Wonderful, effortless and smooth are perhaps just three of the many appreciative adjectives that I would like to use in describing the vaccination experience at this Apollo Clinic, located on the 2nd floor of Block G of City Centre, Salt Lake. Catering all the three vaccines viz. Covishield, Covaxin and Sputnik V. Digital payment is also accepted.

Took the 1st dose of covid-19 vaccination. The experience was good. Vaccine given by trained staff. It was painless and smooth. Thank you apollo clinic.

The environment was pretty clean and tidy. All the covid protocols were followed. It was a wonderful experience

Its a nice location just beside the City Centre I, Salt Lake. Ambience is very good. For COVID19 Vaccination , you dont need to wait in a que which is a great advantage indeed.

It was a hassle free experience. Frontline workers were very efficient. The place was neat and clean, fully organised, maintained proper distance and also follow all the covid guidelines as given by MoHFW.

There are 2 places for covid vaccine. One is at 2nd floor of clinic- with appointment on cowin app. The other is walk- in along with adhaar card and app.The charge is Rs 780 now. They accept cards etc. Maybe a bit higher for walk-in. The walkin hall is a bit further ahead not in the main Apollo clinic.Paid parking is available inside.Arrangements are good and the entire process of form filling checking, vaccination and payment is done in 20-30 mins.However some people are keeping the door shut prior to appointment time- resulting in crowding outside the door and on stairs where there is no social distancing or marking. Ive shared a video. Perfect example of how a few can spoil a well planned out strategy.

The vaccination process is very well managed and smooth. There are no long queues and it hardly takes 10 minutes to complete the entire process of verification, payment and vaccination. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. Sometimes, the people who come to get vaccinated create nuisance by opening their masks, taking selfies and talking loudly. I understand that it is not possible for the clinic staff to educate and control such public. However, currently the seating arrangement is such that people sit next to each other. The clinic management staff should advice people and see to it that a chairs gap is maintained between two people seating in the facility.

Over all a good and smooth experience with vaccination. The behaviour of the staff was cordial.

The clinic is really great with courteous staff who know their job well , skilled blood collection center for even infants blood work , slew of good instruments for checkups , great lineup of doctors and a convenient location. The only two areas to improve is their call in appointment booking which takes forever to get connected (like 20/30 calls) and a careclues app that needs lot of design enhancements and robustness which have been suggested.Overall a comforting & calm environment and experience always for any visits to this place. Highly recommend this clinic !

The overall experience was pretty good. There was enough space for people to sit and wait after vaccination. Hassle free experience. But the only problem was that there was no dustbins and people were throwing their dicarded cotton swabs in the open.

One of the best Apollo Clinics in Kolkata. Can say this for sure having tried the New Town’s pathetic Apollo Clinic. My family has used their services for a very long time.Not perfect, but one of the better ones. Appointments are managed well, by Kolkata standards. Doctors are good, reputed. Don’t find them too expensive either.

Wonderful experience...I got vaccinated along with my wife in June 2021...it was seamless, quick and efficiently done within minutes... hygienic and spacious area, well maintained and the whole process very ably managed...thereafter I again came here recently to get my mother aged 85 who could barely walk vaccinated while she remained seated in the car...this process was also managed with compassion and efficiency....no words to express my gratitude to their staff...

The person giving the vaccine is not experienced at all. When I took the first dose it was good so I decided to take the 2nd dose from here but it was a bad experience this time.
