Dont waste your time... keep a safe distance from this type of doctors... totally business minded

I as a medical student tell that as a doctor he is very efficient, no doubt about it. His behaviour was also good with me, but appointment timings are difficult to get really, but this commonly happens with big personality.

He gave a steroid named elocon to treat my face eczema in 2016.When I discontinued my eczema returns again.Now taking medication from Oliva skin clinic from Barnalli Dutta and she is far better and gives really good medicines.Gave me a non steroid cream to apply on my face.

One of the most arrogant doctors one can ever come across

The doctor is a liar, he is a businessman, doing cheap business in the name of curing diseases. He is not a good person, liar, cheating poor patients, extracting their hard earned money by giving false promise. clinic staffs,receptionist all are fake,bad . Doctor gives only big lectures, treatment is poor. Dont go for his treatment.If you go you will regret in future.

Very poor experience. I visited him for my son . From the very first minute I can smell his greed for money and he always acts like he is only good doctor in India. His chamber is full of his marketing stuffs (photos, paper cutting etc). Don’t visit.

Anyway good but the appointment time is bad.Doctor didn’t listen any thing from us and said “we believe in work more talk less”.

I have read all the comments on the web page about the doctor, most of the comments are negative, but why? I cant understand that.Most comments are about his behaviour, the comments term is behaviour as bad, but believe me friends is not a guy with bad behaviour. He is an introvert, so.....what do you except from a interested guy? Ofcurc the TALK LESS AND WORK MORE policy. He talk less that doesnt mean he has a bad attitude, or he is rude. If you have read the hole boring comments till now, then I must sayHIS TREATMENT IS GOOD, and IGNORE THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS...I will highly preafer his treatment,. if you have a skin problem, that is why he is call a SKIN SPECIALIST. -thanks-

The appointment system is poor. Sitting for two hours after getting the appointment time is baseless. Who has the time to seat for two hours doing nothing. Doctor may be good, but I faced marginal improvement in my psoriosis treatment even after spending 20,000 rupees.

Best dermatologist in India

This Dr. is like a business tycoon. His visit is unreasonably high. Still some people tries to take appointment on reference from other Doctors or agent. But, purposely he has restricted his appointment to common people. His clinic is in Ballygunge and serves only some selective rich families. If you visit his clinic you can understand everything there is showoff. He has kept a receptionist boy who is extremely uncultured and ill-mannered.

He’s undoubtedly one of the best doctors in this discipline and has vast knowledge in his subject. Moreover,his kind words and reaffirmation of his diagnosis of his patients make him a very pleasant and humane medical practitioner. He has cured my typical skin problems more than once. One star I’ve deducted only for the clumsy appointment procedure and unavailability of Dr. Dhar in case of any doubts or suggestions over phone.

Worst ever skin doctor one could ever get

Extremely unprofessional, has no sense of time. Calls way more number of patients than what he can attend to, for obvious reasons - to make money out of them. Waited for over three hours until I was called in. Very disorganised, arrogant and uncooperative. He is not willing to even listen to the patient. A doctor with such an attitude CANNOT possibly offer effective treatment. Should have read his reviews before getting the appointment. Definitely dont recommend him.

Worst Doctor Ever. He Has No privacy in his room. You need to pay advance before he does your checkup because he knows that no one will pay him after checkup, even hospitals charge after discharge of their patients. Scamster, refers to books before writing the name of the disease in prescription. Suggests all patients to undergo treatment with him for 2-3 years so that they are his repeat patients and he can have a good monetary turnover from them. Total waste of time and money with this doctor. His brochure shows the places he visited(not a single details of patients he has healed), as if he is running a travel agency. Please beware of such doctors who loot money from their patients.

EXCELLENT TREATMENT AND SURE CURE.AT LEAST 5 OCCATIONS WE GOT BEST RESULTS.SO THE DOCTOR IS CAPABLE TO GET 5 STAR.

Worst place I have ever seen

He is a super brilliant doctor. He cured my daughter and mother who were suffering from chronic skin problem for many years. I have seen at least 6-7 renowned skin specialists in the city before seeing him. Nobody could diagnose their conditions. He is a humble and sober person too!

Dr Dhar is very good. Had a skin issue which was resolved immediately. Also, my father had a severe skin prob but is now much better. However, the waiting time is too long. The clinic needs to abide by the time of the appointment.

Experienced doctor who has been doing extensive research work in his field

Most hopeless doctor. .. Cheating all patients.... No mercy.. No fear of looting innocent people ...saying that he is the best in aatopic dermatisys disease .But only giving steroids. ..which gives temporary relief but further makes the disease more severe ...

May be Sandipan Dhar is very good Doctor but his assistant is very rude.Today I called his land phone no and one of male assistant pick up my phone and speaking with me very rudely. He think himself a doctor. His assistant dont know how to speak with patients. Perhaps someday Dr Dhar would lose his all patients because of his assistant.Today I am going to cancel his appointment.

