Situated in a mall on 4th floor with 4 screens. Ticket prices are reasonable and a food court inside the cinema lounge. Its situated near the colambia asia hospital in salt lake area in kolkata. Big bazar is also in ground floor of this mall.

Great Hall to watch movies

They are having a hard time maintaining the theatre in the post covid world. The tickets are quite cheap, based on which the movie experience is satisfactory. But the cheese popcorn smelt of cheap oil and was a huge turn off.

Theatre is very badly maintained. Sound sucks. If you go for second show then after the movie you will not have elevator working.The theatre carpets are not changed and you will get a foul smell as soon as you enter.Even the seats are very uncomfortable.The price for the ticket has to half for such theatre condition. Worst experience, A lot of mosquitoes in the hall. No proper care taken for the seats. The management is so bad. I went yesterday to watch Protidondi, they did not give me tickets saying for 3 people we cannot run the movie. Disgusting. Then they told me to watch 12 O clock movie which is also the worst movie Ive ever watched.. 0 star experience.

Stands upto the Carnival tag. Nice theatre, great ambience, the chairs are comfortable and more importantly they dont smell at all, like other older theatres. The sound quality is great, has no Audio System problem. The Air Conditioning works fine. The crowd that shows up here is mostly sophisticated one and is totally fine for a family outing. The food served outside has a lot of variety. Prices for the food stuff are a bit on a higher side but the ticket rates are cheaper especially on weekdays.

A good cinema, open till late night. There are food stalls outside the mall you can get something to eat till midnight. Seats arent very comfortable but okay. There is no lift till theater you need to go by walk to reach theater. Food is expensive inside.

Nice hall, yes the recliners are one of the best in the city for the price point ( have been to the recliners in Quest Mall too.) Only issue is that elderly people have to use staircases for entering the hall, which cannot be justified. Serves the actual purpose of being a good movie hall.

The movie hall is really nice. Seats are decent. And you have a nice place to hop in for snacks and stuff. Theres just one thing that happened during my visit. The management forgot to turn off the lights while the movie was being played for almost 10minutes. Such mistakes happen seldom so overall its a nice place to hang out for a movie.

Sound and Picture quality are very good.... But while you watch a 3D movie... You have to ask for 3D glasses by yourself from the staffs cause there s nobody to provide 3D glass while you enter the audi. The Management must look for this matter.... Otherwise, the theatre is good and staffs are well behaved...

Initially when the cinema had opened it was very good. The ticket prices were quite cheap on certain days and the overall movie experience used to be good. Now the prices arent that cheap and the inside of the hall always smells of food and oil.

What ever I say is less. Average budget multiplex cinema. Screen quality is bright and clear. Sound quality sometime bring quake on your seats. Waiting area have a great seating arrangement. Fooding facility is good. 3D is a bit average need to upgrade their glasses. If you go there must eat the white sauce pasta its my favourite and I hope you guys will also love it.

Oh yes I love this place. It’s near by to my place n also u get tickets in good prices. Late night movie tickets are pocket friendly. One thing which I don’t like much is the food quality. Carnival is a really decent place to watch a quick movie.If its close to you or is the only place with the movie you want to watch choose it without thinking too muchThey do a lot of things right and the atmosphere is really cool however there are some problems:1.) The screen isnt the best around2.) The chairs are uncomfortable3.) The 3D glasses are foggy and youll spend a decent time using whatever cloth you have to wipe them before the movie.On the perks :1.) Its really affordable, and ticket buying and all is really smooth2.) Its at a decent and safe location which is very active so dont worry before booking night shows here.3.) The seats can be more comfortable and halls could be bigger and spacious. One has to reach ten to fifteen minutes earlier as movies start before time. So overall I give 3.5/5.

First time i have watched 3d movie here and the experience is not so good though the movie is full of fun and we enjoyed a lot with bunch of crazy people. The movie hall is comparatively small. Carnival is located far from the hustle & bustle of city in the midst of Salt Lake, near to Columbia Asia Hospital. There is a big bazaar located on the ground floor of the building that houses Carnival, which generally remains uncrowded. There is a ticket counter near the gates. You can also book their tickets online. Both English & Hindi as well as 2D/3D movies are frequent on their screens. After purchasing tickets you would have to take lift or staircase to reach fourth floor for Carnival. It has around 4 screens. There are food options like popcorns, nachos & other beverages. The seats are comfortable & the hall seating capacity is generally not much. Staffs are friendly & helpful. I would recommend to check the seating availability online for your favorite movie before coming here.

At first the hall was really a nice place to spend your leisure time. Recently the cleanliness of screen and maintenance of seats are the issues. And staff courtesy (security) is not upto the mark unlike other multiplexes.

Carnival cinema is located in the heart of salt lake city. Transport is easily available most of the times. But other features are not so good. Its Not worth the money paid. Seats are at bad angle. You have to bend your neck to view the screen. Service is not good. 3D quality and glasses are of poor quality. Bunch of lazy people sit on the ticket counters. We arrived at 30 minutes before the show but still we got late due to lazy staff at the ticket counter. We told then to hurry but there were just to lazy to listen.

This place used to be one of the greatest theatres in the city.However, recently Ive noticed they have degraded the sound quality and even do infair things regarding the price of the ticket.Say at book my show ticket is Available for 150.However,when we go to buy the tickets from the box office they charge 20/- extra per ticket reasoning that if we order from bms we would have to incur internet handling fees.Is this even fair?Its simply looting the public cleverly

Awesome first time experience in this Multiplex!The crew members are very helpful and friendly.We missed to book a ticket for next day show by mistake and it was late night show..Thanks to Staffs who allowed us late in the arena moreover booked fresh ticket for us even after closing of booking counter.This step ahead of professionalism makes any business successful!

Small theatre. Screen is old & poor quality. Very poorly maintained. When you are sitting in one screen You can hear sounds from other screen too. Parking is small clumsy. Original exit door from parking is closed. Dont know how they got Fire safety clearance.Need serious thought for renovation.

Watched Super 30 last month, night show. Never had an experience as that in my lifetime. The aisle had mice and they kept scampering through. I saw the whole movie with my feet up on the seat!!! Didnt find any authority to take up the matter with as it was very late. I am surprised why none have complained. I could see many among audience with the same plight as mine!
