If your looking for good meat. This is one of the best grocery stores to get it from. Their specials a good here. Store is clean. .ost if not all the freshly prepared meals are dated the same day or day prior. Prices in general are higher than a walmart. But you are more likely to find what you need and the store as a wide variety of foods. Beer selection is also good.

It was my first time using the Metro app. The staff was very helpful in teaching me how it works.

Beware of expired products. I found an item that has been expired for a year now and its still on the shelves. Not only , freaking a dozen of the same item!!! Told the cashier and the cashier told me that she even mentioned it and nobody looking at it!! Not normal

They need to train their staff better... went to do some groceries today with my fiance and the cashier refused to sell alcohol to us because i had forgotten my ID but my fiance had his ID and he was the one paying (we are both over 20 years old and this has NEVER happened to us before) we left our groceries that was worth 100$ and went somewhere else

The cashiers this morning were amazing their interaction and service along with their genuine smiles were sincere. It made me want to enjoy making myself a feast with their products.

A small grocery store, with a modest selection, and high prices. They are also often out of things. Ok if you need some milk, not great if youre trying to find specific things for a recipe.

They now have a good variety of Organic fresh fruits and veggies also though out the rows of the store you can find other organic and Vegan foods.

MAXIMUM REPOST: EXPIRED PRODUCTS WARNING:This metro store has shelves of expired products, like you can see on the photos below. My mom visited the store today, February 9 2018, to find that the cheese on sale is best before January 15, 2018.The manager on duty checked the date on his phone, not believing the products were expired! He didnt seem to care at all and offered no apology.Is this the kind of country we live in? This Metro is frequented by many elderly people who TRUST the store and dont check the date! SHAME SHAME SHAME! MAXIMUM REPOST!

Clean and organized but the IGA further down the road has a greater selection of specialty products and a wider range of fruits and vegetables.

Decent customer service. On the other hand, the quality of the products is horrible. Often the fruits / vegetables and meats are outdated. Today we bought chicken (good looking, packaged today), once unpacked when we get home the chicken smells bad. In addition, it has happened to us twice this month. Very disappointing as the trade is a few steps from the house which we go there for convenience. In addition, their delivery service is abominable. 2-3 hours before delivery I receive a final confirmation is half of the products are not in stock so will not be delivered. I have to leave work to run to the store so that I can entertain the family and make supper and there is a big surprise that I buy all the products that are supposedly not in stock. Delivery + packaging $ 12 and missing a few hours of work on top of that ... ordering a good filet mignon at the restaurant would have been cheaper.

It is not uncommon for there to be fruits with mold that are on the shelves. If you do not check on the spot, it is when you get home that you notice what is unpleasant - especially the prepackaged fruits (blueberries / raspberries) or in cases (persimmon / clementines)

Do not be trapped by their false discounts displayed on the shelves because at the checkout the prices are completely higher.

The application of Covid-19 health rules by employees is inadequate. Every time I go to this store there are always employees who wear their mask under their nose ..... while the mask should cover their nose and mouth. There is even an employee who only wears a simple visor that does not even go beyond their chin ... if that person cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, they should at least wear a longer visor.

The employee present. Mary didnt give me any service, she didnt say hello. Didnt watch me not give me an amount. My even made me feel uncomfortable when my card had a little problem. Her tones of voice were arrogant and she judged everything I did. I know I look younger and have a different style than some people. But Im an adult and I deserve the same respect as anyone in the store.I have never felt so uncomfortable with an employee. There is no need to judge how people look like they do. On my part she was entitled to a smile and to courtesy.The whole transaction has ended that she perfectly welcomed an older lady because she respects the standards of our society and advise me with an air of disgust to hurry up by pushing my items.I would never go back to this metro.

Dismal customer service!Purchase a filet mignon at $ 86. I ask the butcher to degrease it (which any good butcher does) and the latter refuses. Unbelievable ! I showed up at Palumbos market, right next door, bought a filet mignon (a lot cheaper by the way) and the butcher had the filet mignon for my taste! Metro Duvernay has lost a customer over 23! I stay right next to it! Pity !

The bakery was closed and I needed a cake for my daughters birthday and the assistant manager helped me get one and make a happy one. A big thank you and super good service.
