Great staff but the store was placed oddly and not a lot of selection.

Have the best deals$$$, no doubt, no funny 2 for whatever price, and large percentage with small increases across the board during this unusual time. But have the best marketing strategy that serves their target market. If kept up (their strategy) will lead this particular market.

I love Super C in terms of great prices and selection. I have always done my groceries either here or Maxi. Very reasonable, always fresh.

Went in for a quick purchase. Met my expectations next to the highway 13 plenty of parking. Its connected to an intersection that can get a little busy.Be on the lookout.(more to come)2nd time going to shop there and the experience was a little differently unfortunately younger employees sometimes dont know how to handle basic functions. A cashier was changing station and mention to the man to go to the next cash only for her to re-open another cash just next to the one she closed. This caused the person and myself waiting to not get served since she took first come first serve.Either way my recommendation is better training it wasnt her fault she didnt know any better and look inexperienced.

Fruits and vegitables are not stocked at the 8.00am opening. Went back at 9.30am and they were still not stocked!

An employee in the meat department. An older woman , maybe in her sixties .... Rudest person I have met in a very long time . She snapped at me when i went to get a package of minced meat from a carriage that she had brought out . I mean SNAPPED lol . She yelled to me in french .... Dont touch the packages in MY carriage !! I burst out laughing . She was literally throwing them in the open fridge. Not placing them . Had to share !

Racist, short, chubby customer representative. I stood in front of her for 5 minutes waiting to pick up a fedex package. No greeting, no acknowledgement, just kept chatting and scanning lottery tickets. White lady came to the counter and right away greeted and went to serve her. She had to be told by another employee that the mister was waiting on you which she replied well Im busy. Complained to two managers.

They have good prices, cheap beer, and the self checkout machines accept cash too.

I wouldnt say his as a good place to buy meats because they all look not properly trimmed the chicken has a lot of water the thickness of the steaks are inconsistent but overall fair prices

Shopping at Super C is good, I think what I like best is that the environment is somewhat tranquil. There is not a thousand things vying for your attention. Product are on par with Maxi, walmart and to some extent IGA. The prices are similar although sale price can be exceptionally good.

Didnt have Graces habanero spicy sauce from Colombia, and the tuna cans were not on special. Otherwise everything was good.

I mean I just shopped here and got everything I need so I guess it’s alright

The cashiers are horrible, no smile.. no service..full attitude. Bought 200$ plus groceries and asked for a few bags and she wanted 30 cents 😂. Fruits and veggies arent the best either, everything else is ok.Long line-ups and people look like they hate their job.

So packed shelves completely empty and it wasnt even end of day. There wasnt even any carriages left.

Garbage. They have nothing in stock and no one respects social distancing. Staff dont enforce and break the rules themselves.

Use to be one of my best shopping place on my list.But lately some of their employees are not polite. Like today i went there early in the morning wanted to buy some stewing cube meat. There was none in the fridge so i asked one employee for that and he gave me a stupid answer that means its my fault because i came to early and i have to wait. I did wait for 15 minutes but it was too much so i left without buying anything. Maybe wont go back again there.

Just of 13 in Ste.Dorothee, Laval, This location is BIG. Lots of room in the aisles. Lot of walking around. Has dry-aged beef in the meat department and many marinated beef.If you are looking, they have a nice mix of items that are not in other stores.You will need good shoes, because it is a big store.Wifi in store worked well to review flyer. (it was Tuesday and they ran out of paper copies)

Terrible service from the butchers, no stock in the shelves for on sale products. Filled with rude and entitled clients.Not going there again.

Go here only if you are returning bottles or buying beer on super special!Long time since I bought meat there, I was not impressed with their handling of them. They had a special for hamburger meat. They just leave carts full of meat in the middle of the isle and not in the fridge area. Who will get mystery freshness meat from a cart? I told the workers in front. The manager was there and told me its ok. People will buy it dont worry.If that is the mentality of the staff with what is in front of us, imagine what is happening in the back!!

Wow. Now I remember why I dont shop at super C. what an awful experience. Cashier just threw my bags at me and turned around to move to another counter. She left me to bag my groceries. Normally I wouldnt mind, but she snubbed me to go talk to her friend. What the hell.

The store is well organized but can use a makeover perhaps so self serve cashes as a technology improvement. There are also not many people on the floor if you need to ask where something is located.

Very quick at the cash, staff is nice and helpful. Found everything I needed. They should maybe supply more chicken for their special but always happy with the quality and service.

Lot of food choices

Some customers do not respect the 8 items or less and barge in with a week load of groceries and cashiers just turn a blind eye. Im handicapped and standing in line, for an extra 5 minutes with a few items is painful.....
