Good but can be more better.Liked · I pretty well didnt like the room or rather the hotel I just lived.what I would like I say is the television that was there I believe as a person like me who have come from abroad watching television was really good and happy.Disliked · The washroom was very small, in the picture it looks big but the washroom was very small, I can refer as a very tiny space. As I had to live there for two nights I dont have the comfortable or even better experience in washroom. Why I stress much on washroom is thats the basic requirements as we need that than anything. And then the room was small and the beds was ok. Whenever I go out and come back the room used to stink Bradly. I can write more but...

Good Ambiance with neat maintenance...I used to stay in this Residency only when I come to Ernakulam...

Good Stay very cheap price

Oak field location is excellent city Bus, metro station and railway station us near to this place.Front office people are very cooperative.

If I could give a negative rating to this place I would, without hesitation. The room wasnt cleaned after the previous stay, the half emptied bottle and the wet smelly toilet said so. The service was bad, if I have to thank someone it would only be the room service guy who helped us to carry the luggage to the car after our visit was over. The receptionist was very rude. We regretting going there and would recommend no one to choose this place to go with family.

Nice , neat , small , boutique hotel on the prime location. Not crowded . Easily accessible to various prime locations.People were humble. Rooms were all of same or similar size , thought they classify them . But neat and good.Room service was prompt and good.Value for money.

Had a good stay, but there was not even a single 220V plug point to charge my phone, other than that the staff was really helpful to guide us through the things available at ernakulam and had a better sleep as well!The rooms and bathroom were neat and hygiene!

Rooms are great. Staff very unprofessional. Theyve hired cheap staff from North India for cheap labour and the vibe is evident. They were friendly but and the interiors are good along with the external and Internal looks of the building itself. Summary:- great rooms, little shady staff. A/c deluxe=2500-2900/day to non AC single-900/day.

I am writing this review because I do not want any other traveller to experience the same as I did. I. Booked the rooms via booking.com for 2 days and I confirmed with them as well beforehand arrival. And upon Arrival , the receptionist told that no rooms were available and the staffs has serious vomitting and stomach ache it seems. They askd me to check in another hotel of theirs South Gate which was 400 mts away from its location. And that was even worse. Staffs 2ere not available. Rooms were extremely dirty and foul smell in all the rooms. Lift not working properly and bedsheet were stained. Worst experience with them.. recommend travellers and families to avoid the hotel as due to COVID they have nill staff and zero maintanance

I went through many reviews and booked this hotel for a week stay.. But dnt like the place after staying so I had to vacate in 2 days itself. Was not happy with their services. Receptionist is not friendly, they couldnt help us even with an umbrella where we had to keep our luggage in car in rain.

The best room for that price. We lived in a tidy room with clean bed sheets, clean shower and constant hot water. They served breakfast too. It was nice to rent a room there.

Room is very good. Service is non existent to pathetic. Then wont even refill the drinking water unless you call the service daily. They wont provide AC remote and toiletries except for the soap.If you havent paid the full amount in advance they would ask for the full payment in every one hour during your entire stay.

I booked through Booking.com. I arrived there at 11 am. The people in the reception did not allow early check-in and we were treated very rude. So I had to book another hotel on that day. Worst attitude

I had an appointment in the VFS along with my family. So the day before, we travelled all the way from Kollam to that point which was really tiresome. After enquiring some lodges, we hit in here. Should say, its a great stay and a eloquently beautiful infrastructure with a reasonable price. The place is kept clean, very much near to the railway station. THE BIG GOOD QUALITY OF THIS PLACE IS: NO CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT TIMELIMIT FOR DIRECT BOOKING. This indeed was a relief for us as we didnt know how much time its going to take at the VFS the next day. All other places I enquired has a timeslot of 12pm-11am,paying extra 100perhour, if delayed checkout. In total, I highly recommend Oak Field Inn.

