When I came across this OYO Townhouse..I saw the pictures of the rooms were nice and clean. I booked the room for 1day and 1 night stay.-Location in Google map was not clear, therefore the Uber driver had to make another turn just to get there.-They charged me extra 800 rupees for early check-in.-The room was not as expected; there was fungus on the walls, bathroom was so dirty, bucket and mug also was so greasy-No warm water to shower.-No toilet paper in the bathroom, The shampoo bottles were almost finish and they were so dirty I didn’t dare use them.-I wanted to charge my phone using the circuit next to the bed but they’re not working ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BED. Only one was working near the table.-I called reception wanting to ask for water but couldn’t reach them, I had to go down all the way from level 3 to level 0 just to ask for water.-They provided only one thin towel for using after shower.-Couldn’t sleep the whole night as the building was shaking because of the vehicles outside. So scared to even sleep.-I paid 2200 and on the next morning while checking out, the guy at the reception asked for money for taking the water. I reminded him of the money I paid the previous day and that he’s the one suppose to give back my change. Then he gave me the change.-I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. 2067 rupees was not worth at all.

The Hotel location is very very good. Its in the main road where you can get bus,auto,taxi everything. But unfortunately no parking space available

The most distasteful oyo you will ever face. I had travelled with my parents to have a stay nearby Kolkata airport but the excitement turned pale as they denied me entry because I did not have a hardcopy of aadhar card and softcopy will not be acceptable as per OYO guidelines. I work in ISRO, I showed my id proof, yet he did not accept as a valid card. I even called the customer care where they informed me that my booking is non refundable and they shall not cancel from their end.Later the customer executive was so disrespectful that he denied entry to my parents even whonhad valid if proofs of aadhar card.In the complementary breakfast, we requested them to serve by 8 am, because we had a flight by 10 am. Here they were so adamant that they informed they will open the counter only after their head chef comes in the morning.In the washroom, there was neither any separate fresh soap (although liquid soap was there) not any bucket mug which I felt the basic amenities were lacking in the hotel.It was a total harassment for the 3 of us and I must warn every person before booking at this esteemed and gorgeous hotel OYO TOWNHOUSE 060.

Worst worst worst hotel.My husband stayed here 2 days back. He sounds cracking noise and highly gali galoch in hotel premises. No control on hotel staff. Even room is not clean and neither a tasty food. I would suggest travellers not to visit this hotel again. OYO should remove this hotel from Their hotel list as it is also spoiling OYOs Fame and name.Basin and Western toilet was having leakage issue. No fans and Central AC.Dont book this hotel again.

Being a townhouse I didnt like that much. Had to wait an hour to get a room even at 2 pm.Cant compliment about the food. Room was good but being at the roadside you cant sleep peacefully.Coming to the complimentary breakfast there was only tea coffee and puri sabji and bread butter. not even an egg. Else all good.

Everything of this hotel is perfect. This is my first experience with Townhouse. It was great. Location is superb. Behaviour of staffs are very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and hygienic. only exception is complimentary breakfast. It was very limited. Otherwise the hotel is great.

This Place Is As Good As It Seems From Outside. First, Location Of This Stay Is Awesome. You Will Never Have Issues With Transport. Rooms Have A Decent Space And Well Organised. Most Important, Washroom Was Clean And Very Well Maintained. Outside Food Is Not Allowed And The In House Food Might Seem A Lil Expensive, But Trust Me Guys, It Was Worth It. That Hot Garlic Chicken Was Mouth Watering. Kudos To The Kitchen Staff.

Very good place ang food is also nice. One star Less is for few areas of improvement as delay in service and the AC needs to be better. Its a centralised system and does not maintain a continuous cold temperature inside the room. Overall the experience and service is good and easily accessible location for North Kolkata.

It was a pleasant stay there. Property location is very near to Kolkata Airport. So it would be a great place for the people who wants to catch early flights. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Filled with modern amenities.All the rooms has central ac. But it has controller in side every room so you can Control room temperature.Room was big enough for comfortable stay. Washroom was clean and tidy.This property allows couples with local ID and outstation id. So you can plan your stay with your loved ones.They have smooth and hassle free check in process.Property does not allow outside food. They have there own restaurant. Food quality and quantity was quite good.As its oyo townhouse so food prices are a bit high.The only thing they have to improve is there service time. Everytime you order something it would take minimum of 30 to 45mints. So plan your meals accordingly.Over all it was a great experience.

However Since Outside Food Is Not Allowed The Menu Card Could Have Had A Few More Options And A Little Bit More In Quantity Of Food Served. Its near Kolkata Airport Gate No. 2. I booked at Rs. 1500/- per Night charge. Service is Satisfactory. Well, they have taken good precautions during this pandemic. Outside food is not allowed here. But Hotels kitchen is really good. Complimentary Breakfast is Available Here. No fans, Central AC, But controllable. Overall a good place to stay.

