Its a renowned Bajaj dealer and a wel decorated showroom with 3 floors , with maximum varieties of Bajaj and KTM bikes as well as.They have a well equipped service centre also, at the ground floor of the showroom.The One and Only Drawback is their Money Transaction System.They are so backdated to accept the Card facilities there.So if you want to purchase a bike,....Always carry the cash (thats really embarrassing today) with you.

Dont go this service center👎👎👎👎. I am going to first free service, they told me 2200 rupees charge for first service including teflon coting and chain lube.I told that i can not teflon coting in my bike. They told me teflon coting is mandatory include first free service. After the service they gave me 2 bills. fist free servicing original bill 1740 rupees , second handbill 250 rupees. This 250 rupees bill is not in system. They are charged extra money

This is 3 Rd class service they took my byke for servicing on 11 th the manager said it will take two days time QND I CONFINED 5 TIMES WITH THE MANGAR AND THE STAFF THEY IT WILL BE YOUR BEST SERVICE EVER UNFORUTNTLY IT WAS WORSE EVER when asked job card or byke received documents they said not require first time ever i heard because i satyed 4 different state it never happened my byke number is KA 04 HW 7456 you can guess after two days when I gone to get my byke they said you will get on 18 th its strange when we asked to give my byke back they given my byke with ZERO ENGINE OIL AND PETROL YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW FROUD THEY ARE KINDLY DONT BELIEVE THEM AND NEVER DI KIND OF DEALING WITH THEM THEY ARE BIG TIME FRAUD

Nice & professional. Really liked the professionalism & work by the guys here. I took my Dominar 2018 model here. Because of the lockdown & bike being not used for more than an year, I got it back from Karnataka & felt many issues with clutch, with increased vibration, some nuts missing & many more.Took my bike here with fingers crossed, as I had already tried the service center at Sodepur, but it didnt work well for me. I wasnt at all satisfied with that service over there by those guys. So, I tried this place on friends recommendation. Now, here are the positive that really gave me confidence with these guys with my first service with them : Professional Receptionist, which makes it a good start ; lot of space inside to sit at & I even was satisfied to see the servicing, washing getting done on my bike in front of me. This is transparency at work. Then they listened to my problem of Vibration & actually did a very good work to reduce it a lot. Most importantly, I got back my bike on same day in 2 hours (again, I am not sure if its for every bike or due to the low rush on my day) & the charges were upto the work, so didnt feel overcharged or anything.I am left with a chain problem now, but then again, about 4-5 problems with my bike is gone, in first service & I could pin-point this last problem, after the vibration were gone. I really appreciate the work here, as I so much wanted some good mechanics to fix the issues that had been giving me headache for a while with my Dominar, & this the primarily the reason for such detailed review, as the service I had got was upto my likings & bike is much better.

They are fraud when I went for 2nd service they given me loose Mobil which was not measured quantity a d his manager is very cheap behavioural when I went for third service they told to change chain and sprocket but I did not change after that they told that front shocker is a slightly bend they charge for it approx1400 and they didnt repair it infront of me so I will suggest that dont buy bajaj bike if service centre are like this bajaj having

Recently bought a Bajaj Platina 110 H disc from MS Bajaj and it was a very transparemt trasaction felt very satisfied after buying the bike from here. I expected too much from them because they are authorised! That is my mistake. Before selling the bike they give me lots of promises , like number plate with in one month, bike cover, seat cover , helmet. On purchasing day they just give me the low quality helmet. Still after one month of purchasing the bike I am waiting for the seat cover ,bike cover, number plate. Dont expect from them after all they are sales guys with fake promises. My experience was mixed not so good not so bad. Its like any other local showroom they just have more stocks than the local showrooms.

I bought KTM duke 125 from this showroom, and would say this is a great showroom with huge collection of Bajaj, KTM and Husqvarna bikes. There Sales accounts and service team is great and they listen to you when you ask for help. Also they have a great service center specially for Bajaj bike. I faced problem in my bike, the KTM service team took a week time but was able to solve it properly so no worries. So anyone willing to buy from here can go without any hesitation. Good job Service and sales team, hoping to upgrade my bike from you after 3 years.

The showroom is big enough with a decent inventory considering the locality. The departments are well defined and the behaviour of the staff is professional. I went there to get spare parts for my Pulsar 150 DTSI. They didnt have it in stock. But they logged the order into their system and handed me a printed receipt for the advance amount that I paid. They seem to do things as per protocol unlike most local service centres.

I bought a bs4 bike on 1st march 2020 from MS Bajaj Barrackpore. They told me that within 15 days I will get my number plate. But after selling the bike they forget about my paperwork. Just because of their negligence, I didnt get my number plate within time, for which I am still suffering. Because of nationwide lockdown and bs4 deadline over, all bs4 vehicle registrations stuck for further government notification. Dont know how many days I will have to wait for the number plate. It has been almost seven months since I bought the bike but till date no one has ever called from the showroom and given me any information about the registration delayed. However, the behavior of the showroom staff is very polite and humble but over the telephone communication is not satisfactory at all. Finally I would like to say that this kind of bad service I do not expect from a well known MS Bajaj showroom, Im really disappointed.

Then electricity cut problem.. they should keep a Proper AC launge for customers who has came for Bike Servicing...n the shouldve kept some Barrell of package drinking water in this bad weather condition.. because the customers might feel thirsty... there was no other food stalls there where people can find any food or water...Otherwise Staff behaviour is good n professional.. Purchased a avenger 160 street from ms bajaj naihati show room on 13/10/2020 till now they didnt forward my paperwork. I didnt get my insurance paper till now. After sale service is very very very Poor.

MS Bajaj Naihati is a really big showroom. They have good stocks in there godown. But sales manager is not good enough for the job. They literally force customer to buy motorcycles they keep calling again and again on the phone. And price is pretty high then other Baja showrooms.