The stay is quite comfortable. The only problem is that the building does not have a lightning conductor. Also, the room is not well cleaned. A person with sensitive nose can easily feel irritation. But when I mentioned about my greviances, the staff promised me to rectify it in the future. So this can be an exceptional one too...

It was clean and comfortable room. Good value for money. Attitude of staff was good.The bad part was the closet cover came loose and they didnt bring anyone to fix it, and the water provided was not mineral water bottle.

New hotel. Easly accessible.. near to south railway station.. walkable distance only.. breakfast from 8:30 to 930. But they provided bread and egg for us because of we are vacating before 830. Rooms are neat and clean.

Its ok. Room, staff, location are good. Dont expect a super spacious room. Struggled for breakfast in second day. Its was complimentary. They asked come in between 8:30 and 10. I came around 9:30. But I didnt get even bread. Its not only for me, everybody came after 9:30 face this. May be a single day problem only. First day it was ok.

Loved this place. The room itself looked nice. Staffs were friendly. Since its situated close to city centre youll lots of bustling restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Lulu mall just few minutes away if you take the metro connection nearby. Its also close to Ernakulam south railway station so its just a walk away. Id recommend you to go with their AC rooms. Apart from that they have a decent breakfast which might be included in the price.

I stayed at this inn on two separate occasions. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Sunggum, one of the staff was so helpful. He organized my rides and was always willing to recommend me places to visit. He bargained prices for me. Great visit! Thank you Sunggum and the entire Oak Field Inn staff!

Nice 👌 hotel

Oak Field Inn is one of those hotels that is meant for just one night. You sleep and then leave. It does just that. Very neat rooms and very neat bathrooms..Breakfast was included and had Vada,Boiled Egg,Upma,Watermelon,Watermelon Juice,Toast and Tea/Coffee. We had asked for some Salt and Pepper for the eggs but apparently they dont have salt and pepper in the hotel at all and its been like this for a few years according to the people who work there.

This new hotel is located in a very convenient and accessible place at Chittoor road near to Valanjambalam, MG Road (Medical Trust Hospital), South Railway station, Metro station. The hotel offers budget friendly and comfortable stay for businessmen and family travellers. The room prices are as cheap as 600/- online at times depending upon rush. Most of the room packages clubbed with free breakfast consisting of simple southern recipes. Staff behaviour is very friendly. The hotel and rooms are maintained clean. Hoghly recommended for a pocket friendly, safe and comfortable stay.

The worst hotel experience i had after a long time..Their marketing strategy is great because the pictures on the internet is amazing. The hotel looks promising in pictures, but it is very poor in reality. Car parking is zero coz its filled with pillers and i had to turn 10 to 15 times to park into the godforsaken place. Food was pathetic and no other comment on that.Staffs are very unprofessional..Only good thing i can say is about the room..It was clean..But what good does a hotel do if they dont even have a proper car park..Never again in my life Ill go back to that place

OAK FIELD INN HOTEL was one of the very good hotels in kerela . Cochin.. it is very nice , clear, calm, and the hotel staff including the manager was very cooperative.. The puffet was very nice.. The cost also very suitable. Overall, the hotel is very good place to stay in india.

Rooms are very valuable and clean. Good WiFi. Staff seems to be too nice as they are doing their job like modern slaves. Even grilling a slice of toast is done by 3 guys and cant be done by the guest which means that you have to ask for single slices again and again.... Its nice, but this behavior is uncomfy for westerns as we are used to do basic things by ourself :)

Room Service is Very Poor they are not Providing Cleaning an Drinking Water , toiletries on Daily Baises. No Places Hang After Washing Underwears. We are Getting only Free TV channels. We dont know the Who is the Owner of this Place. An Eveyday We are Communicating With the Receptionist We Dont Recommend Any Boby of this Hotel.

Even he helped us to get our breakfast earlier in the morning when we say we will leave before their breakfast timing. All of the hotels have to get a staff like him in reception.Ambience of hotel is so nice. Walk area, reception, corridor each and every where they kept clean neat and tidy.
