I went for my Visa medicals here and it was quite smooth.. Can understand the low rating as the other departments area is quite cramped thus making it a bit difficult to stand or sit with maintaining the Social distancing norms. Rest it was great

Third grade customer service. We had booked a shoulder scan for 2 pm with Bookmyscan.com.They have a tie up with Pulse Diagnostics. It is 5.30 pm and my patient is still waiting for the scan. Every time we ask them they say 1 hour more. I fail to understand that why tie up with any agency if you are only going to harass patients? Absolutely disgusting, a patient having to wait for nearly 4 hours with severe shoulder pain. Will not recommend to anyone!

I went for medical check up twice. They were really helpful and professional. Specially, the doctors were very friendly.

No information to the patient about the machine not working inspite of doing booking. Its harrassment to the patient who are suffering and coming from long distance... not think to say worst experience.

Very arrogant staff here..Went yesterday for RT PCR test for travelling..the handling staff were very rude and wouldnt apply the 72hour applicability rule...rudely said they wrent bothered with what my travel plans were and gave no support..This is in direct contrast to the behaviour of staff at other centers like Quadra and Medinova..staff attending the front desk were busy on personal chats rather than attend to patients

I had visited today for my wifes and my Visa Medical Check Up for Australia. I had to wait for 1 Hour leaving our jobs just to get to the payment counter. That too after complaining that people walked in after us and have finished their check up and left. The person I complained to was Rimi Ghosh (Cashier) who made up her own rule that she will call Australian Visa Check Ups after UK Visa. This rule is not mentioned anywhere and was never informed. If that is rule is in place why is there a slot system. This was the worst place to visit. I shall never come here again for any reason be it a general Blood test. The management must question her and see to it that no one is harrased for these worthless employees.

We had a typo error in rtpcr report in the passport number column.Same day I had a international flight and it was a crucial information.Mrs Chitali helped proactively and corrected the report quickly and send us back.Thanks to her and Pulse Diagnostics team.

Overall awesome experience while went for Canada visa medical. Cant expect better than this.. stuffs were extremely polite and helpful. Doctor was so friendly and most important Christabel mam. My 2 years daughter was sleeping when we needed to take her photo. Christabel mam told us not to wake her up and she managed all processes from our existing mobile photo. Also even the report is not at all mandatory to have with us for visa/travel, still I requested mam if she can provide. She immediately shared the reports on the next day morning without any more follow up. I cant believe such quality process anywhere in kolkata. Thank you all.

My mother and I had been to this place for my mothers visa medical examination. The staff were cordial, well mannered as well as professional. It is pertinent to mention here the name of Christi who was always willing to help us and was of great assistance even during our mobile/telephonic conversations. My mother said that the examining Doctor was of profound personality, soft spoken and a thorough gentleman.

Despite the understandable pressures the staff face with respect to large crowds, especially during Covid vaccinations, I was truly impressed by their sense of duty and service. Thank you team Pulse.

PLEASE DONT CHOOSE TO THIS PLACE!!!!Appalling service. My sample was collected yesterday and I was informed that I will receive the Covid report by early morning next day. I paid the person who came to collect sample. Now none of them are picking up the phone. I have a flight in some time and now the person said thats its better to go to the center and collect the report as hes also unable to reach the center over phone. If anyone from the authorities is reading this,,from next time, please have the courtesy of picking up the phone next time a customer calls.Update: The geniuses finally gave the report, but the sample collection date is wrong. Dont want to be critical regarding this as mistakes can happen, but giving customers a time and then not even notifying it or not picking up the phone after numerous attempts to get an update is simply wrong.

Worst experience ever. The receiptionst receives the call and then puts down the receiver without even speaking a word. She doesnt even understand half of the medical terms and technical terms. Mistakes TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone for TDS ( Tax deducted at source). Never provides the report on time. Highly unprofessional. Reviewing for Lansdowne branch.

This Center has a very bad management system. Stuffs are good but they are helpless as the management is worthless.. No proper connectivity, no time responsibility, online services are just a game for them.. often the management behaves as the customers are on their mercy.. No clarity of timing for test and reports (covid 19).. deals the online booking customers most unprofessionally..NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

1 word worst . They took my fathers sample of 23rd April and on the bill they mentioned we will get it by 24th April . Now today is 26th still there is no update . Neither do they picup the helpline number nor they reply of mail just nothing . Whenever am asking for result on whatsapp only 1 thing am get to hear is not ready yet . Like are you guys kidding ? We have spent 1100 rs. To get quick result then what the point ? It would have been better if we have done it for free from any govt . Organisation coz they are also taking the same time .
