Its almost a year since I started buying medicines from Apotekere and right from the lockdown started getting it delivered for myself and family. They have always been courteous and have excellent delivery schedules which is 99.99% error free along with 10-25% discount everytime. Today I had the chance of that 0.01% error case, when they totally forgot about my delivery and said they could not deliver today again with one one more reason that the medicine was out of stock and that they would deliver tomorrow. Even though i was very upset because the medicines were for my wife which was most needed today. It was close to 8PM and I started to go out to get the medicines and I could not believe it, but the delivery boy from Apotekere was outside my home to deliver the medicines. And the biggest surprise was that even though they had the medicines out of stock, they bought it from another medical store and delivered to us including their usual discounts. THIS WAS A MARVELOUS EFFORT AND THEY MADE MY DAY!! Again, my recommendation is always 100% to this store. Thanks APOTEKERE!!!!!!

Went to the chemist section... The experience was terrible... There were four staff at counter... and they took 18 minutes to deliver me my (03 items) medicines.. In between they made an erroneous bill which would have been paid by me if I wouldnt have noticed it in time... The parking space is insufficient... Otherwise the place is organised.....
