Amazing hotel! The layout, the rooms (especially the suite) are amazing. One of the best hotels Ive been to. Great venue for weddings and corporate meetings. Best part about this hotel is that it is walking distance to Lulu Mall, with available buggy carts every 10 minutes if you choose not to walk. Will definitely come here again!!

The stay at Kochi Marriott Hotel was a pleasant experience. Clean room and good ambience with appropriate amenities for the booked room. Included buffet breakfast and dinner as per the booking. Agreed with late check-out without extra charge which was convenient for me due to sunday shutdown drama by the state administration.The hotel is at a well-connected point and closer to Lulu Mall with less than 50m aerial distance. The staff are highly professional, cooperative and helpful with a smile.The Kochi Kitchen offered variety of delicacies which tastes at par with any of the kitchen in the subcontinent. The staff at the Kochi Kitchen are excellent and have excellent coordination. They work like honeybees with a pleasant smile and keeps there schedule and excellently manages the large number of guests during peak hours.Im a traveller who loves to take my motorcycle to long distances. A covered two wheeler parking would have been great especially during the monsoon showers.Highly recommended for family and solo stay.

Had an amazing dinner for two at the pool bar. The service was on par with the food thanks to Pramod , Jithin and Melody.The food recommended was spot on.The pazhampori and tender coconut puree is out of the world. Kudos to the chef.Surely be back for some more treats.

Lovely place, following covid protocols. Food is too good, loved their Biriyani with the perfectly cooked chicken. Desserts were also awesome. Well maintained place with pleasing staff who does their work quietly and not over interfering.

Was there yesterday to attend a programme. Was in a hurry to reach hotel in a hurry from Trivandrum, forgot to fuel my car . Once given for valet parking , car was not moving because of low fuel. Hotel staff came up all the way to the conference room to help me out on this , went to the petrol station bought fuel and refilled the car . Amazed by their sense of service orientation to help out a customer in need .Kudos to the staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Marriott, Kochi. The senior lady manager at the reception was generous enough to upgrade us to a suite room as we had come to celebrate our 10th year anniversary. That was awesome and we were given special treatment during dinner and they arranged a tasty cake only for us to cut and celebrate. I thank Mr Renoy, Kochi kitchen restaurant manager for that kind gesture. Restaurant staff Chandrima took extra effort and was prompt with all the requests. The food was very tasty. The room was excellent, the overall experience was awesome and my daughters refused to leave the hotel and they wanted to stay for another 2 weeks. Thanks Marriott Kochi for making our 10th year anniversary memorable

Rooms were not clean and tidy. Bathroom door was not able to close properly. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Appam was very hard. Staff’s attitude is not friendly. When we forgot our key in our room and asked for a help in level 1 reception. They behaved like as if we were thieves.

Even i had an early check in at 2pm which i did not inform the hotel about and there was no delay in checking in . We had buggy service to the lulu mall which was very helpful. I am very hurt by the mistreatment I received. I repeatedly called and alerted them of my late arrival and also communicated my requirement of food, of which they agreed upon. Since my arrival i asked them to place the order which they said yes to, and a few minutes later they said that it was unavailable. Me and my old father did not receive food after a long day of journey and ended up vacating.

Very luxurious hotel to stay. Food is delicious and expensive. Not much area to walk around and see. But the main purpose of this hotel is to visit Lulu Mall and do shopping around. In that way, it have fulfilled the purpose and everything is great. Well maintained and all Covid-19 protocols are followed. Very nice and polite staff.

Kochi Marriott offers good rooms with a nice aesthetic view. We were staying at floor 25 and the windows opened to a green stretch. The hospitality was amazing. The hi-tea was nice while breakfast spread was average, but the friendly staff compensated for that. Overall our stay was satisfactory

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable, some with a balcony. The bathroom was very neat with a hot shower. if your legs are OK you can walk to the city centre.The swimming pool is a pleasant place to stay. But most of all I liked the contact with the staff. They are ready to serve you and do that that in a very pleasant way: not with a distant attitude but really concerned about your well being. Love to come here again

A true sample of excellent hospitality!I went there on a Staycation package with my family. My baby really enjoyed the stay. The staffs and the chefs were really friendly and they were eager to serve my baby with her favourite dishes and her needs.The dinner and breakfast buffet was really awesome and delicious and the best in city. The hospitality and service of the crew was outstanding. Even I had some chaos in the beginning after check in, but they were running behind that to clear the things out and Instantaneously giving us the solutions for the same. That was really overwhelming.The Staycation package which they are offering is fantastic and recommendable.

Kochi Marriott is a great five star hotel.I had a very good experience at the Kochi Marriott Hotel.They showed me a very good reception. Likewise they were always there for my every need.Every rooms in this building is very clean.The interior design is excellent. Another sight that is just as beautiful is the front piano.The staff here treated me very politely and kindly. Similarly the cleanliness in the bathroom is also very good. As well as the best quality food here.The atmosphere there was very enjoyable to eatThere are very good Airconditions rooms.The staff was very respectful.All in all, this is the best hotel in Ernakulam.But the rate is still high.No problem though. The service here is of good quality for the money you pay

Ive been a Marriott Bonvoy member for a few years now. I love all the Marriott properties and this one is definitely nice. Very clean and spacious especially during this pandemic, I wanted to make sure that the places that we visit is spotless and here I had Peace of Mind knowing that it was exceptionally clean.

Me and my wife checked in on 22nd January 21 and checked out on 23rd. Stay was comfortable and all staffs were we cooperative. Dinner and breakfast was good. They could have provided some sugar free sweets for diabetes. Otherwise everything was fine.

