Very nice hotel with 3 star facilities. Rooms are wide with good walking space and with plenty of natural lights. Rooms are climatically controlled, thus helps to overcome the humid weather instantly when you enter the room. Very clean with good facilities. Hotel staff behaviours was excellent. Front desk is very helpful.

I Visited this place on yesterday They provide us a very poor room with small Toilet, Giving a bad experience in 4 star hotel like this, Am very very disappointed tv was not working when i complain the service man come to check why the Tv is not working, when the staff ring a bell i open the door and saw that he get the Dish tv box he trying to install but the wire was not worked any more after 30 min he again came with the cable and install it successfully but when i check the channel the 4 star hotel was not recharge there setupbox they only Run some free channels in there setup box nothing else alright now the room ac is stuck with the card board ,i called the restaurant no which provides from hotel once i called a lady was picked up my call and when i ask what Dish you have for lunch she told me there is only two dishes only fish curry and tadka when i Asked her that is there any chicken items like tandoori and chicken tikka she said no sir no chickens are provided by us. also wifi is not good enough .wow what a good service me and my girlfriend was very upset and angry so i Was check out on evening .they have so much formalities to check in but the service i got in Rs.2200 totally waste .i like to abuse the hotel receptionist and Shout in the hotel facade area but i was control my self .and what he said When i check in hotel receptionist said sir you have to paid 2200 i said yeah fine but when i paid him after the all formalities he said sir i give you a normal Room when you come into our hotel again we gave you the premium Room what the xxck was happen yesterday i was so much angry ,i want to Grab the hotel receptionist colar want to try a big hand punch on his face. xxck off Howard johnson They scam you....

They sanitize you properly on entrance. The receptionist was very good. The food was good but can be better. all the amenities were provided. The only thing negative I found that was I was having luggage yet no one came with me to room with the carrier trolley. The receptionist said no one is available.

The room was clean with washed linens and other supplies. There was ample facilities which is a plus. Had a smooth check-in, staffs were very courteous.Room floor was not properly cleaned, our room had no view. Ventilation is very poor, sometime it felt claustrophobic. Food cost a bit too much and with very less quantity like 2 PCs Chicken curry for 385/- is not at all worthy.Breakfast spread was good, had a lot of options. Average. We were not satisfied as we have heard earlier from a brand of Wyndham.

Right now, they are delivering to up to a radius of 10 kms with a staggering discount of 10% on a total bill of Rs.1000/- and 20% when you order for 7 or more combos and thalis. This has to be the right time for them who hasnt yet tasted the hospitality service of HoJo.Digging into the food, what all I got served:► Basanti Polao with Thakurbarir Kosha Mangsho (Rs. 225/-) : Name a more iconic combo than this. Its been a steep favorite for generations and will remain so to come. The portions were more than enough for one with the aromatic polao which was perfectly seasoned and the mutton which was cooked to perfection. The mutton pieces were soft an succulent with the perfect balance of spices. It complemented the sweet polao so well.► Home style chicken curry with Steam rice (Rs. 200/-): The comfort food of Bengalese, this one hardly needs a description. The portion size was really more than enough with white basmati rice and lightly spiced chicken curry. The chicken curry wasnt overloaded with spices and proved to be really well.► Chingri Malai Curry with steam rice (Rs. 250/-): OMG....where do I even begin to tell you how much I loved it. The AC of our room stopped working. And theres no fan in the room hence it was unbearably stuffy. On voicing our problem they started to repair the AC from an external point.They simply could have given us another room but didnt. For 45 mins we had to stay like that.

Its just beside Holiday INN Chinar Park Rajarhat. Hotel cost is little bit high, staffs are all well mannered, they are very co-operative. I big suggestion is if possible then try to make Toilets in every floor because its hectic to come down every time when your are in a meeting.

