Dont purchase anything from here. They are completely imposter. After getting payment they will harassed u for delivery and they will charge delivery also . At the time of sale they will commit u its free delivery but at time of delivery they will charge. And the behaviour is extremely worst. There are several store suggesting all of u to purchase from others. If u dont want to be harassed. My experience is nightmare.

If the employees think youre there to compare prices, they wont pay heed to you. You literally have to run and beg after them asking again and again for the prices. I had to go on 2 separate days just to understand what kind of stocks they had for the products I was looking for.And the 2nd time I had to show my impatience and irritation and only after that they told me about all the prices and features of the products. (I was looking for a water purifier and a cooler).They expect you to go and immediately buy something after talking to them. As for me, I need to justify the amount and compare with other outlets if Im spending more than 20k in a bill.Also, the people from Bajaj finance took more than an hour to process the first time card issuing. Ive done this card thing previously for myself and my dad too. It takes 30 mins max to process everything. And this was after repeatedly telling them we are in a hurry.No chance of going back again. Ill make sure none of my kith and kin goes there too.Rating 3 star due to1. Reliable shipping dates 2. Availability of icici finance and Bajaj both. 3. Amc available for all products on spot.

Got my refridgerator today its working and the delivery guy charged for the delivery and this is pathetic. Also the refrigerator body is little bit distorted. I paid the price still they didnt do their job properly.

Made cash payment for ₹ 25.5 grand in full on 12 June 2021 for LG 260 litres refrigerator. The salesperson and the shop manager assured to supply on the next day. On 13th, the fridge was delivered but not our chosen one. On complain, the salesperson over phone at first tried to coax us to accept the fridge but when we stood our ground, he accepted that he made a mistake and assured to supply the actual by 14th evening. Till 14th evening, we are waiting.Worst experience. Don’t go near the shop.

Recently i bought LG washing machine fully automatic top loading at Rs.17000. this is suggested by there staff because that time l am totally confused what should i buy or not. But that suggested products are to good thanks for this suggestions.i think offline market is better than online market because they give product with genuine price.

The delivery service is worst. All the staff and sales persons always ready mislead and misguide the customers regarding purchase and delivery. Customers have to beg for the product to deliver for several days even after cash purchase. They dont even bother to pick up the phone also. Ive purchased many goods from Great Eastern Trading co (Sinthir More). But this time Im very much disappointed. This is totally unprofessional behaviour.. Ive purchased a geyser on 14th November,2020..I was to that Ill get that within 3-4 days. But today is 23rd November and still Ive not got the geyser...and no proper information is given by the salesman as well as Great Eastern Trading co. Even I couldnt contact the store as the provided contact numbers are all unavailable. As a old customer Im very much disappointed and in future Ill think twice to buy any product from the store.

Good range of products but customer service is bad. I brought a washing machine but they delivered it about 6days after the buying date. I called them several times but they always told me to wait for some time. After that I brought my electronic appliances from online but not from them.

They will say items will be delivered with in 24 hours... But it may take 24 days... If they somehow write wrong model no or color of product in bill then correct the bill on the spot... If they verbally assure you that correct will be delivered to you... That means you are screwed.

Great eastern was good , but now a days they cant give the best price compare to other. But as a stock of electronic product all most all is available here.

It is located in a nice area. Easily observable in normal traffic. Only downside is the lack of proper car parking facility. We can park our car at the side of the road but it is quite risky if we consider some rough drivers of some buses /cars moving on that main road. It is parking at owners risk.

I have ordered an 1ton inverter ac of Samsung on 15th March 2020, it has already been a week and I have not got its delivery yet, my order number is W1322/1920/18974. I purchase one refrigerator on 28th Sep and made the full payment. On the day of purchase, the salesperson ensured that the product will be delivered by 1st or 2nd October. But the product is not yet delivered. Whenever have contacted salesperson, he is saying it will delivered soon, the product is out for delivery. But he is just lying. The product is not yet delivered. On should be aware of purchasing products from such unreliable shops.

Service of the staff are good even in this time. But the person in the billing is slow so there is a que in there.

1st March, 2020 , Sunday , me and my husband went to great Eastern, Sinthee more, to order a gyser. For your kind information, payment was done. We were said to us that we will receive our product by 24-48 hours. We didnt received it. Still we waited for the delivery. I called The delivery man , he didnt picked up my call later his phone was switched off. Sorry but I dont want to disclose his name. On Wednesday,he picked up the call and said that he will deliver the product that this time. Again he changed the time as usual. Finally we received our product yesterday around 11:45 am . That delivery guy mentioned that the service man would come to our house and fix the gyser. That service man gave two particular time slots. We waited for hours. Still he didnt came to fix it. I called him around 5:30 pm he said that mam I cant make it today. Let it delay! . After this incident am very much unsatisfied. I would suggest to you all to think before you buy anything. One of the biggest retail chains for consumer durable electrical and electronics shop with maximum possible discount. Delivery may take a day extra, staffs are all very polite and gentle. Product range is fantastic but not to be compared with online stores. A place of satisfaction and value for money.

Very poor staff behavior. They are very reluctant to provide demonstrations. They were not even being able to open the refrigerator doors to show the interior since the passage was clogged with other staffs. Their attitude is like, if u enter the showroom ,u have to buy their products. Or else they will pass comments like you are there to waste their time. The only reason I am giving this two star because they have good product variety. (This happened today in refrigerator section. )

Has every electronics you want. They are genuine about their products. Keep prices competitive compared to most other retail stores. And from product to shipment everything is nice. Wont take the shipping charges.
