I had very nice stay at this place. Room was very neat and clean and staff was very supportive. I had booked non AC room. They provided one on the ground floor. When I requested to move to 1st or 2nd floor, there was no non AC room available, but still they offered me AC room by switching off AC without any extra charges. I did not get chance to have food, so no comments on food, but overall experience was very nice.

This is not a hygienic place. We found a lizard in the room as soon as we checked in and then we requested for a room change. The room is not well maintained and the bathroom was reeking. The jet spray literally had fungus on it which was disgusting.Its a request to the hotel to atleast maintain hygiene levels. Food was good and hospitality was also average.P. S- If you check in as a couple you better be ready with a marriage certificate or a marriage pic.. They will literally ask you to send it to a whats app business account. Please grow up.. Its 2021.

Amazing place to stay at... I highly recommend this hotel.. Has a reasonable price (2700rs AC, triple occupants) and not so far from devi temple.. Auto cost 50-60rs from this hotel to the temple.. Food service is good but slow.... Over all a great experience.

This is an amazing place to stay...complete value for money.Great hospitality. Due to the lockdown and weekday there were very few guests, and we were the only guest having lunch in the restaurant, but they served us all the menu we ordered extremely tasty and of great quality. I am visiting this hotel for 2nd time. Earlier I visited in 2018 and now in 2021. Customer service is good. Food is pricey but good. Suites are good too. I must mention that the hotel is no more what it used be before COVID 19 but I guess lot of institutions changed. All in all stay so far is good.

For a 3 star hotel they charged us 2300+ tax which is ok. But the rooms have tremendous mosquitoes. AC is not big enough for the room resulting in minimal cooling. And when called hotel staff they dont have any solution for the mosquitoes. Came here to relax and sleep. Whats the point of paying almost 3000 when you are not going to get sleep. You take cover from mosquito you will dies with heat because AC is not cooling the room. Felt like i was staying in a cheap non AC room

Pathetic reception staff ... very poor communication wasted our 1 hour at front desk arguing.... inspite of submitting names an Id proof along with passport copy .... My wife continues her maiden name... Mr.Santosh and the receptionist constantly lectured on how it is important to change madian name an carry husbands name and it was against their policy... inspite of explaining that a lady has the right to continue her name they continued harassing us .... We even showed them passport details mentioning spouse name but they were not accepting and manger was not available to talk he was available only on phone. Actually they dont know the meaning of spouse ... They want you to carry marrage certificate on all your trips pathetic response they are not at all updated or willing to understand any rules that a lady has even though you provide them with all vaild documents and then the receptionist even lies that you submitted documents late, when they came to know they are wrong..We have been to so many resorts an five starts properties we were never asked or faced such unnecessary dirty situation..The staff has poor knowledge and doesnt understand meaning of spouse mentioned in passport issued by Govt of INDIA ... They do not deserve any stars that they show off in front of their name

Lots of mosquitoes due to in-house pond, staff found less supportive, comfort wise it was good stay, found low lighting in the room comparatively, it has created discomfort. Hotel needs refurbishment as hotel furniture found bit older. Furniture found little smelly.

This one is surprise gift for us. Total 1600 sqft area for stay and same area in outside lawn. Excellent food and excellent staff. We enjoyed 4 days stay in the Royal suite. If we plan for kolhapur then we must stay in this hotel only. Hotel food is mouth watering having all kind of food available. Non veg thali is awesome.Thanks a lot to team Maratha Regency.

We had stayed at Hotel Maratha Regency twice first was in 2017 and next in 2020.The staff is very pleasant and co-operative. The rooms are comfortable. Only thing which we thought changed was the limited menu in complimentary breakfast. We had stayed 2 nights and breakfast was same apart for change in one dish. But the food is tasty.A small suggestion to the management just like you have tea, coffee in the complimentary breakfast it would be great if you have sugar free black tea and green tea that would be really great.

The hotel is quite nice and exactly as per the reviews of other travelers. The rooms are neat and clean as well as the bathrooms. The hotel seems a little unfinished in places other than the rooms on the floors. The lift is very small and slow to work. The breakfast was limited but excellent with a good sit out area. The restaurant staff was excellent. The only let down as also explained in other reviews was the front desk staff manning the desk at the second shift. He was very rude to talk to and spoke like was doing you a favour for allowing you to stay. I mean you are in the hospitality business and thats totally a put-off. The management will seriously need to do a check and change the staff soon.

A very good 3 start hotel near Kolhapur Bus Stand. It is at walking distance from bust stand. They have both AC and Non Ac rooms available. Rooms are good. Initially hot water was not coming but after informing at reception it was coming. Complementary breakfast is available. Food taste was good. Limited items were available for breakfast. Enough parking space is available. They charge for extra persons if the person age is 6+, which is not good. Cost is little higher but still value for Money.

I went to this hotel as a part of a business trip. So it was sponsored. Cost for a day for the company was Rs. 2200 for executive AC room. Room was nice and clean. Toilet was great and clean as well. Cold and hot water, shower, soap, towel were good parts. TV had good variety of channels. Water was given in thermos flasks which used to keep it cold for a long time. Breakfast was complimentary. 1st day had batata vada, idli sambhar, chatni, bread butter, jam, corn flakes, fruits and watermelon juice, tea, coffee. Second day had poha and puri bhaji. Great breakfast menu which was tasty. Highly recommended place.

Excellent Hotel and Great Service!! We were here for 1 night. Room was specious and very clean. The staff was very polite. The service given by them was quick and prompt. We also had a good time at Masala pot restaurant which is multi cuisine restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here - very comfortable and memorable stay ! I would definitely recommend Maratha Regency to all. Thank you so much for such a great service and making our stay very comfortable.

Pathetic experience. Slow service. Nobody was even bothered to send complimentary water and tea sachets into our room. Despite lean season, the service was very slow. Those who are interested should check into Sayaji only by spending a little more. Deserves negative stars. MMT cheated me saying that its a 3 star hotel. But the manager himself said that its a 2 star hotel. Tragic absolutely.

Went for the Royal suite. Its a must have room with its own balcony which is as big as the room. What an experience for the whole family. Hygienic bathrooms and ambient lighting complete the experience.Food is quite tasty and fresh at the two restaurants they have.

Located right in the heart of city having ample amount of rooms with king size beds with good ventilation.Provision of warm water through the taps, Television, wardrobes, ACs, etc.Staff is responsive and helpful. They arranged 25 rooms for us with an ease.Separate facility for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.In all, a good and satisfactory place to stay while in Kolhapur.
