The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are quick to ascertain the individual needs of their customers accurately. I found them pleasingly helpful and respectful. We received our new spectacles within about 5 days and our vision has now greatly improved.

This place is the benchmark of customer service just like most of tata business ventures are. After having visited a few known places in kochi for a pair of specs, we tried out this place. Ample parking in front, courteous staff (no aggressive marketing to buy the costliest lens), decent choice of frames spread across a wide range. They also helped us get our old lens refitted into a new frame on the spot. Del8very of new lenses within 3-4 days. Big fan

I am working as a Professor in a College and a researcher in life sciences. I visited Titan Eye Plus Kadavanthra for changing my eye wear glass. The Ophthalmologist Ms Riya invited me for checking the power of lens. I was afraid because I had a bad experience few weeks back from another firm and I had to discard the new lenses. Her confidence and the service mind gave me confidence and agreed for checking the power. She did it very carefully but professionally to trace the minute details of my eye power. I came looking for a Rayban and initially I wasnt sure if they had socks however their Google chat facility is being utilized perfectly and got response in like 5 mins. Ive been having migraines frequently and had visited the store on my friends recommendation. I was advised to do an eye test by the optometrist and was found to be a hypermetrope. The eye test was performed meticulously and the staff made sure that i was comfortable throughout the procedure. The store manager Mr Prabhakaran was an extremely friendly person and explained the function of each lens in detail. I thoroughly enjoyed an otherwise tiresome task. Now Im perfectly comfortable and happy with my pair of glasses and i would recommend Titan eye plus to anyone without a second thought 😊.

Spacious showroom, good range of products. Good parking space though not ample. Poor parking management.Bought a pair of reading glasses for ₹ 895. Its a premium price for a reading glass. However, the case given was a downmarket one.The sales staff and manager can do better by being more courteous and better customer handling. They appeared to be lacking in training. After all, Titan wants to position itself as a premium brand.

Ive bought a frame from this store before and to be honest it was a good quality frame. Its almost two years since I bought this frame and it is still in good condition despite rough use. After my eye power changed I made a mistake buying a frame from another shop and it got damaged real quick. So I came to this place again to buy a new frame and also a lens. They gave me the glasses the next day itself (fastest service Ive ever seen). The blue-cut lens actually does a good job cutting of the blue light unlike the lens from the other store. Overall the shop is good and it deserves a five star rating.

Alright. So Im not the best customer as I have migraine issues(need very lightweight glasses) and most glasses dont suit my face. The customer service person here(thank you, Eutzy!) was extremely patient with me. She was never pushy, let me take my own time and let me try almost all the frames in the store. And the best part was that I got my glasses the same day by 5!. Stellar

Every aspect of my experience was very good.Services of Mr Prabhakaran and team was very encouraging...in the end of my purchase i was disappointed when I could not make my payment through the card that I had with me.It was a Visa card international which I have been using in most places. The reason given was that that particular swipe machine was defective. Further when I got the call from the store informing me that my glasses were ready after 3 days I still had the same issue with my card. Couldnt any action been taken with Bankers regarding the machine...Kindly note this issue and see that these sort of things do not happen. I still have one more pair of glasses to be collected. Customers should not be put in such problems.....thanking you , Mohandass

Few years back purchased branded high end frames and high index glasses...had a small issue with my frame recently which they bluntly rejected...invariably i got it rectified from a local shop...their after sales service is very poor and for any reason however small, they will only advise to buy new frames or lenses...the service support is zero...i was a very old customer of Titan eye care, almost since last 8-10 years, and always recommended my friends to buy products from there...but after 3-4 such experiences i have lost all my faith in them.

I have used three Titan Eye+ franchisees in Kochi, and have enjoyed consistent quality of products and service across all outlets. My longest association has been with the Kadavanthra franchisee. In between, I experimented with two other vendors, one of them being Lens & Frames (Lulu Mall). Both vendors came nowhere close to what Titan Eye+ had to offer. They give good advice and have a range of products across a wide price band.
