Behaviour of the staff is very rude. They dont know how to talk or behave gently.While watching movie they will unnecessary put torch light on your face to disturbe you (specially with ladies). Very cheap mentality people are working there. The security guard and each staff will behave very rudely. Hall owner knows every thing , but he dont care.Before (5-7yrs ago) the hall was good. Now its a kind of worst.

Both the houses deliver well organized sitting experience along with that sounds quality and AC conditions are pretty good. Concerned staffs are helpful by nature. Mostly, tickets are pocket friendly.

Nice cinema hall...... It has a facility of two different shows at a time.. Because it has two halls... But there is no online ticket booking system.... One of the hall is not air-conditioned and which is air-conditioned is smaller than the other ones.

It is better to donate money to the poor people, than watching movies in this hall. Me and my friends have watched WAR movie in that cinema hall. We have booked three tickets of Air conditioned hall balcony which cost 100 rupees per person. But i dont think that AC was even working or not. The pictures isnt also clear and there was too many scratches and black spots on the screen. Sound quality is also so bad, sitting arent good as well. In front of the screen there was a glass which was so dirty and that makes the video quality more unclear.I will recommend everyone not to watch movie in that movie theatre.Though its just my personal suggestion, do whatever you want.

Recently they have repaired heavily. Installed comfortable chair , replace sound system and screen too. A decent hall in the suburbs. Picture quality is more or less comparable to old Inox Theatres. Ticket price is reasonable.

The picture quality of the hall is not well contrasted. Sound boxes are placed very near to your ear at some places. But though it has couple section where you can enjoy the film with your loved ones privately it has good crowd for couples.

A good, clean option for a budget movie night. Seats are comfortable, but not extra posh. Food can be bought downstairs, where the collection is economical. The place is situated at walking distance from the station which helps. Even though I cant vouch for the neighborhood,I have never had experienced any bad experience.

Lastly I watched War movie in this cinema hall. AC was not so strong. Many persons were complaining for it during the cinema was going on. So, the have to switch on the fans inside the AC hall. As for my own dissatisfaction, the picture quality was very bad, it was not clear. I think there was dust on the projector lense. Sound quality is average.

One of the worst cinema experiences I had in recent days. Really disappointed. Donor go for box, its a waste of money the movie sound quality is really really bad more over in this present world of Dolby sound this hall doesnt even provide Dolby and they make the sound of background music really low I hardly could hear the loud background musics only. Environment is really bad and they have really uncomfortable plastic seats.Possibly my last time in this theater. Udayan is far more better for cinema experience. Or u can have inox experiences in this price range.. disappointment to some other level..

There is no option to give below 1 star.. The behavior of staffs are horrible. They dont know how to speak with ladies. I went single to watch movie recently, I was in que, in front of me they rudely behaved with ladies, one blue frame black short height man. Even the way they are asking parking fare its not good, people are parking their car and that is extra income for you but the tone is very odd and last and final the old security person he thinks that he is working in India pak border.Teach him he is in security not in army. In local you people organized a good cinema Hall but they way your staffs are talking and behaving, cant accept.

Shushuma cinema service is very bad. There is no lost and found register there. There is more to do with the power to lose a mobile phone.Despite the fact that they did not have the mobile they were the first to say. At first they said they did not get any mobile. But at the end, the mobile has been brought back to the mobile by many tricks, and the mobile has been restored. My question is, when the mobile was already there, then did I have to rotate so long?And yes the mobile was on their desk and all the staff knew that the phone was found.They got the mobile 14/10/2018 and the mobile was recovered from them 22/10/2018😡😡😡😡

Like other multiplex this one lacks branded shops and stamp of a brand. But this ones a nice movie hall with digital Dolby surround sound and most importantly its clean.

Just a good place to watch movie.6 min walking distance from sheorafuli railway station. You can take a toto to reach the hall which will take ₹10 or u can reach by rickshaw. The hall is a little bit small. But it us a good place to spend 3-4 hours. AC. is working properly.ticket price is low.I watch a movie only for ₹60

Sushama Cinema is multiplex. One is Sushama Cinema and othis Mini Sushama. Both are good with new renovation. Comfortable sitting arrangements. Cost of the tickets are reasonable. Parking space is there. You can drive your car. Many a new movies are released here. Anybody else may visit the place.
