I wish there is option for negative ratings. The receptionist working at Harlem Point Diagnostic Center Kolkata is enough to make you feel sick. Im trying to get an appointment of a neurologist since last one month. Either they dont pick up the phone provided for the booking to get an appointment. If some fortunate day by chance they pick up the phone, they will tell you, not possible now, call this day or that day, that time and withing ten seconds they would hang up. When you call on that particular day that particular time, they will ask you to call everyday just to check if making an appointment is possible at all or not. While confronting, that lady receptionist told me quote unquote 5000 patients are roaming around on streets to get an appointment. If this is the case, sorry to say, my own people are the greatest example of atrociousness. You first get an immediate treatment for yourself, then you start this glorified business. #Harlempoint

MUST READ FOR HARLEM POINT.This is a serious reminder to the management. Take it seriously.Please change the receptionist lady. Nobody is willing to call a Dr.s clinic for fun. If she has no clue how to manage patience over phone then she dont deserve that post. I dont know in spite of these lots of complaint why managements are not taking any action!In the food and healthcare business you cannot do these irregular and misbehave to the customer or patience. Like everyone I have suffer a lot during a single Dr. visit for my father.If this irregularities continue then I am afraid to take attention to the healthcare ministry and go by the law.

The receptionist is very rude. She does not know how to speak to people and acts like she is the busiest person in the entire world. The doctors are good but they should try and address the unprofessional behaviour of their support staffs.

This is worst clinic i have ever came across.. There is no value of time as they keep waiting patients for hours and hours even after taking prior appointment.. Most of the time they dont receive the phone call.. Even Doctors are aware about this pathetic behaviour.. They also make use of it and majority of Doctors are not visiting here on time.. for example.. i am writing this review by sitting at Harlem Point only.. my Doctor was expected to reach at 11 but till now there is no sign of his visit at 12.48 pm..Plus.. there is not much place to sit and wait as the small hall at the reception is always over crowded..If you have all the time to kill at some unhealthy and pathetic enviornment.. please do visit harlem point..One star only for Doctors treatment..Note: If you have a child to accompany you.. Never ever ever ever ever think of visiting this place..

It is at Exide More, Rabindra Sadan at Chowringhee Road. It is very near to Haldiram Bhujiawala. It is very old Polyclinic and Diagnostic Centre. There are many famous doctors available in this centre. The service is very nice of this clinic and all staffs also very helpful.

They may have very good doctors here but people have to go through hellish experience to get a chance to visit them... The receptionist lady need to learn how to pick up phones and then how to talk...They have the worst kind of receptionists you can ever imagine.. If you dont like your job then i am not the one who is forcing you to do... Management is also blunt... They cant take action against those worst people... This place is the standing example of how bad you can treat people who are in great need for doctors guidance.

The reply phone call. They dont have courtesy . I am ringing in Land line, two mobile phone last three day but they didnt receive my call.Their quality of service easily can be imagine .

Need more space for patients. Its very conjusted. You cant able to contact them through phone calls though they provided 3 phone numbers!

This is very much easily approachable place from any where in Kolkata specially if you have metro facility to avail. It is just 50 meters from Rabindrasadan metro station, beside haldiram. Now coming to the stuffs, stuffs are professional and well behaved. If you want an emergency visit to someone, they somehow manage the situation and very much responsive to phone calls. There registration fees is very low, just Rs50. AC waiting room is there. What they can improve is the sitting arrangements and chairs. Overall good experience.

People sitting in the reception are utterly disgusting. You call them up for appointments, they wont receive your call and the next moment you call them they will no more appointment can be taken down. They think they are some highly qualified officials for a reason unknown.

Employees are very reluctant to speak to the patient party. They do not usually book the name of the patient over Telephone. Previously I went there on several occasion. At that time the situation was not so poor. Nowadays either myself or my wife pay a visit to meet doctors. The situation is gradually becoming worse day to day. The staffs are found misbehaving with the patient party. My wife tried several times over telephone to book our daughters name to the list of Dr. Biman Kanti Roy; one of the eminent neurophysicians of Kolkata; but she was refused by the unruly staffs. Today she personally went there alongwith my ailing daughter to see the doctor. She was informed that already 25 persons have booked their names. My daughter is an old patient of the said doctor. I am dark whether my wife would be able to meet the doctor for the treatment of our daughter.

My colleague went there several time for check up to Dr Alok Pandit and he didnt experience of such rude behaviour as told many others ! But overall nice position and availability of so many renowned Drs is its + points !

If Harlem Point department works dont know when and how to pick up the phone while ringing then remove the phone number from Google and Doctors prescription, so that patients party will not get any harassment from HARLEM POINT department.

Visited for check up of my father Name Sankar kal modak Dr appointment name Dr shyamal Kumar das. We actually lost his prescription but we carry all reports &person who seats in reception directly said that without prescription Dr will not check up. After few minutes he ask for 5000rs and said Dr will visit us. But unfortunately we are not carrying the Rs.. my question is what kind of service is this ?? And I am going to sending this report to consumer forum with voice recording of that reception person.

Dr arun achar is such a bad doctor

My Mother is a Rheumatoid patient since 4 years . We visit himi 4 times a year . Now I got a job transfer to Bangalore . I came with all family . Visited once with other doctor . Then we went back to West Bengal .Recently We visited Him ( Dr. Dr Parashar Ghosh ) . He got angry while seeing one Bangalore Dr prescription ( Only one out of 12 ) . He didnt even touch the affected area and and the blood test report . He was very rude .I asked how you are felling about her . He replied .... follow the medication .He spend only 2 min with us . After paying good amount of money why we are not gating good treatment in Bengal.

Staffs ask for fees for showing reports to doctor or else ask to wait for an hour.
