Sales persons dont give proper information, I Have perchased 50 thousands TV after sales the Samsung persons came for installation but as per the information of installation given by the Rajakaka shop sales persons is not matching with the Samsung engineer. When I try to enquire on phone to shop have given me rude answer and not picking up the calls. The incharge of shop is Arrogant person and not handeling the issue properly.

In rajakaka the service and customer priority is very bad. I had ordered 2ac and one water purifier they told me that will install within 2days but they took 4 days to install it. And they are also not clear about what all things comes with the unit and what are the things we need to arrange from our side. They just simply send some random installer and when they come to our home they will crater obligation and simply go and say they not ment to work with like this kind. Please be careful while taking any product from raja kaka. And here I am not only I am talking about the sells man the owner of rajakaka is bad at dealing. Over all very poor feeling form these people
