Please never ever visit or even think about consulting Dr. muyidheen hijas from this hospital. Worst incident happened twice with him. He doesnt know how to treat people. Highly doubt whether he is a genuine doctor

I had back pain due to an accident, i met Dr Niyad, ortho specialist, he was so nice, i recoment him.....

Never give vaccination for your baby in this hospital.(In this Covid time).We cared our baby so much in this Covid time.Unfortunately we took our baby to this hospital for vaccination.Doctor refered us to pharmacy to bring the vaccine.I bought the vaccine,Doctor was not there,so the nurse adviced us to take my baby to the casuality for vaccination.I was not at all happy.but still we took our baby to the casuality.There the nurse said father should not enter,Mother is enough..I thought ok she is there,she will manage.All the nurses are well protected with all the protective gear,but they are not thinking this is a baby,let the mother hold and let us inject the vaccine.They said the mother to go out and they will hold the baby too..I am very much fed up.In the normal time ok.They can handle like this,but in this Covid situation being a health worker,they are not aware of these protocols?Very poor..Please dont take your babies for vaccination in this hospital..

Najath super speciality hospital is one of the best hospital in aluva. The doctors and the staff are very cordial and patient. They provide good diagnosis and best treatment.They got good services, experienced doctors.I am glad that our family choose this hospital and got such a great services. There staff is really friendly. The hospital is neat and clean and beds are also clean.

Pharmacy nurses are so disappointing and wasting our time ....And when our chance comes to pay the bill they will say we dont have change and doesnt give the change back ....

DOV: Multiple times over a month from 10th Sept 2017. If you r looking for a budget hospital with really good doctors, Najath hospital is best, esp if you are staying near to Aluva. Friendly and knowledgeable doctors, good nursing staffs and patient friendly rules of the hospital is really welcoming. If you are an existing patient, you can even see your doctor on Sundays which is really a plus. I have personal experience with ortho, Dr Riyadh and paediatric, Dr Sajith and both r excellent. Also met Azeez doctor, who is the owner, several times who considers charity over money.

Went to Najath hospital, a few times. Neat and clean hospital, with good doctors.

No hi-fi looks, but pretty decent hospital with all facilities and excellent Doctors. In house parking is limited.

Not good under circumcision care in pandemic situation. Staffs and administration not taking enough precautions against covid. Nurses are not even wearing PPE kits.

Poor services, they have 2 telephone number, long hours didnt pick anybody the call. Very bad behaving to the patients also.

The doctors may be good but the nursing care is below par.so if you are going to get admitted better think twice.Note: one nurse with a bad attitude towards the patient is enough to damage the reputation of the nursing staff.

Dermatologist Dr smitha is superb Dr. I visited with high levelled of chicken pox🙄...... After consulting her we will have confidence in our minds....... And it cures within 3 to 4 days..... Thank u Dr 😍

A decent hospital for your day to day health issue. I visited the hospital for my ear pain and the treatment was satisfactory. The doctor Maya Devi seems to be a knowledgeable person with lot if experience. I booked appointment day before and was called first. Not sure whether I was lucky or is that the case always. Doctor was late by 30 min and the hospital dont give you your patient file so you are not entirely sure about your treatment details or prescription. I will not trust a hospital that does that with more serious health issue .

Burning medical waste inside the compound - what an irresponsible and unethical behaviour from a hospital! My kid was admitted here for two days and we were asked to keep all windows closed at night by the doctors themselves because of the smoke. That didn’t help much either. Will never go to this hospital again. They have a newer block but the main block is too old and dirty. The toilet pipes were all visible from the inside of the building itself near the ramp. Some of them leaking too. Very dirty hospital.

The bad reception manner. They dont know how to treated. As a first times comers. This is my second time. Waiting to much. Are a que. So ignore the waiting list they dont mind u. Most decent hospital in Aluva. But the 3 star is for the reception area and the general interior work on the hospital. They have good doctors, some personally known to me

I personally like this hospital for the good rapport that the doctors share with the patients. I have had my delivery done here, followed by a surgery. The doctors are so approachable and friendly that you, in fact recover faster. If you are hospitalised, the nurses too ensure that they are there with you throughout no matter what time of the day it is. The only concern I have felt is, each time a scan has to be done, you have to get it done outside of the hospital, which might be taxing for the patient. Otherwise a good, decent hospital in a small town like Aluva.

Unhygienic interiors, burns medical waste overnight in the same compound causing discomfort to inpatients and also the people living in nearby buildings. They should do something about waste management and also improving interiors in the building

Najath Hospital is the best hospital.Our experience at this hospital was very good. On 30th August 2017 we were on tour to Kerala from Mumbai.We were suppose to go to Munnar and suddenly my mom got infection and she was admitted to Najath hospital. We got really very good treatment from doctors as well as sisters. They took great care of my mom and helped us a lot. The staff members also helped us. As we were tourist we didnt feel as we are alone. Dr. Lizy Mathew and Dr. Rose Mary and sister Alena helped us a lot. We felt we are in safe hands. The very next day my mom was recovered.We will remember this hospital, staff and doctors who gave us very good treatment at very reasonable charges. Thanks a lot to all the members of this hospital.
