As the name suggests, its a break place, for teas, smoke and quick grub. Friendly management and staff. Tea break serves a juicy shawarma platter and no-nonsense black tea, to go along with the cigarette. Smoking is not permitted inside, but one can smoke to the hearts content, underneath the tree outside

The staff there is not sitting there to serve you. They are in more like a get the hell out of here! attitude. I hope the owner puts some effort to make it more pleasant atmosphere & place to visit.

A nice place in Panampilly Nagar to grab a quick bite. The shawarma that is served here is really good. You can get get a variety of snacks, tea, coffee and milkshakes. The ice tea which they serve is really good. The place is not really spacious but you can have your coffee or bite under the shade of the big tree which is just outside the shop.The shop and the area outside is frequented by the young crowd of the area so it not a really quiet place. The area outside is a public smoking hotspot of Panampilly Nagar but inside the shop you will be fine. So either ways (smoker or non smoker) you will be just fine hereThere is ample parking space outside.They accept all forms of payment now.

If i am in the areas of panampilly nagar and if i am actually craving to have a tea or a coffee this is where i would be. The tea and the coffee offered here is absolutely good. It is also to be brought to the notice of the reader that shawarma served here is also pretty much up to the mark and is awesome. Has a average area for sitting but a small area outside as well to be seated. Well in an overall rating i would give this a 4/5

I wish i could give any lesser than a single star. Would still not do justice to the bad experience faced in this so called cafe. Ordered alphonso mango shakes. What we received was the so called alphonso mango shakes made from sour milk!! Yes the milk had evidently gone bad and the same was still served with a glass full of sugar to make up for it. We returned the shakes and got a refund and also a lame excuse from the cashier saying that its not possible for them to check the date of the milk they use. (Lord.. read the expiry on the packing for starters!!!) For a place that charges on the higher side its not wrong to desire least of all some empathy from the staff, let alone good service! Never going back there!

Id recommend the iced coffee if youre the cool drink and burning stick kind of guy. Dont be the black tea and beedi wala guy yaar, and smoking kills!
