Its a proper hotel. Room was clean. Room service response was very fast. 24 hour checkin is possible. Always somebody is in the reception. Enough number of staff. TV, room refregerator, AC, Fan, light all were working. On prime location easy to notice on the VIP road. Room has good security both from the inside and outside. Price is also very fare compared to other nearby hotel. I woukd definitely recomend.I have stayed here for several days with my brother.

Its a budget hotel just 3-4 kms from CCU Airport. location is good. just on the main road. though the rooms were not as luxurious as u would expect. but still for a night if u have a early morning flight to catch, its great. staffs are also humble. though slow.overall a good experience.nice and good locality

A good hotel in this price range you can get a single room from 450-700 rs in online sites. And i think in this price range a 3 star hotel is good enough...Friendly staff... Nice food 👍Just go for it.....

The hotel is situated near the Airport. You can reach this place by walking as well if you dont mind walking. The rooms are not super great like other hotels I have visited in Kolkata. They have to improve on the ambiance and giving the rooms a bit new look. However, the restaurant above the building is one of the best places I have been to. Affordable and delicious food.

Location wise hotel best and and at very reasonable fare with good hospitable staff , good facilities. I have pure veg eating place - Haldiram nearby. Abundant of non veg hotels and restaurants. Orbit have kitchen, you will get what you like. Buses, taxis easily accessible.

Excellent hotel, behaviour of manager and all staff excellent. Neat and clean hotel, ac, TV and all amenities are very good. Location is very fine. Only negative is restaurant charges is very high that is to be lowered with normal other hotel prices.

Located on the VIP road less than 3 kms from Kolkata international airport. Easily visible from moving traffic. Nice spacious rooms with clean lavatories. Lift available. Food served is delicious and sumptuous. Staffs are nice and cordial.

This was the worst stay i ever had at a hotel.1st Issue: The AC was not working. I am not sure why did they even kept it there. The room was getting hotter and hotter due to summer. I complained this to hotel management they showed me some other room for shifting but that was so messy and uncleaned that I couldnt even think of shifting to that room. 2nd Issue: The hotel bed had bedbugs. I wasnt even aware that the hotel team can be that irresponsible. And there was no response from hotel team on this when I complained and they ignored completely.The entire stay made me sick. I regret booking at this hotel.

Room didnt had any windows ...full packed...too suffocating... even the roof looked lower than the normal one...Ambience - 2/5staff - 4/5washroom was that clean (since it was too old)pretty congested.good thing was AC room had working AC,if you r there just to sleep..then its ok ok... not a place where u can spend time.

One important thing for the visitors, the hotel staff asks for your both you photo id and they take your photo at the place itself because of the instructions from the Kolkata Police for the safety of the visitors. It is a mandatory thing to do so it would be lot of time saving if you corporate with them. There is a restaurant at the top which serves affordable food.

Its great....very nice atmoshphere and cherry on the cake is the staffs of this hotel...so well trained and such humble person...i had already visited her for 2 times and this is my 3rd time & i would love to cone here again n again.

The location is very good , on the main VIP road . The food is good as they have a restaurant. There is a market next to it and you can buy necessities from there. Don’t miss the Hot Puri just outside the hotel in the morning. I strongly suggest you to stay here

When I stay at the Orbit Hotel, I love the convenience of its proximity to the airport, and the fact that the rooms (at least the ones Ive stayed in) have been quiet and very dark (when the lights are off). Moreover, the beds are very comfortable. After a long flight, all I want to do is catch up on sleep. For that, this hotel is great. And theres one more excellent aspect: great hospitality!

They allotted a room with some problems but later changed the room. Goibibo booking was perfect for this hotel. It is very near to UMRI Hospital and Teghoria Bus Stop. Restaurant Staff are good.

The rooms were not clean, toilet door was non- functional, warm water supply was not there. One of the rooms were so unclean that one could not check in to the same evan after paying for the same.Had a terrible experience and would like to avoid this hotel in future.

Orbit hotel is just 3km to airport. Best choice for layovers, early morning flight departure or so. Hotel has a restaurant with room service. The hotel looks a bit old with broken door knobs, stained walls in bathroom. As pointed earlier, for short stay of 1 or 2 nights, its manageable. Of course, we booked a double AC room for Rs***/-.

It was a mistake all I can say, I went there 11 pm but still i waited for 30 mins so they can ready my room and also the receptionist was not there he went to eat , they was no tv there they said they didnt recharged it . The bathroom was very disgusting and dirty. the hotel staffs behavior was good but overall experience was not so good. if you are staying for a short period of time like I did for 6 hrs only then its bearable. I would say if you have a choice then choose the choice not this.

Located on the main Road , very much near to Airport hardly 10 -12 mins drive. Its a budget hotel dont expect much. It has a restaurant , food is really good.

Every thing very old and dirty. Room is smelly. Linen torn and dirty.   But service was good.

*The TV was switched on by its on. The water was coming very black and when I was in the washroom, the water went off suddenly. The intercom was not working. The Door was not getting locked from outside. I was like... Whats going on??? When I checked at the Hotel Reception... They said that the Watchman didnt on the water pump. And it seems such black water comes. And when I switch on the direct button, the TV is on directly. I was wondering how can it be, when I had switched it off with the remote then how can it strat by its own?The issue to the Management is not at all taking care of these small issue. Even the food cost was super expensive.

One word answer is very good hotel....The hotel is good.Rooms acomodation ,AC ,Freeze,Lights,fans,furniture etc are well mentioned & good conditioned.Also behaviour of the staffs are very good.Only food supplied by the restaurant are expensive,though it is optional.Meanwhile we can suggest other travellers to come & enjoy in reasonable rate.

Very bad hotel, it doesnt deserve 1 star also. Rooms are damp, not clean. No lock in door, even in bathroom also. AC is too old unit, not works properly. No privacy is there. Anybody anytime can enter into the room. its a very bad experience..!!!

Hotel being situated in prime location of Kolkata expectation to have minimum standard which it fails to maintain. Services and room quality is not up to the mark.

Worst Residency in my experience.The room is very badly maintained, and complaining on same to staffs will just reveal their dont care attitude. 0% reimbursement on cancellation of such complaint.I could stay here ever after full pay.Simple suggestion, if the only option left to you is to sleep in bus stand, or to book Orbit hotel, only then you can think about booking this.
