Had a really bad experience, no time/crowd management or appointment basis vists. Had to wait for over 3 hours even after coming 30 mins before time. Checkup was conducted for exactly 10 mins where for 9 1/2 mins i spoke my issue and he listened, next 30 secs he had a look at my stomach and gave me a 7k test list.

This rating is not for the doctor but the facilities. No professionalism, no respect of patients time, irresponsible staff and unhygienic clinic.I visited the clinic on 20th July 2021 with patient after getting a telephonic appointment for endoscopy. Appointment was at 8 am so we reached at 7:55. Upon reaching the clinic the receptionist asked us to wait on the stairs as they said the clinic needs to be sanitized. After 5 mins she said that you can come without any cleaning being done. I have seen small cockroaches roaming on the floor.Now the receptionist has no idea about the appointment and asks to pay for visit charges. Upon saying that I came for an endoscopy she handed me a paper form for filing details.Now we have been waiting for the doctor for the doctor for 1 hour and I asked her multiple times to contact the him but she was adamant and the patient had to wait. Till 9 am we did not had any news about the doctor and hence we left without getting the diagnosis.

Not at all happy with the service and consultation of the doctor. Below are the reasons :-1. Doctor(Vijay Kumar Rai) recommend most of patient to go for endoscopy/colonoscope provided by clinic itself. No matter whether you need it or not.2. Colonscope is such a painful procedure but they dont use anesthesia due to lack of proper facility as they mention.3. Doctor will prescribe you expensive medicine which you will generally not get outside so easily and you will be bound to take from clinic pharmacy only.Mine was the case of the simple gastritis but the doctor asked me to go for all the tests. Even after repeated consultancy doctor kept altering the medicine with no results.I showed to another doctor and with very basic gastritis medicine I got cured.

A perfect business man but a poor professional, seriously concerned about his return on time invested per CUSTOMER! He is so impatient that he wont hear his patients.Caution: Might end up fight with you incase he is tired and exhausted!All he want is to revisit him.. because money matters life dont. Hi all, I would like to share my experience with Dr. Vijay Kumar Rai. He is more of doctor than a doctor what I have experienced. His treatment, consultation are really amazing. He listens patients very carefully. I would say is a motivational doctor who not only treats patients but also motivates patient to be cured mentally. I had suffered from severe pancreatitis due to gall stone. His treatment and words are really fantastic. He is simply superb and excellent.

Visited in October 2020. Doctors Fees = Rs 800. Endoscopy = Rs 3500 & Colonoscopy = Rs 5200. In-house pharmacy offers 10% discount. If you want to take the report of the Endoscopy on the spot then you have to wait for 45 mins after the test. Air-conditioned waiting hall and doctors chamber for all.The clinic is clean. The waiting area is having 20 seats. Blood tests and Vitamin D tests are also done here.

The Dr is very good and the clinic is also very clean and nice. The staffs are not well trained but through field experience they are doing good job. But i think the staffs need to be a little polite and another one they should mention after billing what is your no or how many patients are there before you. They never tell you this.

Dr.Vijay Kumar Rai is not only a good ,indeed best as per me doctor but a very good human being. Doctor prescribed only medicines but he gives moral support and healing touch.i am well versed with medical circumstances but I found this doctor exception of the money making machine.In my case, I wanted to do few tests and accordingly urged doctor but he advised not to waste money as he was confident with the diagnosis. My sincere regards and respect for such a good human being !!!

He doesnt give the time to the patient. He is a very busy doctor when he do the colonoscopy, Endoscopy, at the same time the patients are waiting. After 3 hours he came and see my mom for 1 minutes. She is suffering from Colon ulcer. He doesnt give the time to the patient. Worst experience ever. Worst worst worst. My all hope has broken. I will never visit this doctor. I believe Googles review so I went there but it was the worst experience of mine.
