The place is centrally located and extremely organized. The host Mr. & Mrs. Marwah are very nice people. We travelled for visa stamping purpose, which is less 1.5 km from the service apartment which is walkable 20 mins or cab by 5 mins. We had a very comfortable stay with our kid, they have kitchen and fully clean and neat home furnished you will not feel youre away from the home, you can make your own foods. I Will certainly recommend to our relatives and friends travel. Overall a great place to stay in Kolkata

Very Comfortable Stay . I stayed there for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience. Good hospitality. Centrally located. Would love to come back and stay again. Breakfast was good. Complete hygiene maintained. Big size rooms with All amenities including washing machine.

Rajesh and his family made our stay in India superb. We arrived late at night but were greeted warmly. Rajesh organised for breakfast which included local fruits. After our first night, we discussed our plans, breakfasts and other needs. They had an endless supply of safe water for drinking and excellent laundry, private bathroom and common facilities. The rooms are clean, well equipped with kettles and microwaves, fans and AC. The beds are hard, but thats standard in India.Each morning, the two ladies who worked with Rajesh made us breakfast with fruit and water. We had a choice of baked beans (Indian style) or more traditional Indian breakfasts; these were just brilliant. The food was fresh and authentic. Everything we needed was catered for and our expectations exceeded in every way. Yes, it is disconcerting for westerners to show up, especially with the outside of the building fairly run down, but I cannot speak more highly of the way the rooms and main part of the house is set up. It feels like a home away from home.Rajeshs knowledge of the local area is fantastic, and he helped us work out where we were in relation to the main parts of Kolkata. He was aware of local restaurants and their value and food safety, could recommend places to go and things to see.I will always stay with Rajesh any time I am in Kolkata. Good value for money, excellent location and well equipped.

Home away from home! Must visit

Had a perfect stay in this apartment!! The studio was spacious, clean, very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The Marwahs are lovely hosts and their domestic staff Puja and Madhuri were full of warmth. We got a sumptuous breakfast every morning. The flat is located close to Park Street with several eating options. Mocambo is a 3-4 min walk!

It is a very spacious place having all modern amenities like washing machine, microwave, iron, fridge, A/c, etc. The owner and his staff run the place efficiently. It is very well maintained. All our extra requests were met promptly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a service apartment or homestay in Kolkata.

Service apartment, Park Street is like a second home you can have away from home. The host Mr Marwah is a very generous person with his family along you can feel like home. About the location of the place, its quite center to everything around Park Street be it any food court, movie theater or party place. Moreover regarding the living space, its specious enough. The 2 BHK space is inside the house, while the studio apartment is independent from the house where you can have your own space.

Lovable place. Nice and clean. Gives out homely warmth. A bit costly and check out time is a bit strict.

It is in a dirty lane, building common areas are never cleaned. They are full of garbage and cob webs. The floor of the service apartment is clean though and rooms are averagely decent to live in. The staff seemed good and courteous.

I do not think this owner is very legal publishing personal details of his guests (passport numbers).This is ilegal not only in Europe but in the rest of the world. *Answering to the owner; I had the intention of staying with you and I decided not to, due to privacy issues. I was shocked to see that you are publishing guess details and I dont want my passport details to be public by you if I dont like staying in your appartments. This could lead to identity thief, something very serious.
