I loved the service and the quality of rooms . Staffs are supportive and cooperative also.Quality of room is really good but there was a smell of cigarette in room when I just opened for the first time and that could have been cleaned properly. Also the staffs in reception should know or speak english as well.I would recommend it.

Location is nice. Havent tried the food to comment on it. They offer enclosed parking space for an extra charge. Otherwise, you can keep your vehicle on the adjacent empty lanes.

This is a totally fraud property. I booked a double bed room for one night, and what i was supplied with was two single bed room. Its very annoying. They provided the food (as outside food wasnt allowed) which was worst as per quality and quantity to say the least... They even charged us extra 250INR as there was stain in one of the bedsheets, but the interesting thing is, we didnt even entered that room...

Firstly I have to say it that they make their mindset that here only couples will come for one night stand so in their thinking just a room needed in that case... Rooms are ok type but the bedcover, pillow covers are not at all washed.. Numbers of spots are there, now days cleanliness should be the top most priority.. Beside this, hotels staffs are good, food is average but expensive..If u are just want to go for a one night or few hours stand then it will be ok, but not appropriate for long stays.

Not worthy of even 1 star. Dont book this hotel through Oyo if you are getting it at a discount. They make you wait on the pretext of readying the room and if you say anything the reply is You can cancel your booking and go somewhere else. Finally they offered a room with two separate beds and on requesting that they change the room the lady at the reception told us theres no room available and to look for a room elsewhere. They didnt even have the basic decency to provide a bottle of water or towels or soaps. The wifi also doesnt work. Youre charged 150 extra if you want to park your bike inside. Please avoid this hotel.

Firstly scam is going on over here, at first place at the time of check in they said we will be provided wtih twin single bed while before check in when we called to confirm the booking they didnt said anything like that.And the scam reached its peak when we were checking out, we had to pay extra Rs 250 for stain which was pretty old, at first place they claim it to be food then they claim it to be blood, when I tried to call oyos customer care they took property owner/manager on the line who was very funny man, only by seeing the photo of stain he claimed it to be fresh and not old.STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL OYO PROPERTY. It will just bring down oyos name. Shameful.

If you go there booking through oyo they will definitely give you a room with two single bed. Always. Its happened to me twice now. Both the time the offeed me that room.we had to re book another oyo . I think the stuffs are instructed to do so and behave indiffertly to persons with a oyo booking. This single bedded room is the worst among others.

Every thing was fine but Wifi and TV network was not working. Asked to fix it but didnt get any solution and another thing they charged extra 150/- for parking inside the hotel premises which doesnt make any sense.

Friendly staff, always welcoming with smiling faces. The location of the hotel was good, especially for those visiting Apollo Gleneagles. Its in close proximity to the city centre mall and the benfish pnb. Size of Room although small but was clean and tidy and good enough for a single person with excellent room service. They have an in house restaurant, food is a bit expensive but taste is fabulous. Overall a good and pleasant stay!

Great place for couples. Rooms and linen are neat and tidy, bathrooms are clean. Though the rooms are a bit too small. The location is also good, not far from the main road.The food is the main problem. We ordered chicken biryani. Although it hadnt gone bad, but the chicken did not taste fresh at all. That too for ₹220 (with taxes) per plate. Its much better to just have your meal outside.Also, the location of this place is entirely different from that shown on Google Maps. You can find it a little way on your left, after crossing Hariyana Vidyamandir. There are no sign boards either, so you have to look out for the house numbers.

Anyone might knock at your door or ring bell at 3 a.m. .. midnight.. without any purpose and just run away when you open the door. Even the management does nothing on being informed. AC doesnt work.

Overall its good but hotel staff is asking money for parking which was mentioned free in amenities section. Also no GST bill provided for food. Food Bills are being tagged to wrong room number. If you miss to check then you end up paying more amount unnecessarily. Hence staffs are not sincere and only concerned about earning extra through wrong means.

Good budget hotel. There is no shop available nearby. Not even a tea shop and so you have to order it from in house restaurant which is very costly. No transport is available nearby except ola and uber. Locality is good. Cleanliness was maintained. And staffs were also well behaved

No signboard displaying the name. 2. Not so spacious room. 3. Overpriced food. 4. And the most important thing is they can access your room even in your absence in the name of room cleaning and they wont feel or say sorry to you for that as it is a so-called Golden rule of the hotel business. Even then if you raise an issue for this unauthorized access to your room then even the property manager will bash you with some sweet words like you are not in a Dharamshala, not in a lodge so that we can access any time with a duplicate key and wont say or feel sorry. But they cant show you the book where this Golden rule is written over. And also they will give you some sweeter dialogue especially the manager if you book it for an unmarried couple. Because that filthy sick-minded demon feels Unmarried couple ko kuch bhi kar sakte hai.

