Newly constructed rooms are very nice when compared to old ones.Always found Banana and papaya fruits found in breakfast. Hope few more can be added.

Simple nice hotel. Rooms are very clean, with little details taken care of too. Hot water is not solar heated which is a plus. Bedsheets, linen, towels all clean. Furniture is old and could do with a polish. AC in all rooms. Breakfast is limited but good. If u have driven in a car, they can wash your car @₹125/-. Polite & helpful staff. Overall a nice stay if you are looking for a nice, clean, basic, budget hotel.

We used this hotel for overnight stay enroute to Goa. The hotel is clean, nicely located, has good dining facility. The rooms (Executive Deluxe) rooms were large and comfy. We were given additional beds for kids. Breakfast was skinny, possibly because occupancy was low. Meal was tasty. Staff was helpful but not forthcoming. Overall a nice stay.

Still in top 5 hotels in Kolhapur after Sayaji and Panchasheel. We were returning from Banglore in the last week of December and decided to stopover in Kolhapur. Even they had 100% occupancy that day, they held 6 rooms for us without any advance payment. That was a nice gesture from the staff.

Overpriced and overrated. Location is convenient(only positive point). Its a 10min drive from the temple. We didnt make prior reservations, we just walked in - bad decision. You get better deals for the hotel online. They made us wait at the reception for 15mins. Gave rooms to people who came after us before attending to us. Its should have been first come first serve. The receptionist was very rude and our first impression stayed as not welcoming and far beyond cooperative staff. The room was poorly maintained. Not at all worth the money we paid. There was water dripping from the ac duct. The shower was like a garden sprinker spraying water everywhere. Food is horrible. Only the breakfast buffet good. Its not a 4star hotel you expect. The gym and swimming pool are good. Never experienced this kind of treatment any other hotel. It came across as ignorant, lazy and rude behavior. If youre looking for a warm cozy place please avoid this place.

Very nice Food & Services

One of the better hotels in kolhapur, I stayed in upper class room which they call deluxe or supper deluxe This room was perfect in size and in general amenities. Location is convenient near Tarabai square , it has enough parking and staff is cordial. Regarding service there are few issues first is, on the roof top restaurant they took lot of time to serve as the kitchen is on the ground floor, and the second, for breakfast also they struggle a lot during high occupancy.

Absolutely horrible experience at Status restaurant at Vrishali ExecutiveService here really really slow and unresponsive. Ordered roasted papad which came when we finished the food. Goli Pulav was nothing but meat balls of patato when we tried to explain this to manager in the restaurant he refused to listen giving lame excuses. The Goli pulav is usually proper meat. We asked him for rotis for kids to give it before anything else but he bought it with food. Caramel custard was way too sweet. The food is Okay here nothing great about anything. Unsatisfied with service. Not recommended.

The hotel is quite decent. We have checked in today morning. Overall good service. Had complimentary breakfast which includes Idli, aloo paratha , puri bhaji , saboodana khichadi , and other options such as cornflex, bread butter jam ,fruits, juice and tea coffee. Yet to explore other services. Would update accordingly.

Rooms are excellent.. staff is co-operative.. one suggestion is instead of outsourcing the bookings from website, hotel should accept the bookings from website directly. Many people may not know the direct number of hotel so they will refer website naturally. Third party will never accept the cancellation for any genuine reason whereas hotel can accept. We had this experience. We had a booking of three people and one person could not join with us. We reached to hotel and informed them then hotel was agree to refund the amount for extra person but third party who was maintening the website was not ready to accept the cancellation.

I usually never rate hotels, restuarants and places post visit but this time I thought of doing so as to raise the standard of hotel owners or atleast the blindfold put on their eyes.Worthless to stay hereService may be good however professionalism completly missing.Hotel not upto the mark. Too old furniture.Toiletaries worst the towels kept in the rooms were ANICIENT. They must have purchased around 10-15 years back still in use.Food was definately tasty however the Cost of Food will give you feel of staying in 5 Star Hotel at a price of star stay. ..

It was a good stay experience the staff was very polite decent and helpful..! Rate were bit high as compare to room amenties...! Checkin time can be extended to 12pm and even ac is on one side which make one side bit painful after continous flow of ac rest well maintened property..! Good food. Overall very good experience.