He is the head of the department of dermatology in institute of child health hospital, park circus. But it is very difficult to get his private appointment. Contact through phone 2 days prior to get appointment (which is the only way) is very tough. Fees 1500/-

Very bad experience.Just wastage of money.I went for my sons wartz treatment in fingers by hearing very good doctor....firstly he claims he has modern diagnostic machine and it requires 2 sitting to completely cure the wartz at finger.Each sitting 8000 INR.But in reality he just burns those wartz which is just old method just like government hospitals.anyway we wanted to get ridrof the wartz but after 2 sitting,it started reappearing again.So if we go to that doctor again,we have to spend another 8000 INR.Anyway 16000+1500 gone but nothing fruitful came up.More over bills are not having GST no,so can not claim from my office(CorppraCo IT does not approve bills unless GST no).So started consultanting another doctor who will do laser treatment at very reasonable rate of 3000.It may be my bad luck,there is nothing against the doctor.But I could not be satisfied so just wanted to write my view.

Extremely happy with Dr. Sandipan Dhars treatment. Wish that appointment system is made more systematic through online also. Getting appointment is like winning a lottery over phone.

Dr and treatment is really very good. I hv been going for last 7 years got great result as my daughter is suffering from vitiligo... But its been a long period now want to cure soon.But getting appointment is horrible. Their staff never consider, behavior of staff is really rude. I think outsider petaint shud be consider and get previlage....Fee is also very high, poor people cant think.for it.But since treatment is great, so I never mind rest all things....People shud go for his treatment

Dr sandipan dhar renowned skin (dermatologist) specialist s chamber. He is very popular through out Indian even through out world. It is near ballygunj jn railway station and jatin das park metro station. It is just back side of madoc square park.

I said to him this is a long problem of mine, will you please listen to it, he replied in an extreme rude way I dont listen to history . After I just told two words he started showing me some books and started telling people from all over india come to me,a boy from chennai comes to me, not visiting vellore. I go to foreign every year twice or thrice.I did not understand how it was relevant or if he is genuinely a nice doctor,why this show off.???????????I told him in my second visit, that I am having chest pain for the last one month ,after taking the prescribed medicines. Can it be a side affect? He didnt check a single thing , and he is so much overconfident that he rudely suggested that maybe I am having some gastric problem. his prescribed medicine cant have side affects.His brochure highlights more about the countries he had visited , and his photos with people from other nations, is he a travel agent or what?Not much importance on medical researches or skin problems people should be aware of.His knowledge may be good and he maybe one of the very renowned in his field, but he is some sort of a goon with a stethoscope..It is a myth that he cures everybody , lots of people dont get cured and some (like me) visits him repeatedly thinking he is the only one who can help ... He and his uneducated staffs create that type of myths.Bad experience and very less patience.. only bookish knowledge and experience does not make someone a good professional ..little patience and good behaviour is also needed to make someone a good physician. And very unorganised too, as a doctor he may be good , but he should work on his behaviour. Overall bad experience . Does not know to give respect to patients and take care of their privacies.

Very good experience at Dr.Dhars clinic. Most organised and systematic doctor I have ever seen. Talks very less and listens carefully to patients problems.I didnt mind waiting in his clinic for 3 hours because he could diagnose my 6-year-old sons rare skin disease. I have visited Vellore, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai ,some top skin specialists of the country . My son suffered for 3 years without a definitive diagnosis. Dr. Sandipan Dhar is now God to our family !

Fist of all A Lot of thanks to doctor Dhar, I am a patient of psoriasis, and first time the disease was infected to me in the yr 2016 most probably in the month of january. I was shown many doctors but it was not cure and at last I shown to dr sandipan dhar for treatment, now I becomes cured. thanks sir for your kind suggestions

He is the most unorganised doctor ever. It is impossible to coordinate his appointment or even get through him in case of need. There is hours of waiting despite of a scheduled appointment. Have gone to several Dermetologists but he is the worst. There is abosulely no respect for the patients time. He is totally not worth it. I wish I could give him a negative rating. His medication is not good either. Not at all recommended and not at all worth it

He has the same set of medicines which he repeats for all the patients !! On the first day itself he told me you need to continue this treatment for 2 and a half years !! What I really had were few pimples !! They are gone now with neem and haldi paste !! His 5 6k medicines were of no use!

3 bochor amar cheler treatment koriyechi but no result. Khali ek gada Medicine dito r dami dami lotion. Chele oi medicine kheye sudhui ghum er ghorer moddhe thakto. Porasuna kichui korte parto naa.Sudhui paisa dhelechi. 2 month por por jetam r ek gocha steroid type medicine dhoriye dito. Totally business minded.