They didnt accepted online payment. rs. 1880 was deducted from my account but staff at reception said that its not valid. staff was unhelpful and a bit rude. on the checkut day there was a party in hotel. so we were told that our complimentary breakfast would be provided in the room itself. after 15 min when i called the reception for it,they said that its chargeable to get it in room. there was lack of coordination between them. they charge for water itself, they should atleast it provide free.

Previously when i checked in on other oyo that time i know that drinking water is complementary but in this hotel they charge for the drinking water also they told one bottle of drinking water is complementary but after that it will be charge able.another thinks is that, on checkin time after see the price of hotel booking amount they told how oyo provide this much discount. and then he told that we can provide you twin bed room where two bed are sefarate, when they have king size bed available in the hotel. when i arguing with him about this then he suddenly told that yes the room is available with the king size bed.also in oyo there is not mentioned out side food is not available but after check in he told that outside food is not available and i have to order the food from the hotel itself.still it is fine but when i see the food menu i saw that food price is to much expensive and food quality is not up to the mark as compared with the food price.also even the hotel respeptionist was tring to manipulate the feedback when he said that we dont have available the room with king size bed. also he told that you can cancel the booking and book another hotel, if you want room with king size bed in this booking price.this is the most worse experience i ever had in oyo room.

Nice hotel in such a quiet place. They serve nice breakfast too. But they I am giving them 2 stars because my experience with room service and reception was too bad. They allow their room service people to clean your without your permission. They cleaned my room after telling them not to, when my personal things were lying inside the room.

Hotel is good and upto the mark. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is good not far from main road could be found easily. Service is nice its okay sometimes we have remind them twice or else service is quick. The only thing that I didnt like is their food. We ordered for Biryani, Rice, Bengali chicken.. Briyani did not taste like biryani it was actually kind of polau it costs around ₹200 but the quantity was not enough for one person, Price of rice was ₹100 but the quantity was so less it could not feed 1people. Chicken that costs ₹180 was not cooked properly and tastes like it was raw. Except the food rest of the things are good. So try not to order anything from the restaurant you will be at a loss.

Horrible experience at Hotel the platinum. We booked this hotel from oyo app for 2 guest, one night. We had a coupon in OYO app so we got the room for Rs. 715(not our fault, coupon got automatically applied). When we arrived at the hotel the property manager asked us either to have a room with two separate Queen sized beds or to change the hotel. We were the first one to check in. On our further request he started behaving rudely and insisted to move out. He even asked us not to create a issue there. As it was Sunday we didnt have any choice left. We had to stay at the room.I will never visit this hotel again. And never use OYO app in my life.

It was a short stay. I had a lot of works to do in short span. I got breakfast in a few minutes. Cybercafe and market is nearby. Got everything done on time. Hectic day. Excellent experience.

I stay every month during my trip to Kolkata. Hotel is affordable and good quality. The services are minimum but standard. I love the smell a quality if their body wash liquid which is made from eucalyptus. Breakfast is nice limited and quality.

One of the good places for couples as i felt i spent 4 days and they were awesome we didn’t feel any problems. One more thing to note down that you will not be able to locate hotel with the name in uber and ola or google maps so you need to search “OYO 16703” then it will popup. Food quality was good and up to my mark.

The behaviour of the hotel management was improper. They were to denied my check in when I asked that Ill give review of my own opinion.The room provided me was not as described in the website.Nothing is mentioned about food but they asked me not to bring outside food and the hotel food is overpriced.If you just want to stay and nothing else then its upto marks.Suggest no to book this as there are a lot of low priced hotels in Salt Lake.

Nice and perfect OYO hotel, its a new hotel, very good maintenance and wonderful Service, supportive and caring staff, good management, best suggestible for family, though it is in a very posh residential are but for the taxi fellow it was a bit difficult to find out and the location, clean rooms, Nice restaurant, quality and tasty food served. Value for money. Best budget hotel in a peaceful locality, there is a big municipal park opposite to hotel its perfect placefor a morning walk.

I have lodged a complaint that a honey bee in the room please out the bee from this room. But one of hotel service boy told me open the windows and turn on the fan to out the bee.After that I complaint it by calling your customer care, but in app it shows that issue with plumbing but I dont have any issues with washroom. What type of complaint you taken from my side ?In future I will never book any hotel from OYO because this was very bad experience from OYO.

Room 206 TV is not working properly. We complained and they assured a mechanic but he never came up. So, this needs to be checked. Otherwise the stay, food and hospitality were brilliant.
