We had an absolutely lovely stay at Mandalay Hall with excellent service and amazing food! Special shoutout to the manager and the staff who went that extra mile to make our stay super comfortable. We loved every second of it.

The person answering the calls has a high handed attitude. He needs training on how to interact with customers. When we mentioned that we may take photographs of the place he mentioned that it is separately chargeable.

It’s like walking into a concept wonderfully executed without destroying the history of the place one bit. Mandalaly hall is a gorgeous place you shouldn’t miss in Mattancherry. Made me feel like the Biennale never ended 💁🏽‍♀️

Very very nice place in Fort kochi mattancherry area.they served kerala contemporary foods especially vattaiyappam,kili koodu and pacchamaanga drink also very well. They will reach next level of the kerala kitchen style. I really liked and thanks for kochi and Mandalay Hall.

Mandalay Hall is a beautiful property nestled in the corner of Jew street in Fort Cochin. The theme of the hotel revolves around art, culture and cuisine and this is depicted through every inch of the hotel. Each room is designed by different artist and the over all look and feel is like youve stepped out of a art gallery!The staff is extremely helpful and goes out of the way to give the best experience.Mandalay Hall is definitely a must visit if you pass through Fort Cochin!.

This boutique hotel is designed by an amazing architect who designed the place in a way so it will merge with original heritage of the building. Stunning design, beautiful cafe on the ground floor with an incredible peace of art on the wall. Each room has a unique design, Netflix and bathtub is my favorite part 👌

Very unique concept , a real art experience for art lovers! Each room is tastefully done up by different artists ! Walking distance from the historic mattancherry synagogue. Very very friendly staff and excellent services. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the best place to try out contemporary Kerala cuisine!

While I didn’t stay here, I’ll be recommending it to anyone I know traveling to Kochi, having peeked inside, and enjoyed a tea in the garden one afternoon. Set in the heart of the Jewish quarter, yet super quiet once inside the grounds, this boutique hotel and café is a gem.

Small but very nice!We spent 3 nights at Mandalay Hall in August 2019 - unfortunately! Because its really excellent! A really exceptionally tasteful gem.It is very close to the Synagogue and Dutch Palace, in an area full of exciting shops, art galleries, cafes and antique shops. The Chinese fishing nets, the beach promenade and other sights can be easily reached on foot or in a tuktuk.The rooms are very tastefully decorated, very spacious and super clean. Each of the five rooms was designed by a different artist. The rooms have fantastic showers and some free-standing bathtubs and the beds are super comfortable, so you can sleep very well. Water, coffee and tea are provided free of charge. In the lounge, which can be used by all guests, there are art volumes and books ready so that you can pass the time comfortably even in a rain shower. In the beautifully designed courtyard there is a pool and an outdoor seating area.The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and nice. Virtually every wish is read from your eyes. The South Indian breakfast was excellent, but you can also order omelets and various other egg dishes. The kitchen in the in-house restaurant is excellent, the non-alcoholic drinks extremely creative and very, very tasty. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thanks again to the team for the excellent support!