I went there with my family, we booked 2 rooms. I would describe my stay and experience as an average one.Good Things:1) It is super close to the Airport. We had to take an early morning flight so it was very easy for us to reach to the airport on time.2) Clean rooms and washrooms.3) Complimentary toiletries.4) Complimentary breakfast.5) Above average food from the restaurant.6) Excellent staff behaviour.7) Pocket friendly.Bad things:1) The rooms were road facing and Kolkata doesnt sleep at all. There was unbearable disturbance from the road so we couldnt sleep well.2) No windows as such in the rooms so ventilation was an issue.Overall I liked the hotel and especially the staff and its services. Unlike other OYOs, we fortunately didnt find any couples in the hotel to make it awkward with the family! Also, unlike other OYOs the locality of the hotel was pretty much well.

Location was good enough, rooms were great, cleaned, sanitized, but it wasnt noise proof.But the behaviour of the staff with guests were not good enough.Although everyone knows the pandemic situation but still the hotel is providing normal paper plates for having food, hight of cheapness.Food quality was not too good, delaying to provide the food.Washroom was not cleaned properly.

It was booked from Oyo. The rooms are pretty spacious and cosy. It was loaded with modern amenities. Air conditioner, television, cosy bed mattress, hand wash, body wash (2 types).The design of the room was modern and had very minimal decor.Staff is very helpful and understanding.24 hour check in available.P.S. It is also couple friendly (I hope you can understand what I am saying) where Local ID will be accepted.So, for a hassle free and luxurious stay , This is a perfect place to check in.

How it looks from pictures its exactly not like that in reality. Rooms are very much unclear, bedsheets, pillow covers also were not cleaned properly, traces of hair and dust was there.. totally unhygienic. Room amenities were not as much as promised. And most importantly food is total disaster here with high price!!!!!

Horrible experience! they didnt allow visitors. I came there as a visitor with my wife but they at first refused to allow us in my friends room & then after a long discussion they just allow one of us as their problems about visitors that therell be auditing problem.

Prominent location and well behaved staff. Room size was adequate for a solo overnight traveller. Needs more importance in maintenance. Breakfast was very basic and utensils/ plates/ cups are dated, full of breakage lines and unhygienic. There is no parking space here.

A hotel with hidden unprofessional illogical rules!i would give 0 star. Unfortunately the option is not there, hence given 1.unprofessional hotel policies.i booked 1 room for 3 people stay and paid accordingly. Hotel denied stay for 3rd gueat beyond 9 pm due to some undocumented and self made policies of their own which says: two female and a male who do not share direct blood relation cant stay together.although the other female is my cousin sister yet they denied the stay.No where in the hotel policy such rules were written else i wouldnt have paid.We do not have local ID still we faced this issue.complete illiteracy .

One of the best ****s i had ever stayed, the staff are extremely cordial and go to any length to serve you. The rooms are very clean, the AC works beautifully, only issue is if you are OK staying near to Airport than this is a fine choice but in case if you have any work in Central Kolkata then the distance may be an issue during traffic hours.The Breakfast is a big let off with not so many choices and both their Maggi and Poha ****.

Location wise great. Only minus point is that it doesnt have a parking space even picking up or dropping is an issue.

Food delivery is not good and you can park only bike here.

If you are looking for budget hotel then choose it otherwise avoid it.. dirty and stinky room.. no warm water... Overall poor

The invoicing portion for OYO is too complex. What ever you pay upfront is not showed in the invoice. They will break in several invoice and a Normal citizen shall have tough time to even understand. I feel it is some kind of practice to evade taxes.

Food Quality Need To Improve As They Are Not Allowed Outside Food.

Must say these1. Budget stay, I was here for an overnight stay. Totally worth it.2. The staff also got us a taxi to Howrah station and described an easier route to get there, which we might have missed it otherwise. The worlds worst traffic exist in Kolkata. I was trying to get an Uber from airport, an I was shocked looking at the chaos there. No system, no traffic management, no lane following, it complete madness.3. I had also.forgotten a leather jacket, on my request they have agreed to courier it to my house address. This is a five star in advance for you for the honesty the hotel staff has shown

Its 2 km from Airport. Staff and services is good. But plm is with bathroom water all leakage from commode. I visited 2 times both time and stay in different room. I complained to hotel staff but they told plumber is not available.

I would have rated it 5 star but only major issue was location is a bit odd.And due to high traffic there is huge noise pollution which wont allow u to sleep.Hotel have got 2 male receptionist and one female .All of them are very polite and friendly.I was alloted room 202 .There was drainage issue in the basin . Food is awesome.

Very nice stay. People are very cool here. Food options are moderate, however, good. With a busy street nearby, its lovely to have a walk in the evening. On the other hand, being on the main road the noise of heavy weight trucks were severe for sleeping.Altogether, it was a very nice experience staying at townhouse.
