Worst doctor ever,no basic knowledge of the medical conditions, she only copies the report ,total money minded, her fee is Rs 1200 + Rs 300 registration fee, for skin test they took Rs 6450 for a 5 year old kid + given Rs 2000 medicines which includes steroids and also she is not sure after taking that the medical condition will be totally cured or not... Are we patients are gunie pig of the doctors!!! Are our money is not hard earned !!! Just shame on these type of professional... Who only want money... Money and money no moral ness and no human ness !!!

She is one of the worst doctors ever. I visited her at EEDF and also at her Lake Market chamber. She is extremely high handed with very rude and rough behavior. She is a very bad listener. To add, her fee is also exorbitant. Never ever go to her and waste your time. Very bad doctor. I will never go to her again.

Very bad doctor. Behaves badly with patients. Extremely poor treatment. I went to her with moluscums on skin, she could not even treat that. Did not listen to my problems also. One of the most horrible doctors I have ever met in my life. Above all, a disgusting human being. As a highly dissatisfied patient, I would like to share my experience here so that others can be a bit careful in the future before consulting her, or atleast be aware themselves about the medicines she prescribe, because she is not going to take any responsibility for her own actions! Yes, she wont.I am from Delhi and I was in Kolkata when I visited her on 6th of November 2019 with pseudofolliculitis and acne in my arms. I was advised Isotroin 20(Isotretinoin - a vitamin A derivative) OD for 20 days, Retino A 0.05% (derivative of vitamin A) 4 weeks and Xerina cream for 4weeks. I was advised by her not to get pregnant during this treatment phase because isotretinoin has been linked to birth defects if taken during pregnancy. She did inform me that Isotretinoin has minor side effects like scaling and dryness of skin and lips.I am a public health researcher who has this typical habit of reading about every single medicine that I pop in, but unfortunately this time , I didnt, until on the 16th day of taking this medicine I started developing some very strange symptoms. Long back,I was once prescribed this medicine by her but a lower (Isotroin 5/10) dose and i never had a problem. This time it all started with a minor headache. Then gradually some dizziness, severe joint pain, dry eyes , blurred vision and stomach upset with cramps in my upper abdomen. As i wondered if these could be side effects of this medicine, i had put the medicine (Isotroin 20) on hold and called the doctor immediately, after talking to her secretary (the man whom I had called for the appointment). Since that was a Sunday (24th November 2019) he wasnt sure if the doctor would be available for a call. I told him this is an emergency.I wrote to the doctor,in whatsapp. In details. My symptoms and kept calling her throughout the day only to get more disappointed. She never answered, in an emergency, she didnt bother to pick up the phone, she didnt even reply to my messages (though its written in her prescription that she could be reached out to in her personal number in case of an emergency) .My pain increased, the headache worsened and intensified on exposure to lights (my eyes were dry and I had difficulty in looking at lights). I didnt know what was happening until I called my doctor friend who said this could be possibly due to toxicity, Hypervitaminosis A. He immediately told me to stop the medicine and see a doctor for a checkup to rule out the possibility of toxicity.I did see a doctor and did a thorough blood test only to find that my liver enzymes were high, including my blood cholesterol and creatinine.Till today, I have never heard from this doctor. With due respect, I do understand that a doctor also needs break and they would like to have their Sundays to themselves. But being a doctor, when there is an emergency, I equally believe that they do owe to hear out a patient, if there is a need. This callousness on her part is disgusting and shows irresponsibility.I went to see her for my acne and now ended up seeing a series of doctors (medicine and eye specialist)to counter the side effects of the medicine given by her. And here she is! Cant even take ownership of her own doing!

I was suffering from allergy from last few months. Now I am under supervision of Dr. Zoha and I am just speechless to see my improvement. Thanks doctor for your magic.You are a magician...!!

Too much consultation fee for a dermatologist. I spent more than 2500 rupees just for skin rash. Even there is not enough seating capacity for the patients. The doctor may be good but the consultation fee is not justified. She increased the consultation fee to Rs. 800 in just May, 2018, again she increased it to Rs. 1000 in August 2018
