Worst ever stay in Kolhapur. All the smoke of kitchen in ground floor spreads in room.No proper ventilation. Dirty rooms and also bad smells from bed and blankets. The receptionist is rude and doesnt know how to talk to customer as well as women. His behaviour is worst, senseless, non co-operative and cheap. Worst service from the staf too. Room, hotel, food, service everything is bad and bad and bad. Overcostly and many best hotel available than this one in Kolhapur.Overall never ever visit this hotel. Strictly non recommend. There is no option of zero star or else I would have preferred least minus star for this one. Kolhapuri bhashet paytan Sudha thevu naka ithe.

Rajat restaurant is located within hotel rajat executive.Its newly revamped rooftop lounge.The decor looks modern, recently renovated and fresh.They have match screening on big projector so its good for sports matches viewing.They serve craft beer from ninkasi breworkswhich i believe first in Kolhapur. I tried hefeweizen beer.Food:startersChicken sukha: dry chicken pieces sautéd in kolhapuri masala. This was average at best and chicken was dry and not properly cooked.Chicken magnet: Not sure what is reason behind naming of this dish. It was Chinese style bonless chicken pieces in sweet and sour semi gravy. This time chicken was cooked perfectly.Mains: cheese butter Garlic naan and dal khichdiComplimentary cakna provided. Its was an average hotel. The rooms were clean but very ancient. They can do better with a make over.They had complimentary breakfast with very limited options. Only two stuff at a time along with standard bread, butter and jam.The working staff was very courteous and helpful.If they improve the room conditions, I think they will do good.

This place is nearby national highway. Ample parking space thanks for the guard who allowed us the parkvour bikes under the shed. Rooms were ok types. if described in detail:- beds and bedsheets were good. Bathroom was not good. you need to get you own mineral water bottle or get separately from the hotel itself. Not like much but i was satying just for ome day so i was ok with it. Never tried their own restaurant thry have. Hospitality was good.

Booked a room through GoibiboTwo Luxurious Ac Room no. 212 and 211We had issues in one room, the AC wasnt working, and one of days there was no water in the bathroom.Drinking water was provided when asked for.Cockroaches inside the bathroom.Breakfast - Day one Misal pav and omlettesDay two - Poha and Misal pavButter kept on buffet smelling badWorst breakfast ever seen and most unhygienic.Care a damn attitude of the reception staff.Worst experience ever.Staff told to pay in cash as the CC machine not working properly. One of the finest casual dining restaurant I have visited in Kolhapur. The bar has a good ambience and nicely curated menu. As everywhere Kolhapur restaurants always serve fresh and yummy chicken and mutton dishes. And so this restaurant. The pricing is little on the higher side compared to the overall experience in this restro. The rooms are good. The service is good and the staff is co operative.

It was a really worst experience at Hotel Rajat. I will never go there in future. The hotel management dont care about customers.They lie with customer. They dont know how to talk to guests. They dont have internal communication, and due to this customer has to suffer. During holiday season , they only try to make money from customer in any way. They dont care about customer satisfaction.No cleanliness in rooms, mosquitoes, dirty bath rooms, arrogant staff, room service is very bad and delayed etc are the other negative points for this hotelThey dont accept card payment , saying that server is down and encourage for cash only.I will never recommend this to any one...

Decent hotel. Rooms and service are not as per the pricing. Breakfast was good. Ac was working but few flaps and buttons were broken. If u just want a place to spend the night between your trip then its good hotel. Else you can find another good hotel.

Hotel Rajat is located on main road. Staff is also good. The one thing they must incorporate is audit of rooms once its prepared for next guest. My room was missing soaps, hand towel and still had a CRT TV which was very small for size of the room.

Location point of view is far better than other. But rooms are not better as expectation. Window A.C. is good but there flips are missing, so you not enjoy as you expect. Its only good for only stay. Actually was not willing to rate this hotel even a single star bcoz of rude staff. Thankfully we had not booked online. We had reached at 1am and the staff told us rooms are full even after showing them the room was available online. On top the staff told us that even if we book online we will waste our money as all the rooms are full. We urgently required a room, so very disappointed with the behaviour of staff.

The worst hotel ever. We were traveling to Goa from Pune and happened to stay here overnight so that we can drive early morning to Goa. We checked in at 11pm and the moment we were in the room there were bed bugs all around in the bed. The bathroom taps not working and very stinky.check out at 3am and reached Goa early morning. Not at all recommended. I wish I could give a negative rating.

I was cheated, I had clearly told 3 adults and 1 baby and booked the room, but when we went to check in he asked extra 300, I had also clarified if it includes GST. When we checked out we were not provided bill and they said extra GST. I think he is also cheating the owner by pocketing the extra money. The complementary breakfast was different and we liked it, but the room was too small for 1700, the TV was not working, hot water was not even warm
