It is a Very good and very big property and well maintained hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean . Food are really excellent. All covid protocol are maintained here so you can come and stay here without any fear. The outside view from the room is very nice and very beautiful.

Never stayed here. We went to cafe 31/32. Decent hotel. We ordered food and cocktails. Drinks were not good. Our ordered a food items turned out to be pretty good. The ambience is nice. And the staffs were polite.

I went there. There is a bar on top floor. I am a proud bengali , my english is not fluent. So I ordered food in bengali , I was talking with the waiter in bengali. He told me that he doesnt know bengali. We live in west bengal ,our native language is bengali, being a famous hotel restaurant star catagory how they appointed this kind of waiter who doesnt know bengali ? This can only happen in west bengal. Go other states like Gujarat. I was very upset not for I dont know English very well for Westin hotels managers they are doing business in a bengali state how can they appointed that arrogant waiter?

We went to the top floor restaurants and bars. Food is very tasty, they have a good range of cocktails, yes of course its a bit costly. It offers an amazing view of the Eco Park and the rest of the rajarhat. Best time to go there is during the afternoon so that you can enjoy the sunset.

Two of us had gone you the 31-32 lounge/ bar on a week day evening. The cocktail menu is relatively sparse and doesnt offer much choice. It was very difficult to flag down the staff. We had to pretty much wait multiple times to just get somebodys attention. The fish and chips was a real turn off -- they replaced the chips with potatoes smileys (the McCain type, I mean). The fish fillets were good nevertheless. The view from atop the 31/32 floor is magnificent. The 32nd floor has rooftop seating too. Much room for improvement considering its inside a five star Westin property.

Staff was very cordial and respectful, food although the main reason to visit Westin was not up to the mark. Starters were all cold. Not much options in the main course. Dessert was awesome. An okay time spent.

Food & Services at Seasonal Tastes is good but same is pathetic at 31 32. We entered at 31 32 around 5 pm and they kept us waiting for straight 2 hours without even asking what to serve. This is not expected from a in house cafe of 5 star hotel. Will always recommend Seasonal Tastes to others over 31 32. Only thing which will make you happy at 31 32 is the view from it.

Stayed there for a Day to celebrate my Husband’s Birthday. Had an amazing experience. The staffs are super polite. The Buffet for Lunch , Dinner and Breakfast as a whole were heavenly. The variety of food was really something to look forward to. They even provided a complimentary cake and decorated the room with balloons for the special day. They were sweet enough to write a hand written note on the Birthday Card.Had an overwhelming experience and a great time. ☺️✨

Located at a driving distance of 20 minutes from the airport, the hotel is easy to reach. Staffs were very polite and professional. The room was quite spacious , well cleaned and sanitized. Bathroom was fitted with all the necessary accessories. The conference halls were good enough for large group meetings. Food served was in tune with expected quality and taste. The surrounding area is still developing and nearby localities appeared a bit deserted. Advantages - peaceful stay and majestic view of well lit highway at night from rooms Windows. disadvantage - not many things to explore in nearby vacinity with the exception of Eco Park..

One of my worst experience in a 5 star hotelFirstly the good points:1. The room is very nice and spacious2. Excellent View.3. Convenient Location4. There executive Chef Vivek Kalia is very nice. He saw how disappointed we were and gave us a cooking class for Sushi. and sent some chocolates in the room.5. One of there Staff Mr. Putin helped me redeem the celebration table when the app was not working6. Nice spread in buffet.Now the reason why I am not visiting the place again once my membership here is over:1. We called at 12.15, whether we can check in early at 12.30. They said we will try, but made us wait for 90 minutes. Can directly say it is not possible. we would have planned accordingly2. Once you have checked in no one will attend you after that. called them 5 time to send someone to clean the bathrooms and provide some toileteries. But no one came. A guy came in the room next door. But when asked to clean our room, he said no.3. If you go to the reception to complain, They will give you the directions of the shop from where you can buy everything.4. There was a party at 2 o clock at the pool. but the pool access was restricted from 8. I am sure the party was not planned on the last moment. So they can mention this during checkin.5. In the Buffet the cutlery is not present. we waited for glass and bowls for 5 mins. Since the cutlery was not there, when we said them to serve it on the table the staff rudely declined it.6. There club Marriott app is almost never working. could not redeem the coupon due to which my guests had to wait for 20 mins.7. We had requested for some wine glasses in the room. They arrived after 1.5 hrs and 6 calls.In my opinion if you want to stay here ask them beforehand if they are fully booked or not. Because if they are fully booked then there service will be at there worst. Specially if you have not booked there premium rooms and are going via club Marriott.Hope this is not repeated with any other guest.

Visited the highest lounge in the city 31 32, situated on the 31 and 32 floor of the Westin. 32 is an open air lounge where as 31 is covered. The view from the topmost place in the city is awesome. You do not have much food options here, but the view and the ambience is just out of the world

Westins kolkata proximity to the airport is a big advantage. The rooms are quite big and serves for both business travel as well as family trips.Food at the coffee shop was excellent and the buffet spread was quite nice.

Restaurant at tenth floor overlooking Newtown at Westin hotel is worth a detour. The restaurant especially their buffet is worth trying. Helpful attendants, wide variety of food on offer in buffet and their reasonable price makes the restaurant attractive.