Enjoyed the birds eye view of the city from our room which was on the 25th floor. Clean and sanitized rooms. Only concern regarding the stay during the pandemic is safety, cleanliness and hygiene especially if your traveling with a kid. Here at Marriott everything was exceptional.

Marriot in Kochi is a great hotel in the top hotspot of Kochi which is Lulu.They provide good service and the rooms are awesome.Currently due to the pandemic situation their executive lounge and all th other facilities like the GYM, STEAM BATH AMD THE POOL ARE CLOSED.They have a hookah bar at the second lobby situated near the gym which is beautifully aligned with the pool area.BREAKFAST IS GREAT INCLUDING CONTINENTAL AND INDIAN STYLE DISHES.Overall services is on spot and comforting.

Kochi Marriott Hotel is located near to Edappally Bypass on the side of Ernakulam Alwaye Bus Route. Marriott Hotel provides facility for arranging marriage and other functions. Recently I attended a marriage function there and found that there is much delay in supplying different food items to the participants. Since it is an international hotel, serving of food items in marriage functions should be done before becoming the supply pot empty. Here we noticed much waiting for the participants to get certain food items like appam, cooked Rice, etc.

Excellent location, stayed with family and kids ! entry by side or along Lulu mall.check in 3pm .Not so great welcoming as in luxury resorts,took almost 40min to check in. Interior cleanliness, design , ambience everywhere 10/10, rooms so spacious and clean.there is a big pool and small kids pool beautifully maintained with excellent gym nearby. breakfast was delicious with wide variety of food. staff are bit lagy or.......or may be they are not able to keepup with rush..overal hotel is excellent

Hotel which is situated in the heart of the city near Lulu international mall which provide us with great shopping and very close to metro.. I have got room in 17th floor which gave a wonderful view of the city.. The pool side gives a best ambience and a great place for photoshoot..

If I want to take a picture in their premises I have to marry them. You are not welcome here, you can go back to where you came from.

Sushi counter is good. Grill is soft and juicy, cold meat counter is adequate, Indian spread could be better, Chinese dishes are cooked well, Desert counter is a great spread, Beverages and drinks are lively. Service is really appreciable, used plates are cleared at speed, drinks are refilled promptly & many dishes are served at the table which is convenient. Music could be lighter. Overall a good experience for the family.

The restaurant and the rooms were great. But the room service was very bad. We couldnt get baggage on time and also there was no room service. When asked for manager there was no response. Very bad service from the hotel staffs. Very bad experience. Never going to stay again in marriott kochi. Thank you!!

I would recommend to opt for East facing rooms as post 3pm, the rooms on the western side becomes very hot and one has to keep the curtains closed till 6PM.

One of the worst hotels I hav stayed..service and staffs were totally bad. The lady in Red (miseed her name) at the Kochi kitchen counter made a false statement and pushed us to casavva restuarant since they were unable to manage the crowd. They were making all the false statements and looks like they are totally poor in planning rights from ur check in till they were organising for the spread. the juice they served yesterday had a mosquito in it and they did apologise for the same. Our baggages reached our room post one hour after we checked in.Wats more bothering is the care free attitude of the staffs from the Front desk and the relationship manager didnt care to even talk to us.Why should we stay in Mariott for such a poor treatment. Its better to stay in some other hotel rather Mariott..guys before booking ot a stay here pls do check and stay as they are pure discrimination on the level of customers. DONT WASTE UR MONEY

Really Sorry to say that this will be our last time. We came twice and both time need to wait at the reception for more 20 to 30 min with kid. Nobody to assist or give instructions what to do. When it is crowded or any marriage function is happening then you dont know how to manage the customer who were in the lobby. It is utter disappointment to say that during this pandemic situation you were terribly created a bad impression in your lobby itself by allowing large crowd. I have been to Le-Meridian a week before and it was quite pleasant and hassle free check-in and very pleasing staff to assist or ask us to wait not to crowd in the lobby. So you can consider this as my last visit to Marriott. Google need to allow or consider giving negative rating as I dont want to give a positive feedback for this kind of hospitality.

The rooms have ample space and the issue with our room was that the blinds did not work and at night that wont be an issue, but once the sun dawns and the rays start to fall, you will loose that sleep. Obviously like all good Hotels they took the feedback, but they shouldve checked all these before hand. The bathroom doors too couldnt be locked and later their maintenance team came in and fixed that. The food was good but not the best and the customer services seems to be in pretty good shape.

So funny story, I went to LULU for a little shopping and decided to have dinner in Marriott, We asked the security how to get a buggy to take us to the hotel and he told us to contact the number which was available on the hotel Buggy service poster. I called that number and waited half n hour for someone to answer. No one did, It was busy for 30mins. It was raining like crazy and i couldnt just walk up to the hotel. So Yeah 30 min for a buggy,and i understand that it might be a busy hotel but still there should be some alternative.Maybe have a special number for Buggy service or Have a intercom/communication system with the Lulu guys, I dont know. Anyway went home disappointed and hungry as it was too late to go anywhere else at that point.

We booked pool view deluxe room but we surprised with upgrading executive room and we were waiting for 15 minutes to get that room by the time receptionist gave other surprise, we had a free evening tea snacks which was top notch food and we never expected this many snacks available for tea snacks it looks like a lunch example fish chili and chicken rosted finally check out time we dont like to check out of the hotel... 😠😠😠will back soon with kochi Marriott hotel 🠨
