It is a big show room. The best items you can buy from here is all kinds of dress (at an affordable price) . Then kitchen utensils , soaps , cleaning its , plastic vessel etc , there is a good collection .Vegetables, cereal etc there is not a good stock.Offers are there always for dress items and kitchen utensils and related items.I feel stock is affected due to covid situation .Staffs are really co-operative. The carrying bag is too expensive and no matter how much worth we brought the items..There is a good collection of biscuits . Glass and plastic items are good. .Card is accepted here. Since its a mall , parking is not a concern. It is recommended to start an account with big bazaar so you will get discount.The high discounted items are show cased in entry point itself.Some areas they can improve is basic items monthly purchase is really less here. They can go for active local purchase for same.Milk and related items are also not too much.

The shop have everything under one roof. Service by the staff is good and nice but I dont know whether due to covid protocols or due to the timing only one counter was available for billing. Many discounts are available for regular use items and collections are also good. This is located in the ground floor of nucleus mall. They have good collection of dresses also

They delivered old and rotten items. There was no response for the complaint also. Nobody even bothered to contact and verify about the complaint. Vegetables were rotten, biscuits & bread were old having full of ants.

Vast, but badly organised poorly signposted, it provides a great range of stuff.And one doesnt find any member of the staff in case one needs help. If one is a customer who is regular at the place one can navigate.But even if one is regular, the poor billing management is unbearable.Poorly managedWell stocked

Weve been visiting big bazaar in Nucleus Mall since opening of this outlet. We did have certain bad experiences but yesterdays was the worst. Bought a watermelon along with some grocery and pomegranates. Out of 3 pomegranates I managed to get close to two and a half. Rest was waste. Watermelon was a tragedy. Image is self explanatory. Sent a mail to their customer care. I dont think they will ever respond.

A big negative part is parking fee.. 30 per hours.. Shop wont reimburse it at any condition.. some staffs are not at all professionals..Other than this its a good shopping market... Good location.. Its inside nucleus mall... Its is not very big supermarket.. Its like an express mart... But most of the items are available..it is very congested when compare with other big big bazaar...

One of the good branches of the chain. They however dont seem to be offering delivery like some other branches. Options are not many but still good enough for monthly shopping. Customer support also has been pretty good

The Big Bazaar in Nucleus Mall is everything it promises to be. Everything you need under the sun is available there and the staff are lovely and courteous. The collection is so vast that you probably wont get enough time to see everything there is to see and buy. My experience here was really positive, in no small part due to the staff members. Worth the visit.

Good place to buy carry bags of their choice.Eventhough they have all the things available for their space. After we buy they force you to buy carry bags, that too of their choice only one size. So if you are planning to make a big purchase beware. You have to pay Rs 20 per carry bag which is small.you find it tough to walk through the path because of credit card sellers and other sales people (not staff)

Products are available but they expect customers to walk with covers so that they can put the stuff we buy in it as they are very environment friendly and sell a cloth bag for 15 rupees each to carry the groceries. So before you go two things1) if you go on a weekend or holiday be ready to queue up for a long time2) carry your own bags or you end up protecting the environment and not buying stuff from there

In recent week i gifted my friend a gift voucher of fbb and he went to fbb nucleus mall. After purchase he handed them the voucher and they checked it and said that it is invalid and they insulted him and family infront of other customers. They treated them like fraud. The next day he handed me the voucher and i went to the place where the voucher is bought at palarivattom after talking with the sm he interacted with customer care and told me that it is the fault of the fbb at nucleus mall the voucher is already redeemed there . So i talked again with the sm and i demanded a refund. They agreed me to give refund nxt day. When i went there nxt day again they waited me there about 3 hour. First they told me they will give another voucher so i can purchase from fbb but i refused that and demanded the refund And finally they gived refund but after several hours of waiting.The problem was simple a technical error but the employee of fbb nucleus mall was so arrogant and rude.Their behaviour to customers is very bad. plz think twice before buy gift voucher from there or else you will get ashamed infront of others.

Paper bags in the vegetable section is amazing, but the foul smell of the same is much disgusting.Authority should kindly consider this as an important matter since it carries edible items.

I went for facial tissues, got it after reaching the extreme corner, and when went for billing they saying that the item is not in the list and cant be billed. The shop wasted my 50 minutes and I cant find a costumer care representative at the floor where billing is going. Then again I wasted 10 minutes for that....totally wasted one hour for my day for nothing....i have registered my complaint by dialing toll free number provided

Its jam packed with lots of items various price ranges and of varying quality. The store announcement goes off every 15 mins, on new offers. The selections are quiet good and useful unlike others who hoard a lot that has little practical usage. The place is seldom crowded but manageable. The items ranges from clothes to household items to edibles. Comparing the other big bazar in Cochin, i could conclude this is the best.

Big bazar is now days giving prominents to their own marketed products. So u wont be able to find some well known brands in the bazar.

In fact good experience..but one hurting experience damned that feeling. On 4th April,2019 I purchased a bulk of things ...among them was a tetrapack soft drink of mixed fruits of tropicana make. After reaching home I just picked up the pack for drinking ...but to my surprise it was found opened already and a good quantity was also found to be emptied..I request the concerned authority to look into it as this might be going on unnoticed since many days ...the culprit must be punished....I

Product selections are not great at this big bazaar store. Even access to parking with trolly is not there. I have struggled to load the purchased item to car. Morover they havent given all the items purchased and I have taken up the same with store manager on the next day and even after 3 days till I write this review there is no revert. I dont recommend this store to anyone.Note: its not a general feedback about big bazaar stores. I had better and awesome experience from other stores in the town :)

I have visited visited Big Baazar of different parts of India, this one gave the worst customer experience. Cashiers treat customers as a disturbance to their job. This is the third time I experience. They call customers names (Bhai=migrant worker).Word of advice to store manager, train your staff, or Find another Job. If possible avoid this Maradu branch of Big Bazaar!

Hi ....I purchased two dresses for1300/- and billed the item at 25/07/2019...I shocked when the billing staff told me that a carry bag charges Rs 24/- ,,,, and I asked the manager regarding this he told me its normal and if I complaint it there wont be any action.....Note: when we purchas from a local shop they provide a carry bag free as well the branded shop also provide carry bag below Rs 5/-... shame on you. Well known brand, but the branch at Nucleus mall Marad is so pathetic. Miss-management is so evident that rotten vegetables and fruits are openly kept in shelves ready to sell. There were apples yesterday (10 July 2018) which were spoiled, but was selling for Rs240 per kg. Situation is same for other veggies and fruits.Attitude of shop keepers also are very bad. They are not at all interested to help shoppers or even to help them select and pick items from the shelves, eventually making a negative shopping experience and dropping business. Only because of the brand there is abundance of items and stock, and also offers are there.You must be lucky enough to get something weighed and labelled, and that also with a negligent face of the staff.The billing counters were vacant as there was biller in only one counter. And there too was a line. Suddenly one more biller appeared but due to miss-management the people standing at the last were considered first, again making chaos.