I got a beautiful view room at the 24 th floor. The food was exceptional especially the buffet at The Seasonal Tastes. It’s a must try. Chef Prosenjit and Susanta made special dishes . We had out Cycle meeting In Westin. The experience was wonderful. Fully well decorated and well maintained 5 star hotel. Just Beside the Road side At Rajarhat. The whole building, rooms, swimming pool was excellent.All Rooms were well cleaned. Room service response was also very Good.and the most important thing was the helipad on the roof. It was awsome. You can get a whole view of Salt Lake city as well asa newtown, rajarhat, niccopark, eco park from there. The bed was so comfortable and rooms were AC rooms. Enjoyed their service. In a sentence it was a great experience.

Great Stay and hospitality experience at the Westin kolkata.The rooms were clean, spacious and had a great view of the city. The place had an amazing vibe and ambience which made it a memorable birthday experience. My best experience was at Seasonal Taste where Manager Shankar Agarwal and Avhi personally paid attention to all our dining needs. I specially enjoyed the chocolate waffles custom-made by Chef Rubai. However one thing i would mention thay the in-house room service was and the pool experience was not upto the mark. Overall it was a good experience.

Food and buffet are pretty good. has a open swimming pool and other facilities.Here we had booked two room from different platforms due to some personal reasons, but on request we were provided two rooms at the same floor so that we can access each others room. looking forward to plan future stay.

Went to Westin this Saturday.No doubts, this is a beautiful 5 Star hotel with 3 in-house restaurant, namely - Seasonal Tastes/Nori/31-32.Even though the ambience, safety and decor is kept well in mind, I felt that that staffs could have better service. I visited 31-32 at 4PM (Opening time) and they kept us waiting for straight 45mins, without even asking to serve something. We had to go back to Seasonal tastes. Food was tasty but absolutely pricy.Well if you are looking for any staycation at the hotel, I am pretty sure you wont be disappointed.

Just want to say how pathetic the consumer experience of this hotel is. We make a booking appointment at Seasonal Tastes at 7:00 PM. Called the previous day and told us that the restaurant is apparently open till 8:30 PM. We call us at 7:15 PM asking if we can come in 15 mins, they said, come in. We enter at 7:30 PM and they ask us to go back because they cant take an order coz of government norms. We asked him we could get soups etc - he says no. Never knew it takes more than half an hour to get a soup.We see people sitting in the restaurant without plates, and people entering. He refuses to take an order.We are not here to flout government rules, but why call us to the restaurant and ask us to go back? Just say it thenJust want to tell the manager at Seasonal Tastes, what a beautiful example youve set for customer experience! Amazing!

This place has the best buffet counter for the price it takes.What else to expect from a hotel with a five star status.They usually have a very different Friday night buffet, live music and great ambience.Great food across all the counter.One should avoid the Biryani as it lacks authenticity, though it tastes good.Friendly staff.Floor manager always around to take in feedback.Wide assortment of Desserts. All unique to itself.Live counters are amazing. Takes a while. But its worth the wait.Overall an amazing place for family, friends, loved ones, special events/occasion..

I just loved the place. Its a very different hotel. Its plush and very soothing. I went for my anniversary dinner at NORI and trust me it couldnt have been better. The food quality was top notch, the taste was awesome and service was equally great. Must try the salmon sushi. Its just out of this world. Very fresh salmon and melt in your mouth. Great evening spent there. Highly recommend it.

We chose the right place to celebrate our birthday occasion. Scrumptious food at Seasonal, loved the North-Indian, apart the grilled chicken is to die for, topshe fish fry and the paneer dish from live cook and serve, Dessert section was yum. Great ambience with live music. Evana and Pintoo was our attendants, we enjoyed the best service from them. It was raining and Kolkata was looking lovely from tenth floor. Excellent!

Premium priced 5 star hotel.Rooms, front desk and house keeping services are good and meets expectation.Food at restaurant Nori is excellent. Good quality at high price. We enjoyed our lunch there on 14th August 2021.Dinner buffet at seasonal taste is poor and way below 5 star quality. Not worth the price. Only dessert section is good. No continental items in spread. In grill section they offer no bhetki or pomfret. Instead they serve small size telapia which is not the best fish for grill. We were disappointed our dinner at seasonal taste on 14th August 2021.

Just completed a 2 nights staycation at Westin which is an awesome property with extremely friendly staff. We were on the 27th floor (rooms are from 10th to 30th floors) which had a 180° view including that of Eco park. Best of all was the Buffet spread at restaurant named Seasonal Tastes where the food quality was really great, which can be corroborated with the huge turnout at their popular Saturday and Sunday brunches. Special mention for Avhi at Seasonal Taste who ensured royal treatment for us. I recommend this Hotel to all.

It was an enthralling experience to live in Westin. We had gone for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary, the stay turned out to be awesome. Courteous and polite staff behaviour, amazing room decor, nice and spacious rooms, very good buffet wiith lots of varieties even for vegetarians like me and above all this the cost was economical against the services we received. I would like to thank Westin management to make our anniversary stay a memorable one. Keep it up the good work!

Westin is located so close to the famous Eco Park and also in 10 km proximity to airport. It is a 5 star hotel with all luxury amenities. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Dinner Buffet was awesome with variety of dishes. I stayed here for 4 days in 2020 January last week. Totally satisfied with the service.
