Very bad bank ....... Staff doesnt work ...... Only harass customers .,,.... Rude staff and unwilling to do work .....

All staff are very helpful,but there have only one counter to diposit money and on ecounter to withdrawal.

Slowest bank ever.But pass book update machines was very fast to update pass book.

Very laid back and slow. Overall Bank of India service is not at all good. Staffs ,especially security guard doesnt know to behave and about customer service.Toll free numbers and other numbers are never accessible, it always runs busy. I am regretting that I have opened my account in this bank.