I was stayed there for two nights and we find that hotels room & the facelities are good but the bathroom of the deluxe room category are extremely poorly designed by the hotel as whenevr you enter or exit from the bathroom everytime you touched the toilet comode as ther is no enough space to move freely. this is very annoyning. if you wish to avoid this situation you have to take extra caution and inconveniently move to exit. There should be a sliding door system to make space.Next the food quality is extremely poor, we have taken two days its complimentory breakfast and it was unplatabale and the same story with the food we ordered for room services, hotel cheff doest know the art of basic cooking. even we get a better food on the street vendoors.only the good part of the hotel is its extremely good and well trained courtioues staff. Room air conditioners need to repair to provide effeciant cooling. We felt hot while covering ourself.However due to its poorly designed bathroom and bad food , I will not book this propety in future.

I visited the outlet on 24th October 2020 for buffet dinner. There were few items which is fine but the issue was all the food items were cold and tasteless, the rice items had hard or uncooked rice in it. This kind of food is not expected from these kind of restaurants.

Dirty and filthy rooms. Small washroom with not enoug space to reach the bathing place without brushing your body against the toilet. However the staff were extremely well behaved.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and needed to extend our stay in Kolkata for 2 more days, but our stay was so inconvenient that we checked out immediately the next day. It seems as if the hotel has made covid a perfect excuse to their terrible service and arrogant behaviour. The staff both at the reception and the restaurant is rude and untrained. The room we stayed in had very old bedaheet spread on the bed. It had lint all over and ut was very uncomfortable to sleep on it. The bathroom wass too dirty with water marks all over the door and walls. All in all pathetically maintained hotel with arrogant and untrained staff. There are other better options in New town in the same range. Trust me, dont make your booking here

Our staycation at Howard Johnson was absolutely wonderful! We had previously heard good things but the hotel still managed to exceed our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well kept and the service was unmatched! The staff were very helpful and courteous; they were patient with us even when we had lost the card to our rooms. Theyll ensure that you have a great stay! The in-house restaurant is fantastic as well; the food is good and the buffet options are diverse! Their gorgeous rooms (with mini bar, ironing facilities, lovely bathrooms and added amenities) and decor will not only please your eyes but always gratify your heart. Definitely recommend a stay if youre in town!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!Wanted to give negative star but Google doesnt provide that.I visited the place today (weekday: Monday; maybe weekend is better or worse, Idk). I had booked myself a lunch buffet (1+1 offer from nearby app). I bought 3 of them as I went in with my family.We went in at 2.30pm.We were served with the welcome drinks after 7minutes after we took our seat. The welcome drink was full of crushed ice which we couldnt drink (winter season). Next came the starters. Had only 2 options (1veg 1 non veg). They served us the starters after another 15-17 minutes each time. We had to ask the server SOUVIK DUTTA almost 5 times to refilll the non-veg starter. We had to wait for at least 15 mins every time to get next starter. We had to start with the main course as they were too late. Now, main course had options and was okay. Will not say it was lipsmacking coz they had very simple dishes and nothing different or interesting.The most awful thing was that server came to our table at 3.30pm and stated that sir the buffet is till 3.30pm i mentioned that it was your fault that you guys didnt have the starters ready and we had to wait 30 mins.This was terrible hospitality. When asked to speak with a manager he stated there was NO MANAGER ON DUTY. He said his name was AYAN PAUL.He called the head shef SAMIUL SHEIKH and he was adament about the time as well. So apparently i am paying for the food and they do not provide it on time and then they are asking us to leave by 3.30pm.Worst part was staff service. No tissue was there on the table nor were we offered. Plates were not taken away from the table. Very late.Only good point was the ambience, the place is beautiful.I had visited last year around the same time and the service was great then.Will be taking this to social media!!!Very disappointed and strongly recommend for NOT VISITING THIS PLACE.

I have requested to charge as per the online but they never cooperated.6. no smile in the reception.7. brought food in the room. again they have gone to bring straw.
