Location wise a great deal. A little overpriced for the facilities and services. Good things are the access to the beach, sunbeds, the sea view from the balcony and parking space. Restaurant operations are not consistent it seems do confirm before booking. Room was nice and clean.

Exquisite place to spend with family and friends with the blue Arabian Sea shore 100m opposite to the entrance and walking inside you find a spacious parking leading to the front desk followed by a clean swimming pool for kids and adults facing the beautiful back waters of vypin island frequently visited by the local fishermen casting their net. In house restaurant offers authentic Kerala and multi cuisine menu. Rooms are hygienic and spotless. Staffs are polite and professional. A grand place at an affordable cost.

The place is the only one in the area with a small beach.The rooms are not that clean cause I spotted some cockroaches.Food is ok!The manager is not relaxed and very pushy.Which makes the stay not really relaxed.The other manager Justin was very nice but he wasn’t often there.Price comparing with quality I suggest go to Onetree just further on the road!

A beautiful place to enjoy beach. It is directly in front if the beach if wanna enjoy beach any time then this resort would be the best. Even the rooms are excellent. Just the problem was that we had to go out for the food bcoz the chef was not available.

Excellent beach view. It has a private beach for itself and the you are sure to witness a beautiful sunset. The food is decent. Ensure to buy your stuff beforehand. You don’t get the things nearby. The staff are very friendly. I personally prefer this resort in Cherai beach since the main beach is always crowded. Don’t miss the Munambam beach nearby which has a beautiful view point. A perfect family destination.

The view is good. It’s close to sea. Rooms in first floor is good, ground floor rooms are congested and not that clean.Food is not good and expensive . They serve food in open bowls, when kept in AC room for 5 mins it becomes cold. Parking is provided. There is also another hotel sealine villas and resort. Don’t confuse this with that.

Well cherai is a place to relax and to nothing much to do. Sealine beach resort was good, we were there for 2days and only thing you need to check before going is check in time. No matter what they wont allow you before 12pm. Breakfast is good and honestly we dint had lunch or dinner so i dont know. Remaining service and hospitality was ok.

Negative Feedback’s:1. Old resort, (never trust those bogus photos in google maps page).2. No food , staff will behave strange if you ask about food or coffee ( they don’t have a proper cook or kitchen facility).3. Untidy rooms, it’s not worth for the money we pay ( not enough towels , no refrigerator ).4. Will say one per room rate at the time of enquiry and while confirming back( within few mins) they suddenly escalates the rate 15%-20%.5. zero amenities for kids , though they got a open field next to resort building.Positive Feedback’s:Easy access to beach, got its own private area ( no so wide , see second photo)

Really the location is superb....We booked 1 Deluxe sea view room and 1 Suite room with sea facing.. Both are sea facing rooms..You can hear the sound of the waves when u open ur balcony.. Its actually on the beach and once you step out of the resort and u r in the water.. Enjoyed a lot.. Only thing we didnt like is, we received just Bread and Egg as complimentary breakfast and i know how all other resorts provide complimentary breakfast.. we didnt expect this as complimentary breakfast.. but other than this issue, rest all is nice.. Especially Good location and this is my second time stay in this Sealine beach resort.. I hope to back soon to stay again.. I request management to kindly change the breakfast menu and provide some good food menus for complimentary breakfast.. Just Bread and egg is like snacks items..

Just at the shore of the sea, this property is clean and serves good food. The staff is cooperative and helpful. For me, this will be my preferred choice to stay when in Kochi

Ive spent 3 nights here. Private beach and surreal sunset view is guaranteed. Good staff. Helpful. Theyve even went out of the way and arranged taxi in the middle of the night when our taxi bailed on is. Must visit.

Restaurant was not in service when i visited . No activities in the resort. Only one good point about this place is, this is the only place which has private access to beach and has sun beds.

We visited d resort on 17th sep16 and its was a pleasant stay.Its approx 29 kms from ERN/ERS railway station,u may easily get an auto from there to high court which would could cost u Rs 40 and from here u would get a bus to cherai.Ticket would cost Rs 18. From cherai its a walkable 2 km to resort or u may take an auto to Sealine which would be Rs 50-60.Direct auto from railway station would be Rs 1000.The resort situated at the beach side and cherai beach is walkable 1km.The stay and room was pleasant and comfortable however the resorts restaurant wasnt operational.U may get various restaurants,road side food and even beer & wine nearby.Advise : Dont check out early morning 5-7 am as u may not get auto .book a taxi well in advance before check out.A good stay beach side at an affordable deal.

Resort was really nice room is not that spacious but its okay we can manage for 2 ocupents. But the best part is the sunset view and that part of the beach is private no one will be there to take your space.enjoy to telhe fullest

When i was traveling from fort kochi to this resort which is located in vypeen island.. i didnt expected much from this hotel but believe me the location is superb.. when u open ur balcony u can hear the sound of the waves crashing... its actually on the beach u just need to walk 10 meters and u r in the water... apart from that they have traditional kerela massage services available and various restraus available nearby with different chioces...it was actually a great pick hope to go back.soon...

This hotel is practically on Cherai beach. This is the only hotel here with a private beach. Great views from room & balcony, food is also very good. Rooms have less amenities, no electric cattle, no refrigerator, no toiletries like toothpaste, shaving kit etc.

The only, and I repeat only plus point of this place is the location. It is right by the beach and you can watch the sea all you want from your room or the balcony. Everything else is adjustments. The rooms are small, furniture is dated though thats not a problem, the AC MACHINES DONT WORK. We had two deluxe sea facing rooms, no 31&32 and the AC didnt work in any of them, one didnt have a ceiling fan either but a very dusty wall mounted small fan. Thw TV remote didnt work eitherThe washroom didnt have hot water. After complaining repeatedly the manager came and tried and kept saying that hot water will come in 10 minutes but after 30 minutes we gave up and went out for dinner. This place doesnt serve food no matter what they tell you. If you want breakfast youll have to tell at 8 on the previous evening and am not sure what quality of food that will be so never go for CP for this hotel, negotiate and go for EP. Trust me for 500 bucks you can eat twice in some other place. So they had promised to change rooms after we came back from dinner if the problems persisted, and hell yes, all the problems were obviously still there when we came back so they changed one room and this one (number 28) was inside a suite and was better quality. The room service was pathetic at the best, had to physically go and find the people to ask them for water. The hotel is probably constructing a rooftop restaurant and so you cant go upstairs though the view from up there is stunning. The beach, which looked like their private beach is very nice and compensated for the pathetic experience a bit. You can take a stroll at night and there is nobody to disturb your peace. Wish the service in this hotel was not this pathetic, it is not a resort but a medium level hotel charging more than they offer just because of the location. Its at the far end of Cherai beach though and if you dont have a car of your own then it can be a problem because the nearest restaurant where youll get decent food is 500 m.

The resort is very near to beach. Good Ambience, ok rooms with minimal amenities. Please dont try the food from the resort. Terrible quality. Breakfast is also bad. You will get bread,butter and omlet and one terrible juice . Please dont money for food...
