Stay was very comfortable! Wonderful reception and compliance of covid procedure during stay!

Very fine according to my experiences. Staff behavior is very good and also valuable for us. Room cleaning, wi-fi service also very good.

The hotel is very very bad. No support from Oyo. They casually denied all responsibilities. OYO is becoming lame horse for hospitality industry. I had to check out due to the bad conditions and still waiting for the refund from Oyo.

Worst management nd rude behaviour!They first will make u sign 4-5 papers after that then will start their drama..Oyo should not do any further business with them.

Manager of the hotel is an uncivilised and disgusting person. I booked the hotel through oyo. The manager refused me to check-in. He told me to cancel the booking and rebooking with a higher price. They are actually a kind of looters. Also they claimed to be a 3 star hotel(actually 3rd class hotel), but accept payment only in cash. Didnt give invoice/bill at the time of check-out. So, they are tax evasers also.

Good place, staff are well behaved, but food is very costly, staff not trained in Sanitisation, no welcome wishes, must be trained in soft skills.

This place looks nice from outside but they are almost shutting it down. We went here for lunch. After making us wait for half an hour in the lounge, they said the hotel has actually closed down and they are not serving customers. Not sure if they are taking in any customers for overnight or day time stay!

It is very worst. Actually now it is not a hotel. It is shut down on paper recoeds. There is no maintenance. There washrooms are worst. From outside it looks good but from inside it is worst.

I booked a economy room in this hotel. We were late in reaching. On reaching the hotel, the receptionist attitude was not up to the mark. He showed us a economy room which was so small. So asked for more money. Now lets talk about room service and supper. They provided us the 15 rupees MRP mineral water of 55 rupees in which he has added 19%GST. On asking the receptionist about who takes GST on MRP, he foolishly replied Sir this I havent decided, it is decided by the above authorities. Such a pathetic hotel, at a pathetic location with a pathetic people and services. Kindly look for other Hotels if possible.

On checking timing hotel authority says no room available . I was shocked first time & then request that at 9:00 pm where I was go . Room was booked on four days before but hotel authority says room not available in this hotel . We will provide room if you pay in hotel only . I told that payment already done four days before via online mode . Then after too much negotiation , hotel authority provide room. Such type of experience will not expected from OYO .

Worst service. Washrooms are very dirty. Dont fall for the building structure from outside, inside its a haunted place. We went for dinner but nothing was available apart from few basic foods.

No ceiling fans. Central AC and hence temperature not adjustable hence all you can do is balance it by switching off and on throughout your stay. Staff is borderline helpful. Room service is slow. The manager is an inconvenient waste of space. Heavily not recommended. Rooms are not as spacious as they seem in pictures. Feels very claustrophobic. Just looks good on the outside.

The hotel has some cleaning and maintenance problems. As i found a big spider in toilet. Room service is good, but they dont care much.The ac is bit old fashioned vent ac and the temperature can not be fixed. No remote for ac and got some smell issues. I got fever after returning home for overnight running of ac.DONT EVER GO TO OR ORDER FROM THEIR OWN RESTAURANT.... They charge 170rs. for breakfast fir one person and food quality is very bad.U can go to nearby hotels for food.You can go there if u want only to keep ur bags at hotel and go to other places. Its not recommended to stay as u can check other hotels nearby at a lower price...... 😊

Toilet was dirty, smelly. Tv was not working blanket was dirty and not adorable at all. Staff was good, outside food not allowed, but the in house food was very expensive and the quantity of food was not acceptable not enough for 2 people we had ordered food of 1104/- rupees and we were not satisfied

In washroom hairs in floor. It was not clean as well as bucket and mug. From tap sanitary water comes. No shower work and taps. Door was not lock. Not so good

Dont melt by the picture of this hotel. The outside of the hotel is good but not the inside. We had to manage there as our booking had been done before. It is okay for couples but not for family. A small room was given to us. The toilet was small and dirty too. The floor was moist.

Beware before booking.....First check the room then pay the amount...The very dirtiest hotel seen by me at kolkata..Bathroom was spitted by Pan masala everywhere..Third class room by third class owner...Not recoomend this hotel to anyoneOne advice to owner...Dont say WE ARE SORRY, WE APOLOGIES for your inconvinience blah blah..Inspite that, you go to room with broom, cleaner and maintain the cleanliness in Bathroom atleast.

20/5/2016.. i checked in and my booking was done with make my trip.. your staffs are not good to assist a guest.. they behaved very badly with me and i was waiting over there around 1 hour... after that i call make my trip customer care then they allow us.. do u guys think tht this typ of behavior is allow in hotel industry.. i also belonging from hotel industry as front office executive.... i know well how to assist a guest but your reception boy and girl dont knw wht to do when guest have booking voucher that is showing booking comfirmed....Such a bullshit experience... change your staffs or give them proper knowledge of front desk.... its not a 3 star behavior, their behavior was like they are working in dhaba or lodge....

This place is v good if u are a buisness traveller. Close proximity from the electronics complex., Globsyn , technopolies, webel bhawan .Bt opt for a higher grade room.This is operated by OYO so request them to give rooms on 8th floor they are better

Hotel East Palace is 3 star hotel. This hotels is a higher tier than traditional other hotels, offering more luxurious rooms and amenities.

Decent hotel with reasonable price. Geyser, AC with 24 hours water supply.

Okay for 1 night stay. AC was so chilled couldnt find a switch to get that off. Washroom was good.

Singal bed non AC room of amount 500 is very very small. Bathroom n toilet are like hardly a person can stand there. But AC rooms are very good, neat and clean. Service is very costly. Price of one litre water bottle is Rs. 50

The room which was allotted to me was having bathroom issue and dirty smell. so in three days i got reallocated more than 3 times atlast i needed to change the hotel as those guys were totally rude related to cost effectiveness and cleanliness when confronted.

Hotel was satisfactory. Price is high according to facility. I was stay there in room no. 802, the washroom of that room was not hygienic. When we r checkin out from this hotel others are also complaning that regulator of AC was malfunctioned, etc.

Room was spacious but not meticulously clean. Service was ok. Options in breakfast and food was less and quality was average.

Book room but image and room that showed image r different. Third class room with dirty smell room shown me. In that situation stuff suggested me for UPGRADE another room. I almost add double value that i have booked.....that r bad experience to me and my family....after then I ordered food for dinner....rice item shown as menu....but not available....last experience r amaging.....tea or coffee also not available....that time was 8.30 PM.....they show up 3 star as category.....normal hotel r good than that category 3 star....

It was an unhygienic hotel. The ac wasn’t operational in our room. It got really suffocating in the night. The washroom was in a really bad condition. The over all stay was very unsettling.

They shown the room and immediatly demanded for one day advance, i paid. when i checked in and went into the bathroom then found NO WATER. i requested for that they told me Pump is not working we r trying to repair. so please wait. ..... this waiting was end on next morning. but water coming from every null was so dirty and black. i again asked for that they replied pump repaired so water will come like this..... any Guest has exprience like this dangerous things.. Worst hotel. No basic amenities. Staff is very rude. All bathrooms are fitted with bath tub but one have to wait for days to get the same filled. And it stinks badly. One should only stay if they are being paid by the hotel.
