Very professional and systematically done! They are not professional. If you book a date and time for collecting sample they will promptly tell yes available. But they will not turnup on the date or simply forget. This happened with me 2-3 times.

I called them on the given number for RT PCR test and they said that its not available for that centre. Even asked them for alternative number but didnt get any response.

I am really satisfied with their service. They came to my home to collect samples. They are clean. The girl who came maintained herself really well. Her behaviour is good. Sprayed sanitizer each and every seconds like whenever she touched or opened something.. they used new ppe kit and mask and after collecting samples she dumped it in a packet infront of us.. i was worried about my nose. As it is very sensitive. But the girl who came took my samples carefully.. they are so neat and clean that you dont need to think twice about hygiene and also i get my result with in 24 hours.
