Very good for stay near to bus stop and station but need to kitchen in house at hotel, staff was very good and co operative

Staff is highly supportive. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are hygienic and clean. location is good. they do not have a kitchen but have tied up with a hotel who deliver food to your room. dishes are provided by the hotel to have your meals. the hotel does not have a proper board/ signage though i called up the hotel and was got help instantly. highly recommend for stay with friends, family and for couples as well.

If you going here by car, finding hotel with the help of Google map is difficult as hotel board is too small and displayed at entrance only. If you call hotel for finding it, staff not knows about surrounding area. Room was spacious, clean however hotel doesnt provide tissue papers in toilet which caused inconvenience. fact is no tissue paper holder in toilet. Hotel staff is co operative and help full. Good budget hotel in Kolhapur.

The hotel reception is on 3 rd floor and rooms are on 4th but lift done your task easy . the rooms are very neat and clean. washrooms are also clean. and support staf is brilliant and humble. the hotel is surrounded by all the banks and restaurants so no need to worry about ATM or Meal

Good service, clean rooms and bathroom. I booked two rooms. Room 12 had cupboard and quite spacious. Room 11 is very small and no cupboard and also cramped. Hot water came as promised. Receiption staff cooperative. Overall pleasant stay.

Suddenly at midnight few gundas started fighting outside our room. Management is not worried about anything. I complained to roomboy, finally they managed to calm them. Worst experience for me. Rooms are average. Not so clean. Only two positive things I have experienced are food and support staff. Restaurants food was good. We took special thali and chicken fry thali. Food was awesome. Only for that I am giving three stars.

Rooms were nice and Clean. They have their own garage but you have to go from backside. the hotel is little difficult to locate as it has board on the road however it is on 3rd floor of the building. Got the room at very reasonable price on ibibo.

Cigarettes smoke suffocating everywhere When we checked in. They said they wd do something about it. But at night it got worse and suffocating with all the cigarette smoke.. It was extremely heavy and unbearable from other rooms due to no ventilation.. Cannot share pics of cigarettes smell and suffocating air.. Also v v unsafe Sleazy unsafe hotel rickety old lift got stuck multiple times, heavy cigarettes smoke all over, suffocating environment we complained while check in but at night again with, burning eyes.. Couldnt sleep all night.. 3 out of 7 rooms not given till 6pm and they asked us to wait and again argument saying we should adjust,. i had already raised a complaint in the morning about hotel not confirmung booking which got temporarily resolved..probably becoz hotel was overbooked hot water was not provided, geysers all cut off hotel staff arguing when asked.. Wifi not provided.. Overall v v bad and unsafe experience.. Not for families.. Unsafe and unclean environment.. In the morning they said itbisbgarbage burning smoke.. All night it was unbearable

The place did not look like a hotel at all from outside. The room was not at all cleaned and the linens and towels were dirty too. Poor staff. No management.
