Ive been to this branch only once. Loved their brownies. Good texture and taste.Its a nice place to sitdown for a snack. And if you want to cut the sweetness from the Delicious cakes, I would recommend their cutlet. It turned out perfect to my surprise!🙂

The best place in Kochi to buy cakes and pastries.. I always used to get birthday cakes from Pandhal Cake Shop, but this place is much better! The choco-lava cake here is to die for.. the ambience is also pretty good.. only con here is the lack of parking space.. highly recommend this place to cake and pastry lovers!

Usually i depend on reviews to buy products. And cake hut was one option for buying a cake for my new year celebration. There were almost 4-5 guys in the shops n a handful of customers. I went and placed my order(red velvet), for instant purchase of the available choices. One of the guy took note n i waited there patiently for him to wrap the order. Meanwhile many more customers popped in and started placing their orders and in my attempt to re-confirm my order asked a guy in front of me if my order was packed. He was like did you place your order through me?, not even trying his bit to help me . Since all of them were wearing masks i was a bit confused. I then tried recollecting who it was n went n asked him. He looked amused n started asking others if anyone had seen the red velevet cake that was kept aside on the counter. He later came to me n told me the order was no more available and i had to choose from the available last two options!!! I was startled by this behaviour of not even apologising for the error. Thinking of hunting for another better bakery i settled for the available chocolate truffle. I paid my bill and left. On reaching home i opened the box and to my utter disappointment i find an almond cake instead of the ordered chocolate truffle!!! Experienced an really awful and an irresponsible customer service. Never again Cake hut will be an option in my list.

They make the best red velvet cake in town. I guess the rates per kg is on the higher side at 750 a kg but still the tastiest red velvet in town.. neat place..tried some of their other cake slices too.. delicious.. recommended!

Extremely disappointed with the customer handling. Had to chase people at the store for placing an order for two consecutive days with multiple calls. They didnt have the courtesy to give a call back or do a follow up. I couldnt place order online so had to call to store. Was a regular customer of cake hut but with such incident totally lost interest.

Good place for cakes in the city

Cake hut has become my goto place to order a cake online. I have been ordering their cake online for few years for my parents anniversary/ birthdays and always heard them complimenting the cake. Had a chance today to taste their vancho cake personally for the first time for this years anniversary. The cake was yummy and the delivery was also prompt. Ordering process is also great.

Ordered a cake for a birthday party but just during the delivery time, was informed that its finish was not exactly the way we wanted it to be. This time, we had no choice other than to accept it and decided not to go to them anymore!It was a photo cake we requested for and the sales guy wanted me to go for a 2 kg one just to get the designs intact. At the end, neither the design nor the taste reached our level of expectation.Please think twice before you go to this place!

The best shop for take away and dine-in near to Thevara junction. They have varieties of cake including creame cake and cheese cake. They take advance order for customised shape and picture cake for birthdays and special events. They provide home delivery service to nearby locations.

God knows ... Their cakes are exemplary. Their orders are prompt n puntual . Taste of cakes are out of the world. They are also great in customisarion. For any events they are the best as of now.

I ordered a Dutch truffle yesterday(22-04-2019) on 7.00pm and asked to deliver on fortkochi they promised me that will be delivered before 8.15pm. As usually i expect on 8.30 but they delivered on 7.45pm.... Hats off to team 👏👏👏

This shop serves very tasty and quality cakes and pastries. The cakes are very delicate and soft with very lowest possible maida added. I have tried Mango, Pista, Oreo and Praline Butterscotch varieties from this shop and they all tasted awesome. The staff behavior is good and they delivered the cake on time. The cake printing service is also available and the quality of printing was also very nice.The only cons I could find here was that parking for four wheelersis virtually non existent. The footpath cum front area of this shop can comfortably accomodate one small hatchback class car but that too available if there are no two-wheelers parked in front of the shop. Dont expect to park in the busy roadside, only few space in this always busy roadside is available for parking but those will be always occupied. Traffic police station is nearby and if you are not lucky enough the cops would stick parking fine on your windshield.

Recently ordered a cake for my one year old daughters birthday.The cake was good and the home delivery was prompt, but they misspelled my daughters name on the cake which took away the importance.I may not advice this place to others as I feel it as due to irresponsibility this has happened.
