Well maintained hotel and friendly management/ staff!

I stayed at non-AC room for Rs 1000 per night.Very clean place and polite reception staff and room boys. Rooms are well furnished and nicely lit. One litre bottled drinking water was complimentary. If you need more bottles you will be charged Rs.15 per 1 litre bottle (but MRP printed was Rs.13 only).If you need food you can call the reception and they will fulfill the order from a nearby restaurant (which I didnt use anyway).Bathroom is small but super clean. Towel, soap and shampoo are provided.I spent my first day at AV Residency (near Spring Field Billets). I checked out after 1 day stay (due to very poor room & bathroom quality) and checked in at Spring Field Billets. I stayed at spring Field Billets for the remaining 3 days of my stay at Ernakulam.Highly recommended place for stay at Ernakulam.

Very near to North Railway Station,just 50 meter. Bed Room and Washroom is very neat, clean and comfortable. Bed sheets Pillows and towels fresh. Staffs are very helpful. I am very happy to stay here.

Its a good budget hotel near to Ekm North Railway Station. Rooms are very neat and clean. The rooms are new and maintained well. Only draw back is that the rooms are very small. Highly recommended for budget accomodation. Though car parking is available, its very difficult to park the car inside the parking lot as there is lack of space

Up to the mark three star experience. Good location. Reasonable rates. I went there about six months ago with a friend. Its just about less than a minute walk from the north railway station, Ernakulam. We booked through online - Make my trip, I believe and it only cost us less than RS 500 with offers and bonuses. It was a real good experience. All equipped with standard facilities and clean and functional washrooms. Good service and behaviour. Good infrastructure. Parking area. Close to metro station, hospital, bus stand, railway station, restaurants and boat jetty.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean but not with good ventilation or room fragrance. As we opened the doors its a bit suffocating and cupboards we didnt dare to open.We booked a family room and were surprised to see a bathroom constructed 2 1/2ft wide. It was useless.Suddenly hot water stopped so had to manage with cold water.Staff is friendly and accommodating. Service is good.Located very near to North Ernakulam where not many tourist trains stop. Its not residential so will not find any grocery stores near by. There were no good vegetarian hotels too.

A single sharing room was not good.. They have to maintain well.. Rest rooms are good becaue I was been shifted to double bedroom later. Staffs are so good and helpful people. Rest deluxe and double sharing rooms are so good.. And a good hotel as well.. Thank you spring field billets

A perfect hotel suitable for everyone by all means. Very neatly maintained rooms with clean washroom. Hotel is located very close to Ernakulam Town railway station, just some 400 metres or so. Worth for the money paid and would definitely recommend for all.

Hotel is located at a nice place. There are other nice hotels nearby which makes the location safe and nice. Rooms at Spring Field billets are very good and affordable also. Bathrooms are clean. Service is ok. For eating there are so many nice places within 500 m radius.

Awesome place to stay. Very Calm atmosphere and the service was excellent. The service guys were too committed that when ever I called, they rang the bell just within a minute. I will sure recommend this place to all my family and friends if they get a chance to visit Ernakulam/ Kochi

Hotel is good for money.there is no In house restaurant. For non Ac room you wont get a blanket which is really weird. The bathrooms are fine. But more cleanliness needed.

Springfield offers good budget stay near North railway station. Rooms were neat and spacious.its family friendly and best for travellers. Springfield didnt have any hotel for food but they offer complementary breakfast depending on our booking packages.Staffs were Courteous and very helping.

Everything is good...I should have given 5 stars for it...I gave it 4.5 since I was not provided with a blanket...but I didnt ask for it as it was not so cold also... Except that staff was cordial and helpful at any point of time

Non AC rooms they dont provide blanket or sheet . Rooms are very small but clean . Bathroom clean but compact. Breakfast they provide dosa or idli and tea or coffee only. They dont even provide drinking water in rooms. We have to order mineral water bottle. Overall ok ok for budget travellers.

The Staff of this Springfield billets were very cooperative and had a nice stay without any disturbance. The quality of rooms are awesome and the breakfast they served is also good.I suggest others to take this hotel room without any doubt.
