In 14/09/2021 I book a repair request in oneplus care app for my oneplus 6 . At 15/09/2021 it picked from me. After 16 days of pickup I didnt get any response from service center. I called them also anybody didnt picked the call. Then I contact to customer care and I cancelled my repair. Then customer care person told me you will get back your device within 2 days. But today 26 days over but I didnt get my device back. In there official site the service center shows closed. When I contact to customer care they told me our team working on it. You will get back your device soon. But I didnt get any solution. Really I didnt expected this type of behavior from oneplus. I am very disappointed and afraid also. My big mistake is to believe oneplus. I think I lost my device.If anybody can help me please help me.

Wonderful service | Fast solutions | Good behaviourAs I have personally experienced these above points, I can confidently say that this is the best one plus service center in this whole region.Even though there are covid restrictions, they still managed everything smoothly.A big round of applause for all the members of this service center.👍👍👍

I have been there 2 times, once for my cracked one plus 6t and once for my faulty OnePlus 9 pro. The former was very prompt and efficient. The latter was rather sloppy, but it was during the pandemic, so I digress. But both times I felt customer service was vastly lacking. They never called after the phone was fixed. For the former I got it within the day so there was no problem, but the latter I got after 24 days! Thats crazy, after spending 70k on a phone.

Is the service center closed due to some unavoidable situation. Had booked my repair on 07/07/2021 through OnePlus care app. Service center received the device on 09/07/2021 but the status of receiving the device was only updated on 13/07/2021 that also after I called them and inquired about the incident.My bluetooth wireless z headphones current status is being diagnosed . Its been almost 5 days the update hasnt changed. Now the service center is shown as closed in its official site. I dont know the reason but I think a lot of customer have their device stuck in this service center for days now . Customer from far flung areas can only follow up the status through online mode and we cant come in person to inquire the current status. Even if its closed due to some unavailable situation in this pandemic situation, service center could reach out online with regard to the notice for temporary closure and resumption of services.

They literally do acknowledge the presence of their customers.They communicate and do inform you about every procedure they go through for resolving the issue with your device.They provide Coffee and even you can play with X-Box over there.Really had an awesome experience there.

Been a OnePlus customer since 6 years. A company once known to be so much customer centric has lost all its credence.Its been 2 weeks my phone is with the service centre for simply replacing the screen. And still not a single update from them when I can expect the fone. On calling hundreds of time, still there is no response. 2 years back I got the same replacement done in an hour for the screen.UPDATE: Its now 1 month, and still I havent got any clue when I will get my phone back. The customer care does not pick the call or gives any kind of information. I will need to travel 50kms now just to find out when I will get my phone back. That too not sure whether the place will be open or not! Amazing Service. Hats Off!

I always had good experience with OnePlus stores and service centres but this one was horrible , offcourse you will get the service done properly but thats not it , there should be proper care taken for customer experience. The lady who is handling the store is very very rude and non cooperating. The store works only 11AM to 2 PM. No space for parking. I hope oneplus takes a note and improve their customer experience !

Accidentally Met Mr. Chinmoy of the Salt Lake store at South City One plus Nord store.And his suggestion to reset helped. I was unable to receive Whatsapp notifications.I had stopped receiving notifications for such a long time. Now I am able to receive notifications.Thank you so much Mr.Chinmoy. Great relief.

Calling this services center from last two days but phone call is always busy. When you visit services center they will suggest give phone for repairing and call us on landline to check the current status.Its like you to have to frequently visit services center to learn the phone status. I believe they should at least call and share the current status or provide alternative contact number/whatsapp number so people can check the phone status.

I went there to replace my OnePlus 6T battery replacement recently. The staffs are very professional and well behaved. The place is nice and has ample seating arrangements abiding by the social distancing rules enforced after Covid19 pandemic for the customers. I highly advice to avail their service if you own a OnePlus device that needs servicing.

