let people come and go, I saw dozens of people coming and going and who are unhappy especially old people who can barely walk, think to your customers

A lot of choice and quite low prices for fruits and vegetables (for organic). Big defect beyond the control of the grocery store: the parking lot is very dangerous, people drive at full speed, we are quite afraid to cross the parking lot each time, there are not enough security measures (signs, separations, donkeys, pedestrian crossings ...)
