I am Very much dissatisfied with Vibes Kasba . Especially with Mr.Tarpito Banerjee.I have requested for a transfer of package from this cente to my preffered location on 22nd Sept2020.I have adhered to the communication process mentioned by Vibes for the same.He was the POC. he never answered the emails.On phone I spoke to him once and he assured the transfer within a said date an never made that happen . Seeing the non cooperation from Tarpito and his team I personally visited the centre on 29th Dec2020.Tarpito assured me the transfer by 2nd Jan2021.On my request he also spoke to my preffered centre head and also assured her the transfer by 2nd Jan21.But as usual, he did not do any thing. I solicited view of customer care on this, and they over email asked to cater to this. Since then again, he is mum on this.I feel harrased and cheated, I HAVE NOT ONLY LOST HOPE THAT MY PACKAGE WILL GET TRANSFERRED, I FEEL CHEATED AND I HAVE LOST FAITH ON THE BRAND VIBES.

The Vibes branch is really good. They provide good service. The staff are really courteous and very friendly. The price though is less than VLCC, it might be a little cheaper. The therapist and councillor are very well informed about the job. Would have been better to get more free service😉😉 Cheers.

Its really a nice place for not only weight loss but also beauty treatment. I came with high hopes and love to say that I am fully satisfied. Staffs are so nice and service is excellent. The behavior of everyone is amazing moreover they keep up what promised with an excellent result. I would highly recommend this place to everyone out there..

Its been 1 year since I have joined the vibes.. and I can tell that they have only influenced me towards a better life. Both my councilor (panchali) and therapist (Monoroma) always take good care of their clients.