Week ago i visited oneplus service center in salt lake for my headphone issue. but that was my worst experience. One of guy who sitted in last counter black and tall, (dont know his name )He dont know how to talked with the customer and very rude behavior. i just asked to him how much time it will take replaced headphone his reply dont ask ,Im very disapoented with the service.he should khow how to talk with customers otherwise why sitting in oneplus service , I hope oneplus takes a note for the person and improve their customer experince

Worst experience ever within a 7-8 days purchse product get melt down will charging ...when I visited to service centre first in whatsup its easily new product you get but when I visited to service centre they said that its not in warranty...how its possible a 7-8 days product Warrenty collapse just in short circuit.... worthless time waste service and brand also, no one came in front to give a written document that its not in Warranty ....

Its situated right at the intersection popularly known as College Mor, below HDFC bank building. In terms of technical services and on site facilities, one of the best you will ever experience. I went to replace OP3T screen, entered at 11AM and exited 11.45AM exact. That includes creating service order, initial device check, parts replacement, post assembly tests, payment settlement and everything else.More to that, they even offer coffee and candies for free too.Only downside is they dont sell merchandise and OP accessories that are on display, for reasons unknown.Overall undoubtedly the best customer service experience from a cellphone manufacturing company.

Very slow resolution of query. You need to wait for hours to get the device checked. They do not follow any turn around time for servicing and with covid they have got excuses you cannot complain about. Very disappointing.

I dont know how people have given high ratings to this service center. Just to deposit the set, my friend had to wait for around couple of hours. And its been 4 days, they havent even started repairing the set. Their phone is unavailable most of the time and they cant commit on a delivery date. This is a pathetic service whereby you have to stay away from your phone for a week at their mercy!

Two months back, My OnePlus 6 was giving connectivity issues.Bluetooth and Wifi wont work or connect. Dont turn on.Mobile Network doesnt work too, SIM networks automatically disappears in a middle of my work.In heavy usage, the device would automatically boot up.I sent the device here for inspection and repair.Few weeks later, they receive the device and informed me the mainboard needs to be replaced and asked for 17,000INR.They flash the device and booted to new software OS and said it wont work unless and untill the mainboard is changed.I immediately cancel the repair. Thar rate for a 2 year old phone was not very convincing.when I received the device back, I took it to the local repair shop and in a day, they repaired it for 500INR.All the issues were solved and Ive been using it for a week nowI had a terrible experience with the ESC.I didnt expect them to do this.I didnt expect OnePlus, where I had much expectationsand known for best user experience and services to do this.I sincerely asked OnePlus to review the staffs and members of the ESC team for delivering us best and honest service.

So happy to see that they are willing to repair the phone as soon as possible. They dont want to delay

While buying oneplus phone(7tpro),their services were good but now while changing the phones display panel my experience is very bad...my phone is still in the service centre because they are not sending my phone after repairing it.

Very good service by this service center😀😀😀 .I had a problem in my OnePlus Wireless Bullets and they replaced it within 15 to 20 minutes and gave me a whole new box of earphones ....😍😍😍You will served free tea or coffee😋😋😋 .Also they have a Xbox gaming console🎮🎮🎮,so you can play games free of cost until the repair 🛠️🛠️work is being processed. This place is located📍📍📍📍 at college more and can be noticed from a running vehicle🚌🚕🚗🚙🚘. The staffs here are also very helpful🚶‍♂️🚶🚶🚶‍♂️......

One of the finest Service centre ever visited in Kolkata. Very nicely decorated waiting area with infotainment! And coffee service make you feel like home. Not only that, you can watch your mobile while the executive repairing your phone via window.

Service centre was clean and refreshments were available.You could pass time checking out the latest flagships or playing on the Xbox!Also, you can watch your phone being repaired infront of you. There is a little window and you can observe/interact with the technician.

Best Service Center experience I ever had. Recently went there to replace my OP7T broken n back panel. Start to end it took around 1 hour. The best part is, you will be able to watch while they are repairing your phone. Their process is transparent and smooth.
