Actually this review is from my wife, just my words. She wanted to get some undergarments. There is a huge offer in place at the moment. Their products are a bit expensive, but totally worth it as it elevates the beauty of the dress you wear. Got a complementary night suit as well.There is a dedicated person who will give you a small tour and understand your needs. Good place to get your lingerie.

Visited the store situated in phoenix. The experience was great as we were assisted by one of the best salesperson there, Chaithra. She not only helped us get the perfect products, but was also kind enough to manage great deals for us. 100% recommend the store. Will go again. Very happy with my experience!

There billing is not transparent. Firstly, they don’t give you bill. They will say u will get bill on ur email. When you check that bill then you’ll find bill is not accurate. They will charge even for complimentary gift provided by themselves. I’ll never go to this store

They didnt give me bill and said it will come to my email id.. called 6 times but still no bill .. they made excuses like system slow blah blah.. I am sure they have charged me 900 rs extra

Very unpleasant experience with this Zivame store. I purchased few things yesterday late evening and somehow after coming home, I was not convinced with one thing because I saw that I had earlier bought the same thing and it became very loose after first wash.I went to exchange that product and even after constant request, the staff refused to do the exchange. Last buy from Zivame

My very first and last visit to this particular outlet.Only one sales person to attend and after repeatedly asking her about the offer and options she continued to entertain every other customer except me.After standing there for about 20-25 mins and waiting for her to come back with the answers to my questions, I left the store.Really bad experience.

I asked for a beg for my stuff and they said that we not give...so those items which we purchase we have to take them in hand.... Card service is not here. The store had a very limited collection. Was disappointed that they had only a fraction of the products available online. Finding the right size in a design I liked was a slight pain. But the staff there was lovely! Very helpful and friendly.I found it a little odd that the offers available on online purchases dont always apply on in store purchases. But I suppose thats how it is.

Went for my wife and as usual they dont have stock for required size and model which seems to be a well expected behaviour across most of the zivame outlets.. they run outlets without stocks.. if you get something then they will take another hour to get the billing done really pathetic software..may God bless and force be with you who is planning to visit there..

The staff is pathetic and the company needs to change them. They force you to buy products in name of offers. After selecting the items, they goof up the bill charge for more items. They also have very limited sizes in the store and they just hand you wrong sizes saying D and E are same sizes you just need to tighten the strap. What kind of salesmanship is this?

Told me its buy 1 get then didnt slow me to purchase same product to club and when later I checked my bill I was overcharged 400 Rs extra, weird it is, number in the bill is not reachable , customer service asked me to go to store and talk to manager, so basically they are asking me to spend 400 more to get a refund of 400 thats wierd.. kindly check before u but. This is truly wierd

Staff girls goofed up my billing so much and as a result I couldnt opt the offer (1+1 free) and even they charged from my pocket. I wasted two days by visiting this shop in person but I wasted my money and time talking them. Worst part is that they themselves did problem with my billing and denied to help and support with offers. Damn bad experience with ladies of this showroom.

Worst behaviour by a lady service provider. Had asked for a product which wasnt available. She left me unattended so I came out of the store. Another lady service provider called me and said that lady who attended me is looking for me. She shouted back stating where is the product. It was right there near her but she made the customer so embarrassed. Disgusting behaviour.

Staff was not supportive. They were unable to answer your queries. They just said whatever the price is shown on website the charge. Price was shown including taxes but still they charge you extra GST by saying GST is not included. Even they calculate GST on entire bill instead of calculating on product. In short they overcharge you.

Cheap tricks are being played at zivame hsr layout, bangalore. We visited the store last week, selected 2 items from the store, the staff said there is a buy 3 get 3 offer on all items today, hence we selected 4 more items and handed it over at the billing counter. There were 3 ladies staff, one of whose name was Mary. They billed only 4 items and told us the amount. We were not shown the bill or the items packed. They put the items and bill in the bag and stapled it. We paid cash and returned home and received a call from them after half an hour saying 2 items were not packed by their staff and they can deliver. Since we stay closeby we said we will come and pick it up. We visited the store after an hour with the unopened bag and asked for the pending two items. They said that those two were not in offer and they cant give those. When we checked the bill and the amounts, we realised that they billed only 4 items instead of 6. After some discussions, They agreed to offer one extra item as it was their mistake. While we were shopping for something else, they took out our stuff again without our knowledge and said we have to pay for the extra item. We refused and asked for a refund and they said they cant give money, only a credit note is given.This is a huge SCAM by the employees and the owner probably. When we selected 6 items, why were only 4 billed? Why were the items and the bill sealed into the bag without showing it to the customer? Dint they know at the time of billing whether the selected items were on discount or not? If the staff has done a mistake, shouldnt they have the courtesy to apologise to the customer? How can they change their word frequently? They opened the bag without our permission and said that they did it to scan the bar code but since we questioned their intentions and asked to speak to the owner, they became quiet. The staff is rude, they raise their voice against the customers inspite of making a mistake. Seriously today is the last time i will ever enter the store again.

I had been buying from Zivame but its overpriced. I went to buy from HSR 27TH MAIN ROAD ( BANGALORE) BUT STAFF IS SO UNCOOPERATIVE ND UNCULTURED . THEY DONT TALK ND BEHAVE NICELY. THEY DONT WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST WANT TO SIT ND GOSSIP. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS THEY TALK WRONGLY.
