Cant complaint about anything!! Perfect place to stay at. A little expensive but totally worth the stay. I have stayed here for long weekends and never felt like I was staying at a hotel. Went with my family and totally enjoyed the stay. Staff is also very friendly and professional at the same time.

I had a short stay over there from 12 to 4.30... the room was not cleaned and the most disgusting I checked out early as I said by 4.30 pm but still till night It was reflecting in my oyo app that you r checked in still and they didnt even take any checkout sign from me.... totally unprofessional

Room wasnt as clean as shown in the picture. It was stuffy inside. Except water nothing is available in the hotel. Everything needs to be ordered from outside. For beef eaters remember beef is prohibited in this hotel.

Worst place in Kolkata People are shouting in next room whole night drinking alcohol...and what respond staff gives ..is that we cant do anything visitors have to suffer....oyo same way said we cant do anything

Not how it looks on OYO. The rooms are not clean. Service is good though. Fooding not available. You need to order from outside. You will get better hotels in the area for the price youre paying for one room in this hotel. Its an OK hotel if youre staying for 1-2 nights.

I was there for a wedding party and the stuff and management were really great and helpful. I went to their reception to make quarry abut future staying as I was from outside the country and I often visit Kolkata and visit other part of India. They were very cordial to provide all the info. Nice experience.

From all the hotel experiences i had around this area, this place is more like. Peaceful. The staffs are decent and helpful. Its clean and hygienic. I highly suggest this place.

Staff Behaviour And Support Was Great! It Felt Like Home.

Its a nice place. The room is good, clean with ac and wifi. The staff are nice, polite and you feel safe. Breakfast is complementary and served to you but other than that they dont serve you food except for tea, coffee and water. You have to order food from any restaurants you like and get it delivered to you. But this is not a problem, its a good option as you get to choose any food you like and you are not restricted on menus.

Hotel is at prime location in Sealdah. Its 1.8 km away from Sealdah station. Staffs were courteous and supportive. I used to leave in morning 7:45 am and they used to provide breakfast prior to that. Cleaness was maintained. You can order food from outside as well.

Oyo is the good hotel spend time at beside of VIP road but road was little bit jam.

Everything is good but area is bit scary, room that we have booked was also good but outside of window some workers are working every day and that is very annoying and feels disturbed because glass of window was transparent. Apart from this. Most attractive and valuable thing is food of the restaurant 62 is best of best. You must try biriyani. Staff behaviour is also well and good.

I had an amazing experience here at the Church View hotel. I got a little skeptical the first time I saw the place but it was safe and staff behaviour was very humble and courteous. I was provided with everything I asked for. The breakfast was hands down one of the best I had in any hotels I stayed. Thanks and surely I will be back.

Nice n cosy place for unmarried couples. Very safe n secure. Hassle free check-in. Warmly welcomed by generous staffs. Boys were quite good at their services. Neat rooms. On a total note this place is awesome for stay.

Just great. Loved their breakfast. They will deliver it to your room which is just perfect. The staffs are humble and helpful as well.

Gracious Staff. Passages are little narrow. But overall its very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Staffs are very helpful. No restaurant but they have tie up with 62 restaurant for food delivery.

The actual problem was someone was constantly ringing the doorbell, but whenever i went to check there was none, that was quite disturbing for our privacy. and lastly the tv sound was constantly going down, on itself the tv sound was going on level zero out of nowhere and that really irritated! these things can be better! work on privacy!

The location is good, but rooms were small very small and even a bit dirty.

Its really a good hotel. privacy and no questions and friendly behaviour of staff. overall good for couple.

Finding the place is bit of a task though it is near to famous landmark. Near to courier facilities, do not offer any kind of meal as it doesnt have kitchen. Rooms are spacious but too good.

The hotel staff is very polite and civilized in nature. Reception service is so fast and also arrangement is great.

Its clear mess from OYO, this is the 2nd time in a row that I have been cheated by this them, charging exorbitantly for rooms shown on the website that in no circumstances match the fraudulent imges put on website. I would recommend people to better not use OYO services as inspite of many complaints there customer service representative just give a plain answer Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but there is nothing that we can help you with. Highly annoyed by this crappy behavior from a start-up
