Went for covid vaccination for 45+ ...staffs are co- operative... Proper protocols were maintained to avoid rush... And blood pressure was checked after 30 minutes of the jab.

I had horrible experience here . I visit 5 times for my niece treatment. The doctors and the management system is lazy . And for one sign, you have to run 3 times . The toilet is very dirty . I think , more staff require. Very bad

Great news for child those who eligible for vaccination. ESIC Joka kept open their OPD(new building) for children on every Monday and Thursday 10am to 1pm. Please visit with privious prescription along with vaccine card. The tickets will available on the spot. The doctors will check our babies before vacation as the procedure has been followed on privious days before lockdown. Dated 12/12/20.

I had my distal humerus surgery twice from Joka ESIC Hospital and both of the times my experiences were great. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital is absolutely perfect, it gives an experience of a private hospital. Due to COVID-19 issues the government has given the hospital for COVID-19 treatment. In my opinion government has should given it to any other Central Government hospital. Due to the isolation in Joka ESIC Hospital I am now getting my treatment done from Sealdah ESIC Hospital and if I have to say I would say that in comparison to Joka ESIC Hospital Sealdah ESIC Hospital is nowhere, since the behaviour of the hospital staff arent good also they delays the entire process of treatment

Worst environment...untidy....washrooms in emergency section is not fit for use...door broken....not cleaned ...whole toilet room is fulled with mosquitos.In waiting area lots of mosquitos are there...A well person will get sick due to mosquitos and untidiness....in front of that toilet OBST & GYNAE EMERGENCY is located.. now think how they are treating the pregnant patients ......even the staffs are using that toilet keep there nose close by their hand..I am writing from this hospital....its better to visit private hospitals ....even they are expensive...but u will get better environment........... this is my first time in this hospital ....its became my last visit...if i enrolled in E.S.I. QUOTA, then also i will not visit here anymore...

Very poor maintenance, filthy washroom stinks like hell, how come dogs roam the inner premises and breed. At night cafeteria remains closed starting a crisis of food. In the general wards at the ground floor the bed sheets looks like used tissue paper.

Infrastructure is lacking and doctors are not good. Moslty junior doctors and interns look after patients here. Most of them talk rudely with patients as if they are talking to some slaves.
