I got reference of this shop on a wall advertisement in galaxy mall. I then visited the shop and was fully thrilled when inside the shop. I never dreamt that such a shop does exist in kolkata. I met the owner of the shop Mr Mittal and he is very very my dear person with vast knowledge on the areas of home theatre and which will fit based on your requirement. I was looking for a floor standing speaker. I had some other brand in mind but he convinced me about Q acoustic 3050i which was great. I couldnt afford it at one shot so by himself he agreed with 3 installments. He also got it delivered. It didnt end there, I also purchased a marantz turn table again and recently a stereo amplifier of Marantz pm6007. He himself again recommended it to me and said you will never repent though it was expensive. Not to mention he gave it a very competitive price and he himself delivered to my home due to lockdown. I know now where to buy audiophile grade products and someone looking for it should look nowhere else. Mr Mittal even took lot of my questions at anytime in whatsapp. Look nowhere else but to Auditro HiFi Systems.

I had walked into Auditro on a quest for a turntable - believe me its not an easy item to find in Kolkata - I have now been converted to a delighted customer ! Mr. Akshay Mittal is a real friend for novo audiophiles - and provides down to earth guidance - steering away from overselling at any point. I now have a Project Debut 3 turntable, connected via a Marantz NR 1509 to a pair of Dali Zensor 7s and a Dali Spektor Vokal (all of these sourced from Auditro). Akshays advise on the speakers was perfect, and I find them ideal for my listening environment. I have connected a Sony UBP X700 for disk transport (It really plays all my old stuff), and a pair of old JVC bookshelves as surrounds, to complete the setup for now. I highly recommend Auditro for any Hi-fi /home theatre requirements, and would advise a call to Akshay before deciding on any equipment.

First of all the man with whom I had talked with didnt come himself instead sent some of his assistant who wasnt able to answer my questions at least...very unsatisfied. Have had an excellent buying experience with Auditro HiFi - a bit of a rarity in Kolkata when it comes to high end electronics where Ive found the Sales guys usually know much less than you do. What can I say about this place more so Mr. Mittal , He personally deals with the customer which is a great thing which I found lacking in many outlets and the lack of pushing to make a quick decision is a very welcoming benefit. Prices are very competitive with transparency of MRP. Mr. Mittal is so helpful that he also procured a speaker that was non existent in Kolkata and never did he complain on trying. I really liked the experience from consultation to installation he was present in every step of the way.

Denon 2400 amp is wonderful for playing all sorts of music& movie formats -Blu Ray/ Regular DVDs/ pen drives. In my case the equipment was supplied Auditro,Kolkata. Their technical people came & explained all the intrecacies.
